In short: we were lied to about every detail of the car buying process. And we have the text messages to back it up. Saw the car I wanted on their website, called to look at it. Arrived, it was not on the lot. I explained up front that I needed the vehicle prior to a June trip, I needed the buying process to be quick, i have two young children and I didnt want to be at the dealership all day. I offered to do everything possible in advance to expedite the process. I was told we could finance, get a trafe in quote, and do all paperwork in adnce so on the day the vehicle arrived, we could drop off the trade in and drive away with our new vehicle. I put money down to hold the vehicle and was told that we would get updates every Friday until it arrived. Never once did the dealer initiate an update. We always had to check in. And then it would be," oh I was JUST going to text you." We decided to wait two weeks before reaching out, no one contacted us, so we again initiated. We did not get the vehicle prior to the trip. We were told multiple times it was in transit and would be in within days. We were told after months of waiting that there was a recall and the vehicle would not ever be available, instead we could order a vehicle, the next week we got an update that the vehicle was in. They never knew what was going on, and it was concerning. Went to purchase the vehicle, it was not ready to go. It was being washed and one hour into sitting at the desk with the kids, I was told, "oh yeah, that credit form you filled out online, you have to do a paper copy, I didn't know that." I know this wasn't his first sale since we met him in April.... so? How did he not know we had to do a paper application? More time waste duplicating steps. At this point I am annoyed because this is not the fast service I was told I would have. Our trade in, on the day I paid for the vehicle hold, they put a place holder in for the price of the trade in, sight unseen. We told the seller the price we wanted for the trade in and he said, "oh yeah, this is just to get a number on paper until we see the trade in." On the day of the vehicle purchase they came in $5,000 under and refused to budget. They guy who gave us the quote stated, "we never go higher than what the original quote was" which means that again, we were lied to and our time, months had been wasted. . The guy we were working with came back Ober and said, "sometimes we go over." We walked away. We do not do business with liars and rude sellers who do not respect us, our time or our family. We knew exactly what we wanted, we were honest and transparent the whole time. We did not get honesty or transparency from this place at any point.

From the beginning of the experience it’s was less than great. I came in for an oil change on July 7th also mentioned to the service writer that there was a check engine light on. I left the car there for the day. I finally received a call late in the afternoon saying I needed an engine. When I asked why and what’s going on Renae couldn’t give me answers. Skip to the end of this awful process with Renae. I didn’t receive a call from her the first or the second, again I have to call her. I had to leave her a message. When she calls me she says it’s ready and to return the rental. I ask how it is being paid, after some back and forth, she tells me only the ten days are covered I’ll have to call on my claim for the extension. Which I did. They said the dealership never submitted the request formally for the extension. The warranty worker does show a message sent to ask for an extension but never an actual request sent in. There told me it has to be an actual request submitted by the dealership before the rental expires, which your service writer didn’t do. And again there is no note even after her message to them that is even denied or approved. At that point when she didn’t receive a response she should’ve call me then. As I’m on the phone figuring it out with them Renae calls back, in what feels like an attempt to cover her butt, she explains she’ll talk to her service manager but they’ll cover the extra day since it late in the day when she finally calls back, after 4pm. I go in the next morning, last Thursday. She again gives me the same response and says it’s my fault for going outside of her to get in a rental when she told me to and to open that claim, when she told me to. That again they aren’t covering that extension. She even showed me her message to the warranty worker, and there wasn’t a single thing she received after that message to let her know one way or the other it was approved or even denied. So I asked her about it, and she couldn’t answer. I explain not a single person from the dealership told me to get out of the rental. She said I need to call warranty. I did. Again they told me it’s the dealership responsibility to submit it and call me. That makes sense to me. Again as I’m on the phone with them, she calls me back and says she’ll cover all the extra days. She said “It’s better to ask forgiveness than permission.” Again in what feels like an attempt to cover her butt. I finally get my vehicle back, but I am left feeling extremely misled and beaten down by your service writer, Renae.

