Horrendous service, and very inconsistent!!! I went in to enquire about delivering a parcel, I had even taken the measurements of the box.. the lady there told me it would be based on weight not size so I didn't need to tell her the measurements. So I went home, got the parcel (mind you, I had 2 babies under 2 with me... and a big box to deliver) took it in and they told me it was too large to be delivered via post and that Id have to find something else... the same lady everybody else is complaining about (who I was not even being served by.. she was serving somebody else) made very loud rude remarks about how could I expect anybody to be able to deal with this box and scoffing to her current customer about how thoughtless I was.. absolutely disgusting, rude attitude. Completely unhelpful, contradictory information (I had tried to confirm the measurements but the first girl had told me it was weight only... it wasn't exactly a furniture size box.. it was also only about 3kg weight). As I was leaving she continued to make rude remarks behind my back as I'm walking away? Sooooo unprofessional. Agree with previous reviews that these ladies clearly don't need much to get a job there, definitely don't need to be professional or polite, because this bunch are NOT! Just disappointed this is my local tbh, urgh.

I called the Narre Warren South Post Office (Casey Central) Someone by the name of Mike answered the phone & was very rude not at all willing to hear me out. Had to tell him my street name so many times. Then I kept saying number 50 he kept saying 49. I asked if my small parcel could be delivered again as I’m just around the corner and have had back surgery and unable to drive. Before I even finished my sentence he said “NO” in a very rude way. I’ve dealt with Fountain Gate with a similar problem when I had my first surgery and they went out of their way to help and resent the parcel back & it was no big deal. When I attended personally it was always a good experience with friendly faces that were happy to help and I even remember some of their names. My experience today with Mike was very disappointing. I think even for a post office, Customer Service should be better. Thank you for having a platform where people can express themselves. I’m not usually one to give Ratings but I’m hoping that management could listen to customers and better train the employees. If someone doesn’t like dealing with customers then they be on the phone or at the front of the shop. Kind Regards, Désirée.

Last Friday I waited for 45 mins to be served. They should NOT be taking photos on a Friday it is stupid and then there was NO " sorry for the long wait. " The last time I was there I was served ??? by a very rude blonde woman in the middle. I am ALWAYS respectful to customer service people as it can be testing at times I am sure and I was trying to tell her that, she had made a mistake,, she just kept talking over me treating me like an idiot, UNTIL the lovely lady on the left ( behind the counter and the only one that knows how to smile ) told her she was making a mistake and she was then rude to her also. this is the third time she has been rude to me and I have seen both her and the guy rude to other people ( Clearly they need customer service lessons ) POST OFFICE PLEASE have more people working on a Friday and . I know you have only so many cash registers but there are still ways an extra person could help AND , get rid of the RUDE ones and PLEASE show some common sense and do not do photos on a Friday. PLUS a chair in a corner for a handicapped/ pregnant/Elderly person would be a nice.touch.

This place may have the most ridiculous, indecisive and inconsistent group of people working behind the counter I’ve ever seen. After living in multiple countries and seeing first hand the service post offices provide I can say that these ladies all share 3 brain cells amongst themselves. I was trying to apply for a passport and had to go back and forth up to 7 times because each of the ladies required different documents each time. Why not specify what’s needed all at once? This question was asked multiple times to which the response was “they’re new”. If they’re new why are they behind the counter by themselves with no one’s help? The bottom line is these people are unfit and clearly not qualified for the job. Besides the fact that they don’t know how to do their job the attitude these ladies have is something I’d expect to see from celebrities or millionaires. Just a bunch of oafs who seemed to have got lucky and landed a job. Don’t come here

I have used their service twice. First time I can’t remember if it was as bad as the second time. I used it yesterday to send a parcel to my cousins back home and the lady that served me was very rude and arrogant. I was lining up after I was done writing the package details and she asked me to move and make way for a very ok’d lady who wasn’t ready to come to the cashier only because she was a regular and she knew her. The old lady however insisted for me to go first and apologised. I let her go as I normally would have. The lady who served me, her tone of voice wasn’t kind and I felt like reminding her she is providing me a service and she chose to do this job whether she likes it or not. This is the closes aus post for me but I’d rather drive a bit further if it means I’ll get friendly customer service. The day this happened was 10th of May and was quite a plump lady wearing red shirt with short blonde hair.

