It is very unfortunate if we get a attempted delivery card and we have to collect from this place. Queue can get pretty long and filled up the hallway, and don't know why it took them quite long to get the parcel. Here are some tips to save your time in this place: 1. Ensure that you have the Australia Post tracking app, and do not go to this place to collect your parcel unless the status on the app is "Awaiting Collection", otherwise you will queue for nothing. 2. I think this place gets busy after 9 am, so if you can come before 9 am that would be great. I came just a few minutes before 9 am and there were 3 people before me.

AusPost really have a serious problem. I was expecting an important delivery and in home waiting for it leaving my usual day job. All I could find was a card to collect the same in LPO. That is just ridiculous. There was car parked outside, shoes laying around infront of house, not sure why they were lazy to just knock the door. Had to drive ridiculous 15 kms to collect the package during weekends. I wish there was a way around AusPost to send and receive letters/packages. Just because they have the monopoly around these service, AusPost are in pride to deliver pathetic service.

I'm not usually one to make a complaint, because I have been in retail before and know it can be stressful etc etc... But I found the two ladies I was served by at this parcel collection to be very rude, this was today and yesterday!! It's not hard to be nice and to smile, I also spoke to someone at the call centre who also wasn't very nice... Not sure why they're all so rude but there are nicer people out there looking for jobs!!!! I hope I can somehow change my collection place so I don't have to go back to this Aus post again! :/

Really AusPost you're out of touch!! It's a hot day and the queue is all the way outside I came a couple of times and left, it's a tiny car park, it's just terrible. Thank god we have Amazon these days, I'm avoiding your services at all costs. Can I ask why you mention you'll drop it off at the nearest post office and this location is the farthest from my place? This is why it's become cramped, just everyone is coming here and the actual nearest offices are not busy. I feel bad for your amazing staff, improve your processes.

Item delivered could fit in our parcel box. We even have a sign that says leave parcel in box and doorbell was not pressed. Not the first time which is why we have done all we could to ensure items do not end up in the post office. We've chosen our preferred aust post near to our house in the event item has to be signed and no one's home. We've even chosen the option to have items left at the door instead. Guess what, another same story.. item not left in parcel box and sent to this post office instead...

Worst customer support ever experienced. first of all while delivering the parcel, they didn't even waited long for me to come out. and after that when i went to their office they told me to come back on monday. when i called customer service they told me that this office is opened on Saturday as well and i can collect is aytime before 12:30 pm. and when i went there today it was closed. Its really hard to get out of the house these days but still i managed to go out. it was really disappointing.

I have had 4 parcels returned to the sender because of the staff their not wanting to give my items because of a different address on my id even tho states my full name and age and everything still did not want to give it to me making me pay extra for sender to ship again. (both Asian women)their hopeless and useless the rest of the staff are just complete idiots just my honest review im glad all my items now get sent to tarneit post much better in every way staff and easy collection

The parcel collection counter is staffed by brain-dead people. I was collecting a parcel which was addressed to my under-aged son. They refused to allow me, the parent, to collect it despite showing my driver's license with the same address as the parcel and my medicare card showing both our names on the same card! The staff wanted a 'written authority to collect' from my son despite telling the staff he is a minor and incapable of giving legal consent. What a joke!

To the old lady (you actually don't deserve that title) to the old grumpy woman in parcel collection and the rude, arrogant young man. If you hate your job so much quit, don't abuse people waiting to collect parcels because they can't follow your terribly signed walk path. The lady in front of me with a new born couldn't carry both parcels to her car so instead of offering her help, you yelled at her for "cutting in" to collect her second parcel. Disgusting!!

Unpleasant Waiting Experience at Australia Post My recent interaction with Australia Post left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The excruciatingly long queue to retrieve my package was frustrating, testing my patience beyond limits. To exacerbate matters, the lack of air conditioning and chairs made the wait uncomfortable and unpleasant. Australia Post needs to address these issues promptly to provide a more customer-friendly environment for its patrons.

I should start with zero start - Not good. I knew the staff (a Caucasian guy probably in his 30s) vary rude . And empathy towards customers always willing to finish job without serving. “Sorry we are close they do net pay me after time “ They were so lazy - always left cards to ask you collect . Very ugly service ,- I have now reported to counsel affairs Australia. I request all customers to just call and make report to consumer Australia.

I laugh at people who say "treat people with respect, get respect back". Yeah, that's because you are "sending" your goods which means you are a client of theirs. How can I possibly even be given a chance to treat them with respect when they don't even bother to ring or knock my door to receive a package? PLEASE THINK. Maybe if they do the job they are paid to do, and professionally so, they will get the respect they deserve.

On 15th Oct 2021. 4:40pm. There was a big queue, fair enough. this dodgy "security guard" dude informs me they're only serving "these customers" (in the queue) and that they're closing soon. big queue, so understandable, i can come back another time. It's the WAY he was talking. super rude.. "Hey hey hey hey".. not even looking at me, but his fone. super rude tone, no manners. what a sorry excuse of a human being.

