Disappointed with my experience with this company. I have had extensive roofing work done on my house over the last number of months. While still sorting out the teething issues with those roof works I initiated a quote to replace the gutter guard (as we had wattle about to start falling over the house). To each person that I dealt with at this company I noted that there would be a delay in the installation due to needing to get the roofing issues corrected, so it was a number of weeks after paying the deposit that I was able to lock it in. 4 days after locking in the gutter installation the roof plumbers were back. The outcome was not to proceed with the gutter guard, as it would be problematic for already leak prone areas on the roof. I immediately called Aussie Gutter Protection to advise that for reasons out of my control I would be unable to proceed (this was one week out from installation). The install person said “that should be fine, what we ordered was mainly standard sizes. You should receive a refund” (and also confirmed that the company would be able to resell most of the materials ordered). The second person that I spoke to literally invoked their legal agreement, even though they also admitted that materials ordered would be resold to another customer. I totally expected that if standard sized materials could be reused then that portion of the deposit would be refunded. Not, we will keep your entire deposit, and then make a second profit on those items because we can resell them. Beware before you pay a deposit with this company! ***Follow on from initial Review *** I was called 2 days after leaving the initial review by the sales rep. This conversation was more of him yelling over me while I was trying to advise what had happened, than him listening to what I was saying. He was dismissive of my experience. In discussing the information that the qualified roofing plumber had advised the sales rep informed me that “he is wrong” and “he has lied to you”. He completely dismissed my interaction and experience with the people at this company - he advised that the installer “doesn’t know what he is talking about” and “he is just a contractor” and the office person “I fail to believe she would say that”. He then accused me of cancelling his company to then use the roofing plumber company to install the gutter guard, and that “when I drive past your house in a few months I bet I see gutter guard on your roof”. I advised him that he is welcome to drive past my house in the future – there will be no gutter guard, as we are unable to proceed due to advice from the roofing plumber. He would not accept that our decision had been informed from the recommendation of a `qualified roofing plumber’. He seemed to think he knew better than a qualified roofing plumber. As for their response to the initial review ….. Google will recognize that you have responded to a review, but it is disappointing to see that you did not address the issues that were raised. Google reviews are important when making a decision to deal with a company, so I hope this is useful to others in the future. I do not want any further contact from this company. This matter is now closed.

AGP replaced all the mesh gutter covers on my house and garage after the originals installed for the previous owners were damaged by a severe hailstorm a few months ago. My house has low-pitch, corrugated metal roofs. The new AGP mesh is much neater and more securely installed than the previous, damaged installation. AGP offered a tougher, finer mesh capable of preventing fine seeds from clogging the gutters during the winter. This is a issue on our street which is lined by large English plane trees. All the gutters were cleaned by AGP before installation of the new mesh. Installation was within a week of the original timeline provided by the sales representative. They performed the agreed work on budget and schedule. The installers also suggested a few minor improvements that I could make to my gutters in the future to avoid other potential problems during heavy rainfall. This demonstrated that the installers have experience, take pride in their work and have the customers best interest in mind. I was satisfied with the service provided.

Highly recommended! The team were VERY patient with us - we're doing a new build so they came out to site quite a few times! Before signing up, they clearly explained the products they have & which they recommend for our particular build & site. I also think the price was very reasonable. We'll be calling them back to do another section which hadn't been covered with roofing as yet. Why we did it - Our neighbours built a new double-storey next door to us & within 6 months had huge weeds/plants growing in their gutters. So after I looked into this, it felt like a no-brainer to have gutter guards put on, especially if you've got a double-storey & don't plan on getting up there often to clear them out. We have lots of council trees hanging over our houses in our street - and we also have a massive pine tree right behind our house.

I got the recommendation for AGP from my sister who was very happy since her installation with them about 7 years ago. The initial appraisal was thorough. The quote when it came through was not the cheapest but I weighed the reputation and the competing products and went with AGP's Emberguard given the proximity of my house to a forest reserve. The job was done on the agreed day with no drama and the quality looks good. At the end after my inspection I asked them to look at one edge which hadn't been pulled down to completely close a 1cm gap, and they cheerfully got out on the roof again to fix it. It seemed like they did care about doing a good job. I can't comment yet on the durability of the installation but hoping that like my sister I will continue to be happy with their work over the coming years.