Man wish I would have read the reviews before dropping off my truck to this dealership. Seems to be an ongoing issue that’s not getting resolved in the service department. With that being said, I dropped my 2020 ford f150 off on May 31. Was told my transmission will need some clutch packs replaced etc at 36 k miles which is crazy in itself . Jessica in the service dept. told me they only have 2 bays for trans work and had 2 vehicles ahead of me, so will take 2 to 3 weeks to get the truck fixed . I told them I would need a loaner truck which she said they didn’t have at the time. Fast forward 3 weeks of calling just to get a loner truck. on the 3 week I was told there are now 4 vehicles ahead of me. They finally sent me to enterprise to get a rental truck. I talk to Jessica the day they approved the rental over 2 weeks ago and was told it’s gonna be around 2 weeks when my truck would be ready. I called again past the 2 weeks and no one ever answers the phone in the service department. They finally got back to me 2 days later after I sent a text saying I will be sending an email to FORD MOTOR COMPANY and the GM. Jessica proceeds to tell me over text that now they have 5 vehicles ahead of me and will be the end of AUGUST before I can see my truck again. This service dept has failed the Ford Motor Company and it’s customers. For the lying and deceiving they do on a daily basis. Please heed the warnings on this service department and find another dealer. I will be sending an email to the Ford Motor Company that I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. At some Point they will need to overhaul this service department. Oh and I’m still waiting on that phone call from the GM… hopefully I will hear from someone soon

I honestly can’t think of anything great to say about Ford, every time I come to this place I feel let down as a customer. I have been having issues with this 2018 Ford EcoSport for a while now and I’m completely over it! Ford does not make great car and I thought driving a ford that’s built in America would be a great, wrong! It seems like each time I come to this location the service department is always booked in advance, EVERY TIME! That should really say something about Ford, it speaks volume! Ford honestly is a joke, and I’m embarrassed to be driving their cars. Now I have to drive a vehicle without a radio, or back up camera and have to come out of pocket to fix an APIM, I thought cars were built to last? Then previously the cars start/stop feature still continue to do the same thing it did before , when in traffic the car shuts off and you have to put the car in park, turn the car off and turn it back on to go, this is scary considering how people drive in Jacksonville when I’m stopped at a red light or stop sign, it’s embarrassing and honestly and I don’t know what to even do anymore at this point. No one at this location seems willing to go above and beyond for exceptional customer service for me and it seems like they’re money hungry. As a customer this is disappointing on so many levels! I had a positive review on here before but decided to delete it because again they seem to be money hungry and I feel taken advantage of. I feel embarrassed coming to this location now and I won’t be back ever again! And this time I’m not deleting this comment! Ford you are a disappointment big time!

The service took longer than the 3 hours quoted to me for recall work. And the oil change was way more than at other places. In addition, I was told my tire needed a patch due to a nail. The cost was more than it should have been, but I agreed since I was already there. Then, after the patch was applied and the service advisor was ready to check me out, I was told that the tire will still need to be replaced due to a 'bubble'. I asked what that was, she chuckled and asked me "you don't know what a bubble is?" I said no, and then she didn't even explain to me what it was, just that it probably happened from hitting a curb. (Another driver in my household had been the previous driver for this car.) Knowing this information ahead of time would have changed my decision to agree to the patch. The advisor took the charge off, and rightly so. This dealership is close to my house, but I will not be returning if technicians can't see imperfections in a tire that should be obvious, and definitely not if the employees laugh at me for not knowing car terms. I asked her so that I could gain additional knowledge instead of remaining ignorant and just nodding my head, and I was made to feel stupid and inferior. I suggest that the technicians double-check damaged parts before recommending service, and that the advisors take additional customer service training. But as it stands now, I would not recommend this service department.

