I am usually here for quick and simple transactions without much issue, and don't usually bother noticing the customer service-- i have experienced the occasional eye roll or cashier largely ignoring me for a conversation being had before I reached the register, all of which I haven't bothered to make a fuss of. However, I am annoyed enough with the service received today due to the fact that the outcome being exactly the same as what I came for, I could have done without the attitude problem. I came to lodge an express pre paid envelope with two thin face masks inside which was advised fine when I purchased the envelope the day before. I was then advised it was better to lodge it in person at the desk so that I could follow the tracking automatically, rather than if I lodged it in the street box, which would still allow me to track it, but I'd have to do it myself online by typing the in the number. So returning to do that today, long story short, the cashier made a huge deal about the envelope being for documents only and that she would not scan it in, but I could lodge it in a street box and follow the tracking advice still to the destination by hand. Karen, why are you like this. The outcome is the same. You could have just taken it and added it to the parcel pile without scanning it in rather than getting me to wander around outside to find the post box. For minimal effort. I didn't even care for a conversation with you, but you for whatever mediocre satisfaction it brought you, you decided to be a whole pain about it. Absolutely unbelievable.

Seriously I would like to give negative rating to the Werribee post office staff. The worst customer service experience i have ever received was from the staff at Werribee plaza post office. The staff took my passport application and asked for another photo as I was taking the phot out from the envelope, she noticed that the photos were done at a pharmacy not by Aus post, She refused to accept the photos. Upon asking she said that their is a shadow in the photo the application will get rejected. The photos were crystal clear so I requested to process it and also advised that even if it gets rejected, I am happy to take the blame for it. She showed the photos to the manager standing beside her saying that don't you think the photos got shadow on it and the supervisor agreed to her. when I said is it possible to take fresh photos now at this post office, she immideately agreed to it. I experienced that they don't care about helping customer at all but to give them a hard time. Also it was evident that they were all instructed from their managers the same thing not accept the photos if they are not done at a post office. I am so not happy that I am going to put a written complaint against the supervisor/manager and the staff.

I really wish I could give them zero stars, doesn't deserve 1 star. Went there at 3:30pm, 1/2 hr before close to get a Tax file number and was told it was too late, eventhough I was told over the phone the day before to go in anytime before 4....the supervisor on duty is never in a good mood and always looks so sad...this is NOT the first time we have recieved poor service from this Post Office. I work in telco and if I told customers it was too late to sign up, I would be out of a Job even if customers came in 5 mins before close, they would be my priority..... the supervisor also needs to learn how to help and assist customers and as I also noticed the way she spoke to other customers. She wouldn't be working for me that's for sure....

If I can give reviews less than 1 I would. Staff are very rude and do not have a minimum courtesy of humanity I must say. Blaming some one of spreading germs Inspite of us following all riles. Even we signed in.. without even asking something first is really rude and targetting specific race is something very harsh while first of all they do not have sanitizers on the table where they allow people to write , no one to clean table after someone used that table. There is pens where everyone can use but no one cleans it out. People from same family do not spread germs but not following covid terms will. Before blaming the customers post should make sure whether their employees know what is maintaining covid safe terms inside the shop.

This place is very dishonest. Every time you come to renew ID at this place they ask you to take a new picture because the picture you have is invalid. Even when you have taken it at chemist they state that its not proper, too dark/light etc. When i went to renew my license they stated that my picture was too dark. I ask them that i had recently taken this picture the last time i was here when renewing my MSIC card and they started interrogating me. How long ago was this taken etc etc and i had to show her proof. At the end, she then said this picture has a hair line (non visible scratch) cause it was in my wallet and will not be accepted so i had to take another picture

Veryyyyyy bad service, rude stuff and not helpful at all!!!! Hello its Australia post please make the store a bit professional, they passport photo can’t be taken after 4:30 and there is nothing written on the website, i give them 100 calls no body picked up the phone so why do you have a contact number the store manager is a big rude lady gives you feeling like they don't need you, you need them, but in reality you have a job there because people are coming to that store and making you earn money, a manager should have a great attitude not as rude as she is, i would never recommend anyone to go to Australia post Werribe plaza

They don't even deserve 1 star. Very bad customer service. They have taken passport photo, made appointment form next day to submit papers. They said their is an issue with the photo (Which they have taken !!!), however they called the passport office and checked it, advised it' would be OK, however find out issue with Guarantor's Middle initial on witness page. Made another appointment and this time - they find out another issue which they already confirmed last time is OK about the photo. I am absolutely disgusted. Won't be recommending anyone this shop. Customer service is appalling.

