From the moment I walked into the service department and to the counter and met technician Mitchel Kight I knew I came to the right place and I praise God for our pastor who pointed us in the right direction. Mitchel told me what the problem may be and he was right. They looked at it that day and even it being Christmas week my wife's car was back on the road. The estimate we got from another local dealership Jacksonville Arlington Chrysler Dodge Jeep was over $20,000 dollars to fix my wife's car, which then they offered to take it on a trade for a new or used car. Which we almost did feeling really stuck without a car. They offered us a deal on a used car that they were asking $6000 over fair market value for and were only going to give us $500 on our car for trade in. We told them we needed to think about it. We then heard about One Nation Ford and decided to have it towed there, now we have over $600 into Dodge dealer and towing. Boy was it worth it to take it to One Nation Ford after it being stuck at the Dodge dealer for 9 days. Hope was restored to us once again the moment we drove onto there lot. Service was done in a timely manner even during Christmas week and we got our car back with everything great for only $1,333 in parts and labor not over $20,000 in repairs. Everyone we talked to at One Nation Ford was the best, so kind and friendly. From the technician Mitchel to Susan the service advisor to Steve the service manager to even the GM Justin Grimes. Yes again being new to Jacksonville its great to find an honest and trust worthy dealership you can have peace with knowing your treated fairly. Not like some that want to scam you. We feel bad for the elderly, the single moms and poor widows that have been scammed by dealerships and feeling forced to give there cars away in trade for over priced new or used cars on there lots because they've been told lies. You can trust One Nation Ford and they've got our business for sure. Sincerely, John

I originally gave this dealership a five star rating because the service was always good. However, within the past year, the service department has gone downhill and it is completely impossible to talk to a human being on the phone. I’ve been going to this dealer for close to 12 years now, and in that time span I have owned two brand new F150s that have been serviced by them. Most recently I have been waiting for over a year for a warranty part to arrive to alleviate the oil leak in my f150, however, I have not received any sort of update in over one years time. I have been waiting on this part since June 2022. I do not live near this dealership anymore or else I would have driven to them to get a status on the parts. However, my goal as of late is to allow them to perform this last service to fix my vehicle and then I will move to a dealership closer to me. However, I cannot get in touch with anyone in the service department, including the service Director and that is very frustrating. I have referred several people to this dealership over the years both for warranty and non-warranty services. However, I cannot do that anymore. I have left voicemail after voicemail on the service Director’s voicemail box and have yet to receive a call back. Unfortunately, the last time I spoke to this dealership was several months ago and I was told because of COVID-19 that the parts have been delayed but since then I have not received any sort of update. If, and that’s a big if, the part does happen to arrive I will allow them to install it onto my vehicle, and I will never use this dealership for anything ever again. Such a shame, because it was the total opposite only a few short years ago.

I left a three star review before but after receiving a call back from the “service manager“ in hoping they can change my satisfaction, and not receiving basics communication I’m leaving a one star review. I took my vehicle into the shop to have a basic oil change and tire rotation done. During the service they came out and quoted me for $500 for other services including air filter changes and a tuneup. I feel charging someone $50 for an air filter change and $70 for a cabin air filter change is highly unacceptable I declined and left (you can do these yourself easily for less than $20, to which I did). Come to find out when the technicians were “inspecting “the air filters they broke one of the tabs on my air filter hilder and lost one of the other screws. additionally, I found out that the splash guard underneath my vehicle was not secured properly, leaving it HANGING while driving. So when the service manager contacted me, I politely advised why I was not satisfied, and he advised me that he would coordinate to pick up my vehicle the next day, and have it inspected again. When the next day came, no one communicated to me on the vehicle to be picked up or how it would be picked up . I’ve tried working with this AutoNation several times now, and I think I figure out the main issue with their services. It seems that there is no communication, no care for customer service from upper management, and no respect for any type of vehicle. Do not recommend.

I called on 11/15 to schedule an appointment to get my car looked at. First, I received a recall letter about my roof rack, then the antenna cover needed replacement after losing it in a car wash, third, the plastic cover near the driver's back end tire came off while I was driving on the freeway. The lady I talked to said that they have to schedule the appointment 1 week out for things like these. So, I took time off from work on 11/22. Got there 10mins before my 11am appointment.. guy came up to me and I explained that I made an appointment. He then told me i will need to leave the car there for 2 days!!! 2 days?? Now what was I supposed to do in the meantime? He said it takes 2 days to do the diagnostics. Diagnostics? I just need parts. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. I don't understand why they scheduled the appointment 1 week out only for me to be told that it would take 2 days for them to figure it out. They said I could take the car after the diagnostic check and they will call me when the parts came in. I had to take time off from work. Did not expect this. Did not make sense. Very disappointed.

Finance Department - Expect to spend 6+ hours in the dealership. Your time is not a concern. Paperwork that needs additional signatures will be sent through the mail instead of online. Multiple-thousand dollar checks will be misplaced, and you will be charged to send replacements through the mail with no hopes for being reimbursed for AT LEAST 30 days. Service Department - Within a few weeks of purchasing a "certified pre-owned" vehicle that has gone through their advertised multi-point inspection process, the battery was dead and already needing a replacement. Simple things like old wiper blades being replaced before sale will not be done. Tires will be a mix of new and old. Sales - The trade-in value is better than other dealerships, but make sure you are educated on the value of your car before making a decision to sell here. Overall - Not a malicious dealership trying to rip you off, but enough avoidable frustration to keep me from giving a rating above 2 stars or willing to recommend this dealership to anyone else.