I dont know whether this star rating really matters. In terms of delivery they are the worst. We are, i mean i am just sitting in living area, there is door bell to ring. But they did not even attempt to ring the bell. I even dont know they came. Suddenly i can see that they have updated in app stating that no one at home so took the parcel to office. Really, so lame and lazy that they can even ring the doorbell.

Always a disappointment everytime I am expecting a parcel- all the time!!! It’s time to discipline your delivery guys they always say attempted delivery but I am always at home waiting. They never left any card to advise where to pick up so it’s always a guessing game for me which auspost office to go and find my parcel!!! Calling their customer service hotline is also terrible

Australia post is a joke, staff is so rude. I am giving them all the required information, my tracking number, receipt and even telling what's inside the parcel is but they still wont hand it to me coz they want to see my id with new address on it. Now the item will be sent back to the seller and I've to ask him to resend again with different carrier. Never again be using australia post.

Just got back from picking up a parcel. Customer Service was exceptional. The girl who assisted me was really helpful and understanding. She took the time to check details, hunt down my parcel and was friendly the entire time even though we were both standing there with face masks. I really appreciate her assistance and patience, especially during these unprecedented times. Thank you.

This is second time happening to me. Leaves me a disappointment everytime I am expecting a parcel- It’s good to maintain discipline that your delivery guys always says attempted delivery but I was at home. They will leave the card to pick it up and if we go there, the parcel is not yet received and next day or day after the two day it gets receives once we go there and check it.

I'm absolutely bewildered by your mail delivery personell. I have, on several occasions, waited for the postie to come to ask if he could please close the lid on my letterbox. I also typed a dymo label saying "please close the lid" but they do not, and today my mail was saturated. I paid $300 for a new letterbox and i would appreciate my mail being treated with respect.

We use this business hub all the time especially for those last minute urgent orders. Our products have never been damaged or lost in the 5 years we have come here. And because they are open till 6pm we can get later to post urgent orders out via their express service. All staff members are A++++ If you treat someone with respect you will get it back. Mike

Very weired, dishonest service. It is less than third world country 's service. I am a staying home mum and waiting for parcel for the whole day. My husband is very busy to go within hours. The delivery man do not need to knock at the door. They are heartless people do not care about people's need. Why i should be tensed when i paid delivery cost

No direct phone number to call for general enquiries. Called the national hotline number and they said we have a mobile number to the business hub but can’t give it out. She puts me on hold while she calls them directly. 15 mins later, still left on hold. Disgraceful service. Would have been a 30second conversation direct with the business hub

It's been over a week since transfer request for priority document lodged . Was informed 2-3 days until recieved in WA and hasn't even been processed . Numerous complaints put in and all given new # rather than following on same enquiry/ investigation . Should have direct call number too . Top priority means nothing here .

The people working here always try to make excuses to shut down. I was here today at 5:20pm for my parcel pickup as they mentioned we can collect parcel till 6pm. But they refused to give me my parcel even few people before me were getting there parcels. Very poor customer service. They don't care about our time.

This review is around the parcel collection and not the store. The actual office here is usually very good and quick, but I came today to do a parcel pickup and holy hell. 1 hour + wait in 35c weather. You'd think they'd staff for the holidays but I guess screw the customers hey!

Extremely slow. Only one parcel collection window open. Takes up to 20 min to serve 1 customer. Very incompetent. The reason I had to go there is because the postie was too lazy to knock on the door and collect the signature. I saw him drive past my house. Worst p.o. service ever

Why do couriers bring stuff here when there’s a closer post office to the customer? Another one after 4 months after complaint. This place is so isolated that residential customers shouldn’t need to come here, this is so inconsiderate and so inconvenient.

Not good. I was first in line and was waiting for about 10 mins and I knew the staff (a Caucasian guy probably in his 30s) saw me that I was there the whole time but he decided to just ignore me and instead attended on the Caucasian lady who just arrived.

Lazy delivery guys. Drive past to put card in letterbox but won't come to the door even though the door is open! Not the first time either! Just pure laziness. You're paid to do a delivery service that you're not doing! Shame on you.

Friendly service at parcel collection counter. Please also note that parcel collection service is also running on Saturday Morning. If you have trouble collecting your missed parcels on work days, you can do it on Saturday.

Not very helpful, Open hours are shocking, Delivery drivers don't do their job at delivering parcels, they pretend to deliver and take it yo the warehouse where the staff are shocking, they don't know what they are doing.

Pathetic...the postman came on 'Space Shuttle' to deliver the parcel, rang the door bell, and when I came outside he was gone to the 'moon'...left the leaflet so I travelled 12kms and collected the parcel at my own...!!

Their office says it's open from 6am-6pm, but website says open from 10am-6pm. Shoul'ved been accurate time so that people won't come early expecting the office to be open to collect their parcel :(
