Extremely poor customer service. Store manager and some staff member are rude with no manner. I was sent back twice for passport application. Staff needed really to be trained up to provide right advice on passport application. They don’t respect people’s time is valuable at all and made me travel multiple times and made vey difficult and still won’t process my application. Every time, I was given a number to wait, the wait was about 15 mins each time. I felt I was left in a “dark corner” and no one cared while giving them more time to serve other customers. Each time, I had to walk up to the corner again and asked when is my turn. The answer was, they thought I have been served. I saw 2 staff at the front counter serving customers, and there were at least 3 staff in the back office yesterday including store manager(s), one of them is responsible for passport application. Absolutely zero respect to its customers. When I said to the manager, I was made to wait for so long and no one bothered to call and served me, while continued serving other customers who came after me, she said yes, definitely we had to serve our customers without any apology. So I am not a customer to them. More than anything, I think they just simply don’t care. Absolutely bad customer service, no care factor. The female store manager told me I had to make it back by 430 when the time was already 427. I said if you didn’t make me wait for 15 mins and made it extremely difficult for me, I would have had enough time. Again,no apology at all until I asked. Simply apology but everyone knows that’s not sincere at all. If you don’t want your time wasted, choose another store even the distance is about further to be at least treated with respect.

One of the post office where I felt these guys really needs to attend customer service training as they were behaving like they are favoring us. I had visited this 4 times to lodge passport application with my wife and 1 year daughter. I felt these guys aren't trained how to process passport checklist and understand online application process works specifically when someone is saying they are going to have name change and giving evidences like marriage certificate and utility bills. The staff work their had no clue about the passport lodgment process they sent us back 4 times and every time we printed online application check list form they had same reason to reject our application and asking for the correction which we felt they were right ( as you change name online system pick up changed middle name not original name on the document) but later on when I spoke with someone at the department and then have been advised that to provide marriage certificate and checklist documents. I went to the Acacia Ridge post office they accepted all documents and processed application immediately without any doubts. If i had option I will give negative ratings because of their negligence and illiteracy I had to pay for extra post office service

Terrible customer service, one of the Asian lady was rude, unprofessional and misleading. Didn't read the email I brought properly, kept saying stuff like "we don't accept Notarial certificates, we only use NATTI translations" when it clearly said 'Original Documents required' (yes, they decided not to send my original document on the first visit). Cutting in my words, repeating the same stuff, rejecting my documents with the excuses 'the department don't want it'. Convinced one of her colleagues to talk to me about the same thing, telling me they don't accept overseas document. I don't think they even know what Notarial documents are, notarial documents made to be used OVERSEAS. BTW, in case you're wondering, my Notarial documents was ACCEPTED. If they have sent through all the documents I provided on my first visit, I didn't have to go through this pain. I also had to get my passport photos done for the SECOND time cause the first one (take at the same POST) didn't meet the requirement. Didn't bring the extra photos from last time so I told her I'm happy to pay the extra fees. She turned around and told her colleagues that I don't even want to pay. Absolutely 0 star, can't even believe the level of unprofessionalism.

Do not go to this post office. How is this place even open!! So rude! The two ladies working in the counter are the worst people I have ever meet in my 21 years of life!! My mom was applying for Australian passport for my little brother the first time and every time she went there to submit the paperwork they would say “something or this thing is needed that mentions where he was born and his parents name too” she showed the National identity card and my country passport but they said it is not good enough to meet the requirements excuse me! I can not use my national identity card where it says where I was born but a paper from gp is enough?? This identity card and passport got me to Australia and citizenship. Please someone shut this place or just change the workers there! I ended up in browns plains post office, they accepted everything and just like that my work was done. Sunny bank hills hope you can do better!!

