I send postcards and gifts to my friends, otherwise, I generally do not come to the post office, there are some small things are quite exquisite, the price is not expensive. However, I always meet the situation, I am at home wait my parcel but always get the card, or just one knock, when I come immediately, they already go with a card. As a monopoly, the post office may not care about Google's review, just like McDonald's, even the rating is low, still many people eat.

This is the worst post office in hobart. When I came to collect my parcel from this shop, one of their staff treated me very rudely. I felt disappointed with the service and tried to reported to the owner, and then a old man came to me with taking my parcel by his hand and yelling at me "this is my shop, do you want your parcel or not? " He threatened me??!!!!!

The worst post office staff I have ever encountered. Been there a few times, that same woman aged around 40-50 talked to me with such a racist and disrespectful voice. Never want to write a review like this and the post office probably doesnt care but its truly heart breaking to experience something like this from someone representing that generation

Disgusting service from the elderly lady and gentleman on numerous occasions. Agitated with me because an incorrect scan price on an item on one occasion, and then the gentleman did not even speak to me today during the whole process of paying an invoice - no hello, thank you, nothing. Customers deserve the minimum amount of basic courtesies.

A male staff who looks like over 50, he was really rude and mean, he dropped the envelopes right on the table on purpose to show how rude he is, and he definitely doesn’t care customer at all, made a big noise, with bad attitude. why I deserve a service as customer like this?

My parcel got deliver in random house because of unprofessional driver! I guess this is why most of the time the drivers give the card instead of leaving the parcel. And they said they cannot contact them!! I waited to months for this parcel to arrive.

I have posted so many packages in this post office (Sandy Bay), but I got the worst experience this time.The staff Pauline didn't treat customer appropriately and in a inpatient attitude, feel extremely unhappy and disappointed for their services.

Came here to have my passport photos re-taken and to submit a passport application after receiving appalling service at the GPO. The staff here are wonderful! Very helpful, patient and efficient. Excellent service! Thank you so much.

Incompetent staff. Had to Read her a printed Tracking No from a receipt. Checked Twice back and said nothing form me, had to show her the tracking ready to collect 3 days ago.

The post office itself is good and there's lots of different interesting products for sale, but there's not much parking outside the building. Overall not that bad.

Parking is not easy. Suggest parking at the Woolworths car park close by. Some cool gifts to be found here. Staff are nice but there can be a wait if it's busy.

Impossible.to access. Since when do 9-5 hrs cut the muster. And no weekend opening. No wonder we try anything else NOT to use Australia Post.

Great little post office friendly staff good layout and many products to choose from just a hard to find street parking out front busy spot .