Very poor customer which deserves a zero. I was buying stamps which I have a concession card to purchase them . The shop assistant asked me did I borrow the concession card off someone? I have a disability and Its not always noticeable to the naked eye. I showed my Id/ proof and I was allowed to purchase them . Staff need to be trained better in order to have better customer service and that not all disabilities are visible it's actually discrimination and very illegal . A law suit waiting to happen. I will not be returning to your post office.

Service was already bad and it’s getting worst everyday. I asked for a photo with white background and the lady said they don’t have white (surprising as it’s a very common requirement in many countries), they don’t have the size required for Malaysian visa (she sounded she never heard of this country ). When I asked take the closest one she told me she will write in the receipt it’s non refundable which she did. Ridicules, when are they going to actually train there staff. I went online paid 1.50 and got the perfectly edited photo.

Worst customer service ever....deserves negative stars. The guy on the counter was very rude. Their staff behaves like they are doing a favor to customer. Went to submit a passport application which I did online and just needed to pay the fees and submit physical docs in Australia Post. The guy said it’s late and can’t do it even I went more than an hour before closing time. Wake up Australia Post, you need to improve your service and teach your Werribee Plaza Australia Post staff regarding etiquettes of customer service.

Wanted to get my mails redirected to post box. Staff member continuously argued and asked me for documents that are not even mentioned as a requirement and it appeared as a matter of prestige for the staff member and decline my explaination. I went to neighbouring post office for redirection and got job done hassle free. Please get the staff trained and to be polite to customers. All I wanted was redirection services which I renew annually for last 10 years hassle free. Not my favourite post office! Sorry

It’s sad to see that care and empathy are not part of the staff values. I had to queue for ages to then been told I need to print a document where it clearly states all they need to do is scan the bar code, I went to the library to print the doc and came back, they wouldn’t acknowledge that already queued for ages being heavily pregnant. The lady simply told me to back to the queue like everyone else even though I tried to explain I can’t be on my feet for long periods of time, she just didn’t care.

Very bad service. Honestly if there was another option that was similar in price to Aus post I would 100% use them. These guys dont even know how to do their job but more importantly they roll their eyes at simple requests due to a total lack of passion for thier work. For example, I asked for a 10 pack of express post bags, and the lady brought back a ten pack of regular post bags. I said, sorry they are the wrong ones, I need express and she rolled her eyes and stormed off in a huff..

Very rude staff zero customer service. Yesterday I was there to send an international parcel after paying and getting it all done. Just as I was about to leave I realised and simply asked what’s the current ETA for Melbourne to Sydney parcel she replied in very rude manner that she needs to serve another customer as if I was asking something not related to the post. They need to teach some basic manners to their staff it looks like they are in wrong job

Worst uneducated staff I've ever meet. Just confirmed with Australian Passport Office my application was accepted but Postal worker at Werribee Plaza rejected it rudely based on corrected error. I confirmed with the Australian Passport Office accepts errors as long as it's corrected with signed initials. I have sent feedback to Australia Posts Head Office that this PO is the worst post office in the western suburbs by far. Please educate your staff!

The guy who served me wasn’t helpful at all. Not willing to listen to my questions and straight away said “no”. I insisted as I did not have problem with the other lady who attended to me the last time I came with same transaction. End up he understood what I meant but with a grinch on his face. I was also struggling with my baby on one hand and did not even offer help to seal the envelope. Wouldn’t choose to come back here as much as possible!

Poor service ! They don’t know anything about their job. I asked some question about how to get someone else to collect my parcel. She said she doesn’t know it and she doesn’t try to find it out. Excuse me, you are staff of Australia Post if you don’t know it who else gonna know??? The point is she just said no and that’s it? She is an old lady, medium hair, chubby and wearing glasses. Please do your job properly and be nice to your customers.

One of the worse Post ever.... They close randomly, sometime its open, sometime it's close and it seems like the opening time hasn't been honoured. This makes it very hard to do business. I also tried to pick up my order two times and the staff do not know of its whereabout, still trying to figure out what I should do and might have to come again the third time to collect. wasted a lot of time to come twice, all for nothing.