I recently visited the location to pick up my husband's parcel and found myself waiting in line for half an hour. The staff requested both of our IDs, which we had provided just the day before, but then they asked for proof of address. After searching for a bank statement, the staff member didn't check the address; instead, they focused on the document's date, which was seven months old, and wouldn't accept it. While I understand the need for these procedures, the way the staff communicated and handled the situation was disappointing. Their demeanor and lack of proactive problem-solving were quite frustrating. I believe that customer service representatives should approach their roles with politeness and a willingness to help. I hope my feedback can lead to a more positive and professional customer experience in the future.

If you apply passport for your children, DONOT go this post office.(办护照一定不要去这家)The Asian woman who always has bad attitude told me: all Kmart printed photos are not acceptable and the picture should not have shoulder. Nonsense!!!! There is no where to say no shoulders on official website !!! And Kmart ID photo printing quality is good!!!!the only requirement for the photo is the face length, my son’s photo size is exactly the same as the form’s sample(I know because I checked with this using another unused form). They only accept pictures taking by themselves! What a joke! So horrible to tell people the wrong requirements about the passport photos. By the way, the photo accepted by another post office. Don’t go to this one!

I received an email that my parcel is ready to be picked up at 9am so i went there to pick it up. So I go there at AusPost Sunnybank Hills and i said I’m here to pick up my parcel and i showed to her my school ID. The lady doesn’t want my school iD. At AusPost Pinelands they accept my school ID and At Auspost Sunnybank Hills She said that it needs to be a government ID. Also I was already there to pick up my parcel and she said they will be putting it into the parcel locker or something i just needed to wait. I was already there and they still want it to put it into a locker. It doesn’t make any sense. That lady was like an Indian nationality(dont mean to be racist).

Went to renew my passport this morning, have all the documents and photos ready. There were more than 20 people in the queue already at 11am and they only have 2 staff. At 11:30am ,a staff came out and randomly asked customers who is here for passports related to come next week as they were too busy. It is not fair as we all lined up in the queue , the staff shouldn’t choose who they want to serve ! People like me working 5 days a week and this is the only nearest post office open on Saturday that can do passports! After 70 mins waiting, it was finally my turn and it only took few minutes to renew my passport!

  • Positive Changes

Have requested several times to deliver my parcels direct to my house or a locker for easy access. But the only option I continue to get is in store pick up, which is an inconvenience to me especially since I work most saturdays and can't make it to the shop any day due to first job work hours or shop closing hours. The worse part is the waiting line goes out the door with not enough counters or staff open to serve and service is so very very slow. Especially since they're open half a day on a Saturnday you would think they would reduce customer waiting time. A really sad dilemma...

This Australia post based in Sunnybank hills shoping center . They have already 1* google review some staff and manger not take serious and again and again give very poor service . I received very important documents in australia post and I went there in Saturday to pick up my parcel. Staff was not talk nice way they said your parcel not with us . So come back again Monday to pick up ? They don’t worry about customer time ? Is that your service ? I am happy to improve google review if manger will write here and accept that is not way of service .

I’m not sure why so many people have had bad experiences here, because I come here ALL the time and they’ve always been friendly, patient and helpful. One time my return code hasn’t been activated yet digitally, the lady got me to email her the code, so she can print it out, stick it to my parcel and lodge it manually. All to save me another trip the day after. I mean how nice is that! I’ve had trouble at other post offices with staff attitude but all my experiences here have been quite pleasant. I think they deserve some positive feedback :)

  • Katrina Yang

Long queue on Saturday, but staff were very friendly and appreciated for customers patient on waiting. They didn’t accept my daughter’s passport photos from Oxley post office which was understandable because post office in CBD also said the photos were too small. I expected to pay for new photos and get our friends sign on the photo for the second time, but the staff there said they would do it for free for us and also no need to get signature again from our friend. It was a nice and easy process and I really appreciate.

  • Nicholas Petersen

Recently went there to complete an ASIC request form, whilst it should only take 20 minutes at most to complete I was told that someone had “booked” an ASIC form appointment already for 50 minutes after I had asked and was informed to wait the 70 minutes before being able to complete it. I don’t understand this as I could have had mine done prior to the other one and by the time the other would have been done the post office would have been closed.

