The staff member does not have a good understanding of the purpose of passport sized photo. She said it was for Australian passport only. What she said was clearly not correct. Passport sized photo are required in many areas. Such as IDs for Work with Children Check, Employment Card, etc When the staff starting to take my photo, I asked her whether I look ok? Is there a mirror that I can take a look of myself before the photo taken? She should become aware of my reaction and body language that I am taking this seriously. In the end, the staff took a photo of me, face slightly tilted, eyes looking upwards, eyes were not looking straight ahead. It was clear that my face was not front-looking. I wasn’t entirely satisfied at the time when the staff showed me the outcome photo. But the staff convinced me and forced me to accept the photo. When I used the photo I received from this staff and used it in my application, the photo was not accepted (was not passed the application). I was very upset. I couldn’t submit my application as planned. I had to go back to the post office Werribee and explain to this staff. This staff was very reluctant to listen. She said in a loud voice: the photo was for Australian Photo ONLY! I felt her voice contains discrimination. She didn’t realise herself is dark and coming from other country too! She asked me for evidence of the photo not accepted. My application was online application, when the photo was not accepted, there was warning words in red on the screen. It was not a test where you can get an outcome notification. The application was simply not progress to next steps. I think what the staff asking was unreasonable. She was very harsh in her approach and appeared to be inpatient. This staff did not realise I paid two trips for a photo that could be done properly at once. I had to ask for a Leave at work to go back to the post office. I think she has wasted post office resources too. Next time, I will be very conscious of this staff.

Absolutely appalled by Australia Post today! Meant to have 2 urgent packages delivered today, I was not he but had prior given authority to leave both of them. Anyway ran around like crazy after work after the driver refused to leave the packaged so had to get the slip to pick them up from home. They let someone in 10 seconds before me which I watched walk in and then when I got to the door the woman was in the process of locking it and it was only 4:59pm. After pleading with her for 5 minutes I was given a disgusting glare by other staff and told that it wasn't their problem. They were not even willing to fix their own company's stuff up. As someone who works in customer service and prides themself on created good customer relations this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusted!

Worst Australia post ever I have visited in Victoria so far...staff there are very rude and didn't help to customers. Even for normal information they never give help. I have booked online appointment for my baby passport. When I visited there they refused to take photos and in fact they send us to a private photo shop "express image" which charged us 50$ for simple passport photo. Our whole day wasted. Luckily one of my friend suggested to visit Laverton Australia post where we easily submitted the application and they told us that they could have done the photo for just 20$. I felt chested...but could not do anything as I have already paid 50$ for simple passport photo. Never ever go to This Australia post

Two stars coz the job was done. But minus 3 stars for the attitude of the staff. I went in for passport photo of my 5 month old. The first sentence which came out from the man behind the counter was - I don’t think we can take the photo of your baby as his head won’t be stable , so you have to go to point cook branch , …..- he repeated this 3-4 times . Like who hurt you today ? Why so pessimistic? lol . Thank god he toook the pictures and my baby was so good at it. He was all smiles and happy about being clicked. Then I asked him if he took the chin up & down photo ( as was shown in the application) . Again his reply - I know my job - I was like , toook my photos & ran away before he could bite me

Today I went to werribee post office with my husband and had the worst experience of my life. An Indian female named Neetu was very rude and racist she commented about the turban of my husband. We went for passport photos and she said just before taking photos that “I don’t think that you can have photos with the red colour turban on” we were totally shocked with whatever she said. Then she asked her colleague who was a female who said “there is no problem with any colour of the turban”. It is totally a racism. I think this staff Neetu needs customer service trainning. It was very embarrassing moment for us because of the act of such an stupid unprofessional staff at such place.

The staff don’t have manners to talk. Total shameless with no manners. More importantly they do not know how to rake passport photographs. They need more practice to take passport size photo and discipline to talk to customers. Somehow I feel there is inner racism/ bias is exists the way they talk to people (mainly Asian) a one can observe, it’s not rocket science. Manager has no curtesy to solve customer problems she just stand in corner and watch customers arguing with the staff. God knows how they run the business. Avoid this place if you can for your mental peace. With so many negative comments they will are so adamant they don’t want to change !!

Not good experience for child Australian passport renewal application. Visited 3 times and every time staff was different and each of them came with new queries. Seems like everyone was following different kind of process. When visited third time, I showed all documents which were needed to lodge application but lady came up with new query about the birth certificate. Same certificate was used to get Citizenship and to get the Australian passport first time. Had a chat with friends. They had similar experiences for this post shop. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

The person handling the issue I needed addressed, absolutely didn't listen to what I needed and was fixated on how he wanted to proceed.. He kept asking me if I got an email regarding my application when I'd explained the application hasn't been fully processed yet because of the document that was missing. I had to repeat myself several times regarding what I actually needed because he refused to listen as it was not a common request. He also showed me someone elses passport application which is certainly a breach of privacy.

