To say I’m dissatisfied with Australian mechanical is an understatement. I used Australia mechanical a month ago and have allowed time to calm down before writing this review. I needed to get my cv boots replaced on one side of my car. I had done one side myself and didn’t have the time to do the other side so I got a quote that seemed manageable even though money is tight at these times of year. I supplied my own PSR (Performance Suspension Racing) cv boots for the job as these are good quality and a very reputable brand. After dropping the car off I received multiple phone calls from the mechanics telling me that I didn’t just need cv boots that I needed a whole new drive shaft as it was “leaking”. This has since been looked at by a different mechanic and it isn’t leaking at all and was simply a tiny amount of excess grease from a previous job. After explaining that I just wanted the cv boots changed and no extra work I was asked multiple times to buy their supplied parts and kept getting told that they don’t cover their work under warranty if parts are supplied by the customer. This is somewhat fair enough however the way it was said and stated seemed like it was going to be a good excuse for some poor workman ship. After a few more calls they stated that now my supplied cv boots were too small and impossible to fit on although I did the other side by myself and managed to get them on just fine. After picking up the car at the end of the day I was dumbfounded to find out that Australian mechanical charged me nearly double what was quoted and after asking way I was told it was because the cv boots were “hard” to get on. Since this the cv boot that the mechanic put on has leaked severely only a week after the job was done and will need to be put on properly, I’ll be doing this myself as it was not done properly the first time. I am severely disappointed with Australian mechanical and will not be returning there, I highly advise others to not use Australian Mechanical and look elsewhere for some quality workmanship.

Where do I start?! I just purchased my dream car from Matt and his incredible team at Australian Mechanical. I cannot speak highly enough of the overall service I have received! From the initial phone conversation, test driving the vehicle, trading in my old car, financing, then driving away in my new beast, this team could not have gone more out of their way to accommodate me. I also used their suggested broker and I was driving away in my new whip less than 24 hours following my enquiry. And, much to my surprise it was such a personal service compared to the cars I've bought previously from big dealerships. I can assure you I will never purchase a car from anyone other than them again, and will be using them for all my servicing and car needs from here on in. Thank you Australian Mechanical for making me so comfortable whilst making such a big decision, and for taking such wonderful care of myself and my family. You are an amazing company delivering exactly what you promise and more, and I cannot wipe that new car smile off my face.

Well what can I say other than Kassandra and your team you are quite literally the best team of mechanics EVER! After being provided the absolute best service I’ve received anywhere I decided to get some work done on my car. I had been to 5 other mechanics over the last year for an extremely annoying knocking noise. Each mechanic recommended something different that needed replacing therefore I went with each of their recommendations and have spent over $2000 without having the noise resolved. After visiting the team at AusMech I was delighted to be greeted with a friendly, funny and very helpful lady called Kass. The team had a look at my car and shortly after confirmed their initial verbal diagnosis. Parts were ordered and shortly after fitted. My car was returned to me after having been washed and vacuumed and with the noise GONE! Finally I can enjoy my car again. I will definitely be coming back for any future jobs and highly recommending anyone who is looking for honest reliable service to go here. We recently purchased a second hand car for our teen, I was nervous at the prospect of unforeseen issues that may arise. Matt and his team were amazing to deal with, made everything a breeze, a slight issue came up with the car initially but Australian Mechanical sorted it out instantly greeting us with lovely staff who were more than accommodating not only with a loan car but with a welcoming demeanor and nothing was too much trouble. The car always feels amazing after getting it back from them, the pricing for everything has always been very reasonable and they have gone above and beyond to look after me with their service and flexibility multiple times, even to the point where another customer hadn't brought in the courtesy car I was supposed to be using for the day so the workshop manager lent me his own work vehicle so i could still get to and from work for the day. I bought a car from Matt for my 3 sons two weeks ago. From start to finish the process was seamless. I’ve never trusted a person I bought a car from more, the car was in exceptional condition, one owner and serviced at the shop for many years prior to sale. He was honest and helpful throughout the whole process. We live an hour away from the shop however will be bringing all our family cars here for services moving forward. I can not fault Australian Mechanical in any capacity. The whole process of buying a car was made very easy and enjoyable. As a young female buyer I felt very respected and comfortable (without feeling pressured or inadequate as some dealers had made me feel in my car search). This place has fantastic service. They gave us a car on loan while ours was serviced, fixed our tyre saving us the cost of a new one. When I picked up the car I asked for a quote to fix some scratches we had on the outside. Not only did they have a look but they pulled out the gear and fixed it right then and there ... without charging us!! I thought it was going to cost hundreds but instead it was free. Happy days. If they had a six-star rating I would give it to this company.

We are very happy with the service we received. We purchased a car through this business, and we're so happy with the quality of the vehicle. The process was really easy, they did all the work for us so we were able to take our new car home straight away. The vehicle came with a 3yr warranty and the bonus is they can service the vehicle as well.