I was totally pleased with the process I went through with Auto Nation. I received a phone call within 15 minutes of posting a request for purchase of my Audi. While I was expecting Carvana to reach out to me, I found that Auto Nation (Kyle) was calling me instead. He sent me an email within 30 minutes of our discussion, with an offer on my car. When I went to the dealership the next day, Brian and Rebecca worked with me and looked at the car. They even took me to Enterprise Rent-a-Car to pick up a rental after purchasing my Audi from me. I am totally satisfied with the offer on my car and very impressed with the quick response from Auto Nation in regard to wanting to purchase my car. Their customer service is "over the top". A very professional staff there at Auto Nation and I highly recommend them for not only buying a car but selling your personal car to them. Awesome job, You all Rock!

Overall experience was good, the sales person was knowledgeable. My only concerns were: #1. The CarFax report needed to be corrected as it showed the wrong mileage, luckily in my favor. #2. I knew I was buying a used car, but for the type/cost of the car there should have been two key fobs. When I bought my previous car (also used) from another dealer they provided they provided both keys and a valet key (and a set of nice keychains).#3. I arrived with all of my finance paperwork, but had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for the finance person to complete work with a different customer wh showed up late for their appoint. A 3 1/2 hour time spent at the dealer when I had already had all of my personal paperwork ready was not great Barring these issues, I felt I received a good value for my purchase, and as little as I enjoy purchasing cars, this was an OK experience

I have been a loyal Ford customer since 2014 and have owned 2 Ford Escapes. I have been looking to purchase a new car for a few months now and I was able to trade my car in for such a great deal for a new 2023 bronco sport in the color and style I wanted. I traded in my 2017 Escape. Noel and the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful in getting what I want at a great price for my new purchase from the start. Outstanding customer service with updates. I drive further to go to this dealership because of the customer service. Thank you in all that you do and the loyal time your team dedicated to help me. Amazing service. The only dealer in the area not trying to add up-charge to their vehicles. Straight forward and smooth process. Kyle our sales individual made sure I felt secure with getting the vehicle, because the orange park AutoNation sold a vehicle that I ran credit on in front of me and their manager was extremely disrespectful. Kyle and the managers at the AutoNation in Jacksonville on Philips highway worked to get me not only what I wanted but actually got me into something better. I am super pleased with them and the process with spraying my Bed-liner in after the purchase was just as good. I will go back for our next vehicle and recommend Kyle to anyone looking to get into a new car.

Recently purchased a 2023 Bronco. My daughter is the Primary driver and the smile has not left her face since the day she drove it home. The buying experience was very easy. Kyle was our representative and his laid back/low pressure demeanor contributed to the pleasant buying experience. The wait time to see the finance representative was longer then expected but Kyle offered to buy us lunch while we waited! Nice touch! Even the finance person (can’t think of his name) was fun to interact with. Would absolutely purchase another vehicle here and would refer friends/family. Lastly, the facility is very clean/bright and has nice amenities while we waited.

I would like to start this by congratulating Auto Nation on successfully losing a customer today. I arrived at the dealership with every intention of purchasing a vehicle, even had financing set up and ready. While spending over 15 minutes walking the lot my existence & presence were not acknowledged by a single person. It's truly sad that we as adults can't perform the simplest of things, such as greeting a paying customer. I can not, and will not recommend Auto Nation to anyone as this experience was beyond disappointing. My true rating is ZERO stars but Google FORCES us to give at least one.

Absolutely the best buying experience I have experienced. The entire staff from all departments were extremely professional. I am adding to my review to say that I went back for a service appointment and Kevin in service was absolutely outstanding. I had an appt. at 9am and he was waiting on me completed four recalls on the truck without me even being aware of them serviced the vehicle and it was back when promised the same day. I could not be happier with the entire staff at Automation and would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I had an appointment at 10 a.m., and was done by 11a.m.. These people know what they are doing. I even noticed bilingual salesmen assisting customers that spoke Spanish. The selection which they had was outstanding. The appearance that the dealership was in was quite incredible. I have never been in an auto dealership that was so clean it was spotless. I received a GOOD Price on the vehicle which I purchased. I will be back.

I bought my truck from them with a good experience. But their service department is hands down the worst I’ve come across. 4-5 hour wait times for an oil change, with an appointment, sometimes longer. I recently dropped my truck off to get some warranty work done. They had my truck for 5 days, never looked at it. Never returned any of my phone calls. 0 stars for service, no question, but 4 out of 5 for my buying experience.

Steven and Nicholas epitomize how dealer service should operate. We had an issue with my son’s vehicle that was somewhat tricky to diagnose. During the repair process Steven and Nicholas went above and beyond keeping us updated on the status and what course of action they were taking to remedy the problem. I went here to buy a car that I saw online. Made a appointment with a salesman. He told me that he will have car ready wash and clean. When I got there waited for him then he sat me at his desk for 35 minutes just to tell me that oh the car is getting clean it will be 20 minutes. I waited still no car we at a hour. So I just walked out. His lost. Poor customer service and I was never ask did Wanted a drink or nothing.

I figured the whole process would take at least 2 weeks. Bottom line - I took the car in on Friday, got it back on Thursday, and the bill was $250 under the estimate! . Nikki kept me in loop every step of the way. She truly cares about her customers

Went in for radio reset. It was found in diagnostic that a weak battery was the main problem. The initial quote to replace battery and reprogram was very high. The GM happened to be in the office and heard the complaint. He offered to assist and brought price down to an acceptable number. This was unsolicited by me. Very good customer service.

Not happy when I got there after making an Appointment as a “waiter” and told it would take 2 hours for an oil change. Christian did a good job of mitigating the situation and got me done and out in an acceptable time. When booking on line it should state there could be a sizable wait. Otherwise people should plan on hanging out for awhile.

Erica was great! The truck stop on the way home with the same issue I brought in to Auto Nation. So the ability to diagnose and fix the issue was a bad experience for me. As you can see there is no fuel in the filter bowl.
