Get some new staff in!!! Get some staff that can provide actual customer service. The girls are so rude every time! I always leave feeling like I have been an inconvenience. The Asian girl is by FAR the worst. Someone needs to remind her it's a post office and she is providing a service to the customer - not the other way around.

My items have been processed fine here but older blonde woman with the glasses is so obviously racist. Is what it is. Staff are pleasant but service can be quite slow and due to the store being relatively small, social distancing results in a queue extending outside the shop which is not ideal. Only go if I absolutely have to. Ample parking and a range of other useful businesses in Bundoora Square.