Really disappointed with the service here. My wife and I went to get the passport done for our son. A lady named Sherlene said they cannot accept our forms today just because a witnessed hasn’t signed this is fine we got it done in an instant and returned back to the post office. She was very reluctant to serve us you could see that in her demeanor. Then she told us she can’t accept the forms because the photograph is of not good quality. I believe this is upto the passport office to decide not aus post. Three hours later at Casey we Then went to Thomsons park aus post and lodged the application within 30 mins. The photo quality issue was raised but we agreed that if it’s not upto standard we would send that again if passport office requests for this. So disappointed the treatment we got from sharlene cannot be described by any other word than RACIST. Avoid her if you want your passports processed

I went to make a keypass there. The “not so warm” lady who attended me was not even sure of what a keypass is or why I need it and was reluctant to do anything in that regard. However, she checked my documents and gave me a receipt confirming that she has done all that’s required. After a day, I received an email informing me that my documents were not “certified”. I had to go back to their outlet and the lady acted like she was hearing the word “keypass” for the first time. Another lady checked all my documents, certified them and sent them again. I know they have to manage a lot of stuff and to err is human. But it doesn’t cost you anything to say sorry or at least “pretending” to be apologetic for a mistake you have obviously made.

I wish I could give them a 0 star as I was treated differently to other customer because I was Asian and I am a Australian Citizen and I am very well educated. It’s unfortunate, even in 2020 people are being racist. I cannot believe even in our Country Australia people are so narrow minded. I would never ever return back to this post office again. I would highly recommend the management to see through this matter. I would never expect anyone else to be treated the way I was treated. I didn’t make a big scene. I felt really upset the way I was treated. I came to apply for my australian passport by 4:30 and they wouldn’t accept it further because they close at 5pm.

Staff is quite unprofessional and not friendly at all, Went there for passport although there were more than 15 mins but she refused to take our applications although we were with 3 small kids and she even didn't bother to start the application process or even didn't look our forms although we waited for almost 10 mins in the que. I must say that staff is very unprofessional and rude. Next time we prefer the other post office and never ever visit the post office again. Staff is arrogant and I also noticed that their behaviour is different with other nationalities because she was talking to us like we are asking for free passport services

I personally have no issues with this LPO. The staff are almost always abrupt and slightly rude at times but they get the job done which is more than sufficient for me. Having worked in Customer Service myself I can understand why they can be abrupt at times likely due to the almost constant flow of customers and the type of customers they get, I have been there countless times when people try to post things in Woolworths plastic bags or try to return Amazon items without any labels or anything, so yeah it's usually user error not operator error and I'd probably get abrupt quick (As the operator) if I had to deal with BS like that too.

Used to go here years ago. All good. Needed info so checked website and read reviews. Thought here we go. Turn up with my documents. 3 ppl serving. Got 2 from front of line and the male noticed what document I needed in my hand. He went off and did other things. Upto no 1 customer. Next. Upto the window. Hello from me. Not her. Handed my papers over. U can't do that here you have to go to the next window. Why? I asked. "can't you do it". No you have to go to that window. I asked is that the only window that does this particular document? You have to go there. Ohhhh, now I know why u have so many bad reviews. So rude you were person.

the most rude staff and very unhelpful they are very useless and don’t do their work properly they work there and are supposed to help their customers but instead they don’t explain anything or how anything is done. A customer was racist they didn’t even care. never go here they are very rude and racist. they made my daughter cry she came inside the car balling her eyes out and told me that the staff are rude and another customer was being racist to her. very bad place and bad staff. this review thing won’t let us write a review unless we give them some type of star but they don’t deserve any good.

Customer service here, is awful. Possibly due to there being no competition for our local post office, the staff are rude, arrogant, & disrespectful. It's not like customers can go around the corner to another business offering the same services, so staff just don't give a ****. I have been turned away, a number of times, for no reason. The staff blame customers, for issues that are the post offices problem. The staff also seem to be on a bit of a power trip with their attitudes, because of customer demand increasing during COVID. Serious attitude overhaul is needed for those nasty women.

