I was recommended Xtreme clutch by my mechanic and a few friends. I purchased a single mass flywheel kit for my Audi S3 8V and was prepared to take a small decrease in driveability. All i can say is that this product was not fit for sale and was awful from the moment the car started. * clutch pedal was far too stiff (100% more stiff) * chatter from the SMF was insane * driveability was awful with very notchy gear shifts Driving the car was awful and simply a bad experience. I messaged Xtreme for help and problem solving and got buckleys. All they could tell me was "send it back to us" but besides that offered next to no support. I have had 6 other people drive my car and everyone mentioned the clutch was far too stiff. The product then failed and Xtreme refused to refund me. Now I am stuck with a sub standard clutch i simply don't want. I have installed another clutch from another brand and the car drives like a dream. It was so bad i thought maybe my gearbox had issues, alas just the clutch and nothing else. Would not recommend this product or brand as they don't refund and wont ever even entertain the issue that one of their products is poorly engineered. UPDATE: this was refunded, time taken to get the refund was 6 WEEKS. This clearly isnt a company used to doing refunds Steer clear.

Sent me wrong part spent thousands on labour etc failed to take accountability said they can only do partial refund if I pay another thousand in labour on top of the thousands I spent to install & reinstall the clutch, all part numbers check out but supplied flywheel does not fit makes awful noise do not use this company thought I’d spend the money on a good clutch kit, never again if I didn’t have much money their mistake would’ve sent me homeless nearly, buyer beware, this company will not support you whatsoever if they fail on their part, any other company will do better even an eBay seller provides better service Happy to supply details of my situation and supporting paperwork to any agents wishing to assist me, found the one sales rep I spoke to extremely unhelpful

I waited for 40 mins while staff finished their lunch Pizza and Coke on the other side of the glass only to be told that no they couldn't help me with the Holden clutch and pressure plate taken from me before the lunch break . While waiting I had plenty of time to read all the awards and inspect the trophies around the sales area showing how great their service is .Rubbish

They gave me great honest advice, they could of just sold me the part I initially went there to buy, but advised me that my part was still in good working condition and considering I had mentioned upgrading, that it would be fine until then. Good honest service and advice is hard to find, and go's along way with me. I'll definitely be back.

The service here was fantastic, the clutch supplied seems very good quality and price was over a thousand dollars cheaper than a original one. I definitely recommend checking parts supplied by anyone though because once they are in between a motor and gearbox they aren't easy to get at or check. Very quick with their flywheel machining.

Never had an issue with the many of clutches from these guys justin and their rep kevin have always given me awesome and prompt service over the years i can not recommend them high enough My only regret was not taking a job with them my loss

Absolutely horrid clutches. I’ve had 2 of them. All my problems went away the moment I fitted a MANTIC twin plate. Just do yourself a favour and go straight to their website and touch nothing from here.
