維修技術很差的車廠 1.容易更換瑕疵零件 修過一次漏油的墊片，老闆說是因為換到瑕疵品。 朋友也換到過瑕疵的水箱蓋 但這個老闆都會負責維修 2.會給顧客必須緊急維修的假象 有一次因為引擎抖動的問題，找過以前修車的朋友跟另一間車廠，這兩個人都說這沒有顧路的問題，只是踩油門比較沒力而已。 G-force 卻說這個前後要修500$，而且會有路上拋錨的問題，後來我說不修之後，車廠傳訊息說300$就好。 雖然最後我是去另一間車廠修120$而已 3.問題責任推卸 因為上次維修墊片瑕疵，影響皮帶浸油膨脹，皮帶也是在G-force 更換的，後來因為皮帶斷掉拋錨，又剛好遇上他們連休一週。 這次拋錨很明顯就是G-force 的問題，但他們不願意賠償拖吊費及我的租車費用。 老闆給答覆說，不一定是墊片造成的皮帶斷裂，所以拋錨不完全是他們的問題。 4. 維修效率低 原先6/6送修，說6/8會維修完，中間沒有任何消息說是哪裡出問題，6/8我親自去現場才知道根本還沒修，問老闆什麼時候能搞定，老闆也只給出會盡快的答覆，但這之間沒有代步車可借，我卻要因為G-force 的疏失持續花錢租車。 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 回覆老闆的留言 1.你們口中的零件供應商根本就是個坑，我是付錢給車廠，不是零件供應商﹑零件有問題不是我與零件商的責任，是車廠與零件的問題。 2.那天車子引擎抖動去送修，師傅當下報價500給我，問我要不要修，還跟我說這台都已經修2000多，頭都洗一半了確定不修嗎? 我是不知道我當下如果說要修，會收我500還是300還是80。 (2000多是在二月的時候修的，引擎抖動是四月回去的，因為發生引擎抖動問題，其他車廠跟懂修車的朋友看維修紀錄才說漏油的問題根本還在) 3.老闆自己都說了，換了兩次上墊蓋，才發現不是材料的問題，那我花錢換墊片是不是換心酸的?這難道不是技術的問題? 4.當時已經因為你們店裡長休一周，車放在你們那邊，一開始約好三天後取車，到第三天都沒消沒息，多浪費錢租車已經很賭爛了，放了三天親自去問，才發現根本沒動，那天問甚麼時候可以維修好，哪怕你告訴我要一周或是任何時間點，我都可以接受，但老闆卻只是一直說盡快盡快，第一的感覺就是被敷衍了。 5.二月進場維修漏油問題，四月發現根本沒修好，六月發生漏油問題導致皮帶斷裂發生一連串拖車、租車等問題。 最後六月拿到車的時候，還是用矽利康把會漏油的部分堵住，那天看到引擎邊緣都是矽利康，我都懶得吵了。

been servicing multiple vehicle with G-force, had great experience with the owner and the professional advise provided. Quality of work is outstanding compare to most other garages I have been to. Got my panels done through G-Force for my 2002 Maxima, even thou it has gone through sub contractor but the colour of the paint matches to the rest of the car which is amazing given the age of the car. My old car had almost 300k km on it and not a single leak in the engine, thanks to the good quality engine oil G-Force has been using all these time. All works also guaranteed so its a good peace of mind to have while servicing and repairing at this place, definitely recommended.

At G-Force Automotive, you are a name..a person.., not just a number. You get not just told, but shown issues with your car. They will take you through what needs doing, and give you options for repairs or upgrades, not just one solution. Great customer service. Quality work. Great people . I have known the owners, and been a customer since the shop first opened. It's just one of those things.. Seen a new shop open, took a chance on going in, and I have never regretted it since. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service and workmanship I received from Johnny and the team at G-Force was quality to say the least they went above and beyond to help me out with more then one issue I had on my navara and fixed problems that I had been trying to get fixed from multiple other mechanics for awhile. Great place to get your car service or fix. Johnny is a super star, I had a problem with my battery warning & he just sorted it out within few minutes, the key to make any business successful is to make the customers happy, think from their point of view and these guys are good at it. G force is recommended by a friend. Compared with other mechanics, G force has the reasonable price which is lower 20-30 dollars compared with others. The owner patiently explained the condition of our car and suggested good plan for us. He even helped us to check our car before our road trip for free! I highly recommend G force to you.

AC broken down before Xmas. Elsewhere asked for 1,200 + for replacing the compressor and charged me 110 without doing anything. Here at G-force got everything done in half a day for under 900. This saved my Xmas trip. Great service and cheap price.

車子因為小擦撞右前方保桿有一大片刮痕，更換整片保桿太貴於事改成局部烤漆價格也比換保桿便宜很多，原本害怕可能會有色差結果完工非常滿意廢話不多說直接看對比的照片，只能說什麼叫專業？這就叫專業