The most rudest staff ever all of the staff are rude and disrespectful I went to the post office twice in a day and both the employees were rude and racist. Before me was an Aussie man she was talking happily to him and even laughing and when I went to her after 20 minutes of waiting in queue her attitude just changed and was talking very rudely and disrespectfully. After a year of complains there are more complains what is happening with management if you want a workers with better attitude give me a call, I would be grateful to replace those rude ladies

My review is from visiting this store a few months ago.. I have not forgotten. Loud, rude staff.. one woman in particular.. probably the one most people are complaining about, was speaking very condescendingly to customers. If you are ethnic she tends to speak louder as if they're not understanding her and it's aggressive. I watched her speaking down to a man who had come in to have a passport done and apparently it was too late. It's the sort of thing that makes you cringe and want to help the customers yourself.

The staff casually let a customer abuse me out of my place in the line and pretended not to see to avoid dealing with the situation. I was a regular at this post office and so is the other customer and I've seen this man named (Mike or Mark) Blonde guy, at 190cm tall in his late 30's early 40's bully other customers before and he receives all smile and "Hello's from the staff. Changed my post office because of this man. A longer drive for me but better than facing a potential dangerous situation.

I went for working with children check photo and the staff was hesitant to do it on Saturday without appointment. She was standing idle and it’s a 5 minutes Job to verify ID and take a photo. She was also rude. I take this ID for voluntary service and they may not get money. But they should respect it. I called near by LPOs and they were ready to do without appointment. Please don’t bother to go to this place if want any kind of service. There is no zero star for the them unfortunately

The man named Nick ( Nic) 、he do the passport application form ID check. He extremely slow and not friendly. The shop close at 5pm , I walk in at 4pm on the queue wait more than 30mins,finally at 4:40 pm he told me he can’t do today, ask me back another day. He want finish work early . . Ok if you can’t do your work efficiently then find someone else replace your job, and some other female staff not friendly rude as well. No wonder why so many comments below .

Terrible experience with staff service .I been there 3 times and every time got staff’s rude attitude.Last time I went there with my wife and daughter for passport application and staff looked us like they didn’t wanna help at all and I made complaint to the lady at counter and annoyed thing happen when she said if you not happy with service then don’t come here go somewhere else.I was very close to loose my temper and I just walked out.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. My box was sent to Mexico instead of Fiji. Bad service. Lack of knowledge. The workers are always chatting about personal stuff even while serving customers. The woman serving us was so distracted that she put in the correct country but the WRONG ZONE. Now three months later, we're still waiting to get the box sent back from Mexico so that we can send it to Fiji. You'd be better off going to a different AusPost.

I have never had a good experience in this post office. Their hours are extremely unfriendly to full time workers closing weekdays at 5pm, and only being open for 3 hours on saturday, usually with a 30 minute wait and only 5-6 customers in front of me in the line. Staff are incredibly slow, as if they actively hate their jobs. I've gotten to the point of physically replulsing whenever I find out I have to deal with them.

Reading through the reviews of this place, its CLEAR that the servers here are RACIST to Asians or people of color. We went today to collect a parcel on our moms behalf and was met with rude, arrogant and unprofessional service. Found out later through contacting Auspost directly info that the ladies there did not give to us, because they were busy judging us having our own Australian Passport.. Unbelievable service.

Rude, useless and lazy. I wouldn't come back to this post office if you paid me. I hope new management takes over and fires the current staff. I feel sorry for whoever is paying these staff members to turn away costumers and do nothing within an hour of close. I didn't realise closing in an hour means you stop doing work when we are the only costumers in the shop requesting something that takes 10mins.

The customer service I received today was APPALLING , I’ve never witnessed a more rude staff member, she literally didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me. Extremely abrupt and clearly needs to be educated on basic customer service, and literally being a decent human being, I bet her name was “Karen”. Never coming back, Australia post do better. Terrible experience!

I waited with my baby to get my sons passport application done. A lady name Sharlene wasn’t helpful at all she turned me around twice and i had to go to another post office to lodge my sons application. Aus post at Thompsons park helped me out and they were super fast at it. I will be lodging a formal complaint soon for unfair treatment.

Went to the post office, the line was outside of the shop, then got to the front and the lady told me "I can't print this, go to office works or do it at home" ... if I had the appliances to print it at home, why would I not print it and drop it into a red box myself? Highly recommend this post office ! They have very helpful and friendly staff. They do have a line at times but they move through it very quickly . They also Practice good CV-19 Hygiene wiping down tables and a good supply of sanitiser on tables and counters . Customer service skills are 10/10 ..
