Lovely ladies. Extremely helpful and friendly. Sorted compensation for my broken delivery items quickly and did all they could within their power, whilst showing great compassion and apologising profusely (even though it wasn't their fault). More than happy with how they took care of me, and their overall happy & friendly way of engaging with customers. While in store I also found some great children's books on clearance that I grabbed for my grandchildren. There are some really cute, unique, items at good prices that I haven't seen elsewhere, and a great variety of stuff to suit many different tastes. If you're looking for a gift for someone and think you've looked everywhere - I'd recommend having a quick look in an Australia Post store! It's usually the last place you'd think to look, but it's amazing what you find!

Very slow service and huge line to pick up parcels. I requested a parcel locker for my item, then after a week of the tracking saying it’s in Sunnybank, I called Aus post and they told me the lockers were broken. I asked how can I get my parcel and they just said that I’d have to wait for them to take to the post office. I asked where the parcel was they said in the post office but it wasn’t ready to collect as Aus post was waiting to fix the parcel locker. They have wasted an extra 7 days off my time because the parcel locker was broken and didn’t present any other issues. If I was aus post I would be telling people that it’s broken and giving them alternative options.

I just wanted to send some stuff by Express this morning. I queued for a long time and the guy at the counter helped me to choose the right plastic bag to post those stuff and then left me to fill in the information. The problem is when I finished and returned to the counter, the guy was busy helping another customer. And the lady next to him on the counter asked me to line up AGAIN!!!Excuse me??? Why shall I queue up twice for the same thing? Wasting my time on queuing up? This never happened when I went to other Post like Garden City or Mansfield Or Sunnybank Hills. If I knew earlier, I would insist making payment first. This is NOT efficient at all!!!

I went here for a passport renewal, and I had to go twice, because the first time, the photo was not correct. My first interaction was great. I don't remember the attendant's name, but she was helpful and generally just great. The second time, I was served by a lady who seemed to have an issue trusting me. Everything was a problem. The passport photos, the dates on the form, the age of my daughter, literally everything. It felt like she was making sure I wasn't cheating the system or something like that. I hate to say racist, but I can't think of anything other reason.

Had my drop of parcel I was working fine with my local Auspost and I went to this one at Sunnybank as I’m around here, he told me I need to fix my printer… they can’t scan etc… keeps going on for long time that he can’t scan he want me to go home otherwise they can’t tracking… rude and unprofessional. Get yourself train probably before you told customer to go home and waste their time. If it’s working fine with other Auspost why it only not working on your scanning machine. Very disappointed and never come here again. Not even worth for 1 star.

Most of the time the staff members are helpful and courteous. But today, wow! A very rude shock. The staff member serving me was totaly rude, pushy and just behaving like an absolute PEST because i arrived 7 minutes before the shop was about to close. Mind you other people were still getting served at this point and I felt like i was getting treated like the building just caught on fire and peoples lives were in danger....she was almost kicking me out the front door! Just because they wanted to close. Absolutely disappointing experience indeed.

They didn't put any notice in my po box when my passport arrived as registered mail. I have to call post office up to find out the tracking number to find out it has been sitting somewhere in the post office for almost 2 weeks. When I ask the Asian lady why there is no notification, she said I have to call Passport office to find where my passport is. No apology, Not showing any willingness or sign for improvements. No wonder post service has been degraded so much!

I received a card telling me to pick up parcel within 5 days of card date. Doubtful the delivery guy even knocked, because we were home all day! Anyway, could not make it up to pick it up within 5 days, so called them to ask if they could hold it for a couple of days. Simple request, right? Apparently not. After waiting 10mins for her to find the number I was left on hold for 34 mins. Eventually hung up without resolution. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Absolutely dreadful visit to the Sunnybank plaza post office today. The staff were easily angered by any sort of conflict. I went in today to do my documentation by using my passport as a primary document the Staff was being racist and unfriendly. That doesn’t accept the way the passport name given as it written opposite to the Aussie. The staff has lack of understanding of international passport but trying to be arresive to the customer

Terrible service. I was there for my passport application but the woman with curly hair told us that i didn’t have enough time to do them. I had an hour left but she said one passport will take 15minutes. I had 5 passport forms (for my family) but she refused to help me because i didn’t come 15 minutes earlier. So I asked her if she can do as many as she could before it closes and she rolled her eyes and told me to go somewhere else.

Don't know her name. Don't get service from this woman. I had to lose my profit as she didn't give me receipts of the lodgement even I asked several times! And ended up the driver sent my package to the wrong address. I couldn't get compensation because she didn't give me receipts. I lost my item and postage cost. I now have to worry about the credibility with my buyers. I will report her to AusPost. Worst worker.

The service is the worst in the world. My nephew from Brisbane posted an item on 1st Feb to deliver to Adelaide. The staff told him that it would be delivered in a week. It’s 10th of February today however the item is still in Brisbane on 10th day. The tracking history is not showing even eta. I strongly recommend go for any other postal services but not here.

We had an amazing experience, the staff member was extremely kind and patient. We went there regarding our application of Australian passport, the staff who served us was Taini, she is an absolute legend she got everything done real quick and stress-free. Thanks to Taini she was extremely helpful and patient. going forward we will always go to this store.

The delivery drivers are not even knocking on doors these days to deliver your parcel. They just leave a card saying "please pick up at the post office the next day" This has happened to me a few times, recently. Not just a once off. They are probably doing this to "Get more deliveries out to customers" to keep the management happy...........What a joke!

Amazing service. Tracey the store manager helped follow up on non delivery and followed up to ensure item was redelivered with updates at each stage. Yes it's a busy store so there may be a wait at times, but that's because they provide passport photo services and international mail which requires a bit of time.

Tried to over charge me on stamp pricing, told me Usa is $3.50. When questioned said no books of them anymore have to buy induvidual. To the older gent serving, I do know prices to other countries as post to Usa and Canada weekly. Only 2 servers with a line up outside the door. Would not recommend

The staff is terrible! We bring forms for kids passports they are returning us to fill new forms because we pressed to much when we filling them! We just go to other post and the accepted them with no question! Sunnybank post office staff are the worst ones!

1 star for lady with asian face。 I was there before 4:30pm for renew my daughter,s passport. When she called me at 4:40pm. She asked me come back tomorrow before 4:30pm. Because They are not going to passport document after 4:30pm. won't go there again.

Was served today by a new trainee, the most friendly, knowledgeable and efficient experience I’ve ever had at a post office. The new manager was very helpful and even with a long line the wait wasn’t even upwards of 10 minutes.

Staff is fine but don't go there for passport photos, go somewhere else otherwise you will spend $20 for a ugliest photo ever in you life. They just take a photo and print it out. You will be so surprised after you got it.

Some of the staffs are really good but some will need plenty of customer service training and attitude changes. In future, going to pick up from the parcel collect lockers so that I don’t have to see their s*** attitude!

Pathetic is the only way I’d describe these mugs that work here. I’ve incurred a customs fees for sending a parcel overseas because they netted the wrong value of the parcel now pretending they don’t know anything

So many negative feedback! Post office should really change the arrogant store manager and listen to the customer! The store manager is so rude and lack basic knowledge about the service that they provide.

This is post office staffs are friendly except one OLD MALE STAFF. Extremely rude, racism and impatience. I don’t know why how this kind of person will still keep his job in Aus Post.

Reject any passport photo not taken by them. However, other post offices accept them. Do yourself a favour and head to another post office