From start to finish, service was amazing and I highly recommend Aussie Gutter Protection. We had to find a solution to the bird problems we were having for years, they were damaging our gutters and roof. After calling and speaking to Sharon, whom was very friendly and knowledgeable, to getting a quote from Rob, who was professional and very clear in explaining, to the team that came to install, Fantastic Service, price and an easy process. The team was very COVID safe during installing, cleaned up all the mess and even cleared our gutters. Very impressed! Since installation, we have had no birds, gutters are now flowing and I could not recommend Aussie Gutter Protection enough. Thanks Team for a great job!

Had some poor interactions with Aussie Gutter Protection. Their salesman, Jonny, whilst he seems like a good bloke and probably means well, oversteps his boundaries, calls at inappropriate times to try and further sell his product when I've told him we are having a good think about our options, and he trashes the name of any other gutter guard installers in the area. Handy tip, talk more about how good your product and company is and less about how every other company is out to get you, scare tactics as an attempt to market your product isn't a good look. Not to mention I was majorly over-quoted. Can't wait to see the copy and paste "We don't have you registered as a customer" response.

I had gutter guards installed yesterday and was very impressed with the thorough job they did. Mitch was professional, he spent some time on the roof and I could see quality workmanship and care had been taken to do the job well. They gave me photos of the installation with the warranty papers on the same day, and Mitch answered all my questions and was pleasant and professional. I had three quotes from other companies but this one was local to my area and they offered a decent price and warranty. I will be recommending them to others.

Last spring birds were nesting in my roof, squeezing underneath where the colourbond met the gutter (even though I couldn't get my own hand in there). This spring AGP installed Guttermesh and the birds couldn't get in, quickly giving up and moving on. I don't have to worry about the birds pulling out some cheap plastic mesh from Bunnings, and I didn't risk a fall from a ladder trying to do it myself. Would definitely recommend AGP to anyone with bird problems - money well spent!

Had AGP round to quote on clearing out blocked gutters and enclose solar panels where 8 pigeons were nesting (and blocking the gutters). Initial visit very informative, with pictures from the roof showing the issues. Reasonable quote. Work done efficiently by friendly staff showing images of finished work. I had a small issue with one part of the gutter after heavy rain. Office staff very easy to talk to and they responded professionally and quickly to resolve. RECOMMENDED.

Sharon was absolutely lovely to speak to from making an appointment through to final payment. Rob came out to do my quote and he was very thorough in his explanation of the gutter guard purpose,quality and warranty. And finally thanks to Chris for the installation. He was punctual and polite and took his time to do a great and professional job. I was provided with photos of the job and a warranty. I used AGP for the installation of custom fit gutter guards. For the first interaction with Carol calling to setup the appointment, through to Rob coming to inspect and quote, and the wonderful Mitch who was our installer; the process was fantastic. I recently had Aussie Gutter Protection install 500 metres of gutter guard at Bendigo Retirement Village Spring Gully. Jeremy was extremely helpful during the organizing and installation process. Shaun the installer carried out his work to the highest standard, even some of our village residents took the time to congratulate Shaun on his outstanding level of clean up and workmanship. We installed gutter guard (bird proofing) to stop those pesky birds from nesting in our roof, the installer explained everything & was very thorough, he checked all areas of our roof & blocked the gutter & several other areas where the birds had found a way into the roof cavity. No more dreading Spring with birds nesting & the noise that comes with it. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, all in all a very happy customer

I found AGP to be very professional and friendly. We were provided a fair price considering the difficulties our house being an irregular shape. I didn't feel it necessary to look for competing quotes. The installation crew were also very courteous and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to engage them for further works in the future.

I rent a property but the guttering was in a terrible state so when I had a rental inspection I brought this up to the rental property, so my landlord contacted Aussie guttering and the guys came and replaced the roof and all guttering I can not recommend highly enough the workmanship and how professional the work is highly recommended

We are very happy with our fitted mesh gutter protection installed four years ago. We have tall eucalypts overhanging our house and the mesh has proven it’s worth. We’ve recently had a service call and inspection after a branch fell. A damaged area was quickly replaced. We can strongly recommend this company and the gutter mesh