I went there to submit my baby's passport, they rejected the application saying it wasn't printed onto full page but full content was there. I rang passport office and they said it is acceptable. But these old ladies at the Werribee plaza post office won't even listen to passport officer. And I submitted same forms to Wyndham village post office. No question asked. Got the passport within a week without any problems.

Huge line of about 20+mins only to get to the very front and see a tiny little sign by the window saying no passport service on Saturdays. So many people in line waiting for the same service had to leave and go else where really disappointing get it together Auspost. I could hear the excuses from staff to the poor people who were in front for the same reason “too busy” that’s just a weak excuse do your job, period.

People there need to be more compasionate and urderstanding.. me mother of 2 , they made me come for 2-4 times for no mistake for my passport application.. where other post services easily accepted.. the people there are pathetic and rude.. Poor customer service. Two of the lady staff we encountered lacks empathy and good communication skills. They'd point out the mistakes you made in the document you provided then make you feel bad for even making it. Their attitude seems like they don't even like to be working there. We wouldn't go back anymore for the bad service. We apologised to them in the end for wasting their time.

Some staff here are particularly abrasive and rude, especially when customers are requesting services that go beyond picking up a parcel. I understand some customers may be troublesome to deal with on a daily basis, but being condescending and unpleasant from the get-go is not the way to behave in a customer service-based role. A little kindness, listening and patience goes a long way.

Such pathetic service! Went for a bub's passport photo, after standing there for an hour we were told that we are closed and will not click anymore photos. We confirmed with the staff before if they will click the photo as the closing time is nearing and was advised definitely we will! Don't over promise things if you can't deliver and waste other people's time.

The line was a little long but it moved quickly. I was there to pick up a parcel that was supposed to be delivered to my home. I was in and out in about 5-10 mins. The lady who served me, Preet, was quite lovely. Good customer service and quick. Parking it a bit annoying at Werribee Plaza, Pacific Werribee. There are heaps of spots, it just gets quite busy.

Very unprofessional staff. Went for passport photo and got told they dont do it after 4. Again went at 11.40 other day and again got told they don't do it between 11am -2 pm. What sort of staff they hire who dont know how to provide ful detail information. Very rude expression were shown and asked us to see the notice outside. Very poor customer service.

This post office does not even deserve a one star. Terrible service and staff who have no idea of what they're doing. Went there to apply for 3 passports of which I was told I had to re-do the forms again. Took the same forms to pointcook and they were lodged with no issues. They have 0 knowledge of what they're doing. Pointcook staff confirmed the same.

Were here on a Saturday. It was very busy, but the person serving was very friendly. They have extra available for free like paper clips and packing tape. One person is looking after customers in the shop, making sure they are helped. Good service. What also comes in handy is the long hours on the weekend for people working all day on weekdays. Very rude Australia Post employee, eye rolling becauce I changed my mind on not to have registered post. Gave me a docket to sign to undo registered post, Then proceeded to still charge me for and gave me wrong change. Didnt realise till I reached home, however to the rude employee I will remember you and be back for my correct change.

Very bad service, they live up to their extremely bad reputation as specified by other reviews. They have denied a service at 04:40 pm when their closing time was 5 PM. Another auspost office in old Geelong road, hoppers crossing accepted the service at 04:55 PM. Avoid Werribee plaza aus post at any cost. Very rude people.

Ridiculous timing for passport photos! We arrived well before closing time on weekdays, the staff said no photos will be taken after 4:30pm? Really? And there is nothing mentioned regarding this on their website! And telephone lines? Good luck with them! Oh BTW no passport photographs taken on weekends!

This post office shows open from 10am to 2pm on Sundays on Google maps, but when I went there today (Sunday) after long drive, it was closed on Sunday. Misleading opening hours, you shouldn't show different opening hours on Google maps when you are actually closed, very disappointing !!

Rude staff. Treating customers with no sense. I see in many other stores older women are very polite and cheerful. Here, the staff have no patience and dignity of their job. I can't say all the staff are doing it, but I faced couple of them with unacceptable behavior.

Went to collect a parcel at 4:58pm. The lady had already shut the doors & was shaking her head to say I couldn’t come in. You close at 5:00PM. You guys are pathetic.