If I could have no star I would do it! Poor customer service, rude staff ! Is like someone force them to work! They charge people for express post while they know the express post won't be 12 days at the current situation! Apparently some countries have closed their border just recently and post should check with people about their destination then charge them for box and other cost but all they think is money and get rid of customers.

They have entered and posted my confidential private documents to some other address in QLD instead of VIC even after verifying my address from two secondary documents and all they tell you is that they can send you an email and you can call the authorities yourself and show them the email and get your new documents on right address on your own. Very poor handling of important documents and applications.

Ridiculous service. I enquired the lady at counter about the express post envelope, she came up with a large for just 1 letter. Kept saying the small once are only for businesses. Such ignorance. Made me pay for large for 1 letter that too local. I figured out later that you have small on shelves for sampling. go educate yourself/learn about your job before randomly throwing whatever comes to you hand.

The staff is really impatient they look weird at you if it takes you longer than a second to spell your address and they generally don't even greet you when you come in or say goodbye when you leave. I've been here twice to pick up a parcel and both times i had to deal with a Snog! Honestly i'd rather go on a drive to Adelaide to pick up my parcel myself than have it delivered at this post office!

Postmen leave your parcels out in plain sight on busy roads which is then to be stolen which has happened to me. They take 0 accountability for their negligence, so now I have lost a lot of money and am at a loss due to Aus post. They’re more than happy to make the mistake and take your money from you even when they’re at 100% fault. What a disgrace.

I had bad experience last week. I wanted to send parcel, it weight was 5005g, she said I have to pay for 1kg. I said no other post offices count last digit, i sent many times but no one listen. Be careful when you are going weribee post office. They are making money. If its 500g i have to pay $18.75 otherwise for 1kg I have to pay $33.6.

Really sick of the delivery people ..they are too lazy to walk a few more steps to even knock on a open door to say my package has been delivered .. this has been happening since we moved in last September.. I can't go to my letter box as I am partially disabled and there's no lock on my letter box.. Really bad service.

Very very bad experience, Rude staff , Went for Passport Application with my 10 month old baby. Reached 15 minutes early and abruptly told to arrive at the dot. Even though there was no costumer at the counter. I waited on side for my time and approached man behind the counter, he rudely told me to join the queue again.

Came to do my passport and there was 4 clerks and one customer besides me. I was instructed to go to another post office as they only take bookings for passports. What a business model. Purely not supporting the local community They didn’t even try to take my booking and just straight handball me.

I find it very poor service by Australia Post that they won't deliver parcels that weigh more than 22 kg but a single skinny guy from a courier service can deliver two 32 kg weight parcels, now we have to drive about 3 hrs to a place and back to deliver my parcel. Not very good customer service

Very bad service. I bought shoes from Salamon, and after tracking the shipment, they tell me that I have received it. In fact, I did not see anything. When I went to ask about the shipment, there was nothing they could do, so I had to call customer service to search for the shipment.

Incredibly long lines which is to be expected - staff usually stand around and chat to each other rather than serving customers. Either more staff needs to be hired here or trained better to provide much better customer service. Very disappointing for an Australia Post store.

The staff there is really rud and impatient, I had very bad experience with the lady with glasses at first desk on the left, grey hair and chubby body. I thought it's good to ask before I send the express post, she answered me with mean face and no manners at all.

Website and AusPost customer service state this is open to 6pm. Certainly wasn't today. Left work early to collect a parcel they didn't provide earlier updates on but the place is closed. Not open on Saturdays anymore either, despite the website saying it is.

Such a rude lady staff i encountered today..no sense of talk, not answering questions calmly. Moreover, no banners in office specifying ban of postage to restricted countries..unnecessarily charging for packaging products. Disgusting!!

About this post opening hours are big issue ...mostly closed and I called to post headoffice if this branch opened on Queens birthday...thay replied yes when I went there it was closed...they also checked on Google and told its open..

Opening hours are now so impractical. Not many people can get there before or after work now. Customer service is satisfactory when you do get there on Sat morning, with every other dual income household in the suburb.

Auspost drivers cannot deliver parcels because they are either to lazy or incompetent. Have had multiple deliveries to my business address which always go undelivered. I am fed up with this useless company.