  • John Poon

They won't accept any passport photos not taken by them, even from another Australia Post outlet. Yet, they fail to tell you where exactly your photographs fail to meet Passport Office requirements. If you want to get a passport quick, go somewhere; not to mention the long queues in this place all day long. And staff members are rude. Well, they wouldn't care even people give them zero star since they got a prime retail location.

  • Yolanda Liang

The level of professionalism exhibited by the customer service team was subpar. I encountered frequent instances of rudeness, dismissiveness, and even unprofessional behavior during my interactions. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sorely lacking in my experience with some of your representatives' service. The two ladies service are horrible. Unbelievable this post office is still open.

  • Wang Haha

Complain to the sunnybank hills post office that there is no required mandatory content in the passport. In the process of applying for a passport for my child, I took two photos with the signature of the guarantor. The post office said no, there must be a blank photo on the back, and the attitude is tough and bad. I didn't find any relevant requirements, just that a photo must have a signature.

  • xuejiao xu

the worst manager to manage this post office. I had a parcel in the locker today.and the code is not working. I called the locker place, they just need to talk to them. And they refused to talk. And refuse to give a call to them and refuse to answer.worst customer service. The only white lady in the store. She is very nasty. Any other time the staff work there are very lovely and helpful.

  • Linda Peng

I was there to send a parcel, have to line up for 3 time, first one to get a paper to scan QR code to register online, I was unable to complete the registration and was going to ask question, was told to get back inline, then the third time to pay for it, the lady with nil Flface expression to serve customers. Bad experience. If I have choice, would not go there again.

  • David li

Worst customer service and just wasting people’s time by saying you have to prove who you are and the name has to match what it shows on the parcel even though I can prove my address by bank statement and medicare card (plus a Driver license on the phone) unfortunately the parcel is left at their store. Such a time wasting bunch of people in there.

  • Dom B

Absolutely garbage service. Australia post offers on their site free service of witnessing signature of documents, and at this store they just refuse, not even politely, just rude. The Sunnybank mains road post office did it no problems. Sunnybank hills - don’t even bother. If you want help keep driving, you won’t find it here.

  • Leon Z

Had the worst customer service all over the world. Those people dont allow you have more than one house as the address must match, no matter what evidence you bring, they can always find something else you missed. Even though I am picking up for myself. Sooooooo RUDE! NEED SOME ONE WITH MORE HUMAN SENCE WOKING THERE!!!!!!!

  • Maro Chow

Horrible customer service. Trying to understand where my package was and the Indian lady raised her voice and smacked her pen on the table where I had to tell her to relax. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to explain basic processes to customers. Will be calling to make a formal complaint.

  • Kerry Huang

I have read below all the bad reviews and I second all of them. This post office is the worst. I went there 3 times to pick up a parcel, the receptionists are not helpful, asked me to call customer support?? WHAT ARE THEY? THEY ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO?!?? I will never use this post office again.

  • Romany Kamel

Thank you Liep and Jacqui for exceptional service. Both ladies have a lots of patient and explaining everything clearly. Some customers has to learn to be kind and gentle when Australia Post doesn't not have enough staff and the rest of the staff under the pump all their shifts.

  • Janeen Russell

When and got my daughters passport application done last week from here and the lady was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and very very helpful. Unfortunately can’t say the same about the ladies at the Springwood Post office as I went there first.

  • Xiaojuan Zhao

I would rate 0 star if I could. Shopped in this s/c for years, today I received the worstest customer service at the Auspost store. The Aussie lady at the counter refuse to give me my parcels unless I can prove ‘I am me’. Provided my drives

Zero stars! Absolutely one of the worst post offices in Brisbane. One of the lady's working at the counter is really rude and is the least helpful person we have come across. My sister went to take a Australian passport photo for visa