Paid with cashiers check and the transaction took forever because they are not on the ball. Very slow and inconsiderate of one’s time especially when coming in from out of state. To this day I still do not have my paperwork and when I called I was told I’d get a call back. 3 days later and that still did not happen so I called again and was told by Cindy that she hasn’t gotten to it. She has a pile of over 200 cars she is dealing with. Mind you I had bought the car 10 days prior and paid in full with cashiers check… She was super rude and could care less when I said that my temporary plate will expire and I need to get the car licensed. I said something to the salesman about it and his response was that she didn’t work for the company. He too did nothing to try to resolve the issue. And if she doesn’t work for the company, then why is she handling my transaction? Why did the operator just send me to her desk phone? She works right there in the office. They only care about the sale and not the customer and what happens once they have your check or you on the hook for the car. Out of sight, out of mind for them. So I’ll have to pay my state for the tax and registration now even though I’ve already paid them for it.

I'm so glad I brought my car to AutoNation Ford Orange Park. My Service Advisor Matthew was very helpful and patient with me going over the issues and pricing for my car. He sent me pictures on my phone, while I was in the lobby, of the visible problems with my car, since the customers don't go in the servicing work area. Let's just say I was completely shocked; this made me feel so grateful. I have never had any repair company show me what was wrong with my car by phone or in person. They just tell you what's wrong, what you need done and how much it'll cost. I didn't feel like I was being scammed or railroaded at all because I'm a female. I came here because my usual Ford Company couldn't see me until the end of the month. I couldn't wait that long so I came here instead. AutoNation was able to see me the next day. I was so ecstatic because my engine light was on. AutoNation is now my official Ford Company for service and for purchasing. Thank you AutoNation and Matthew for being there when I needed you, for being so accommodating, and having a great service department that has great quality and customer service. Thank you. I scheduled a test drive for this Mustang out of the blue one day just to see how it drove and if it was something I could see myself driving every day. Walt was such a big help throughout the test drive. He showed me every in and out of the car, talked about his own mustang at home, and really made the entire process enjoyable and relaxed. I ended up purchasing the vehicle a few days later and I couldn’t be happier with it. This was my very first car buying experience ever, and with Marley’s help, the financing process was a breeze. She took the time to explain everything to me, never made me feel pressured, and really made everything feel honest and transparent. The price of the vehicle was very fair and clear, and there weren’t a ton of extra fees on top of it. I was nervous buying a car on my own for the first time, but everybody here, especially Walt and Marley, made me feel welcome and trusting, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. 10/10 experience

I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday morning and told them I needed it back before work on Monday, and they did get it back to me timely. I used my vehicle for four days with no issues until I had to make a trip out of town on Thursday. We encountered a lot of rain, and arrived late to our destination three hours away Thursday night. I noticed something hanging from underneath the carriage of the vehicle after we arrived, and it was the skid plate coming off. When I checked it the next morning, I found the screws were missing. We were in town for one day to visit family. I called the location that had repaired my vehicle for assistance, and they could not help me. I spent a few hours driving around to find another Ford location that could sell me the screws, that were in my truck when I took it in for repairs. I bought two screws to replace the ones that were missing and I installed it myself.

Where did FORD AUTONATION come from?!!!! This company treated me like I was family! ♥️ They knew I had a need and they JUMPED ON it immediately! I came here with a MAJOR dilemma and they handled it like it was yesterday under the mat! Chris Dame, one of the finance managers sure knows his craft!!!! He’s fast and on point! Most of all he’s sincere and doesn’t waste your time! Jack T was my sales guy! This guy reminds me of Billie Bob Thornton! He has the patience of a Job! He took his time and went over everything with me and made sure I understood. The kindness from this company will be a LIFELONG RELATIONSHIP! I have been rattled to no end about being in a car wreck today but Mike Shad has the best customer service in the world. J.R. is my service rep. and he took care of me as if we were blood relatives. He contacted the insurance company immediately to ensure proper handling of my claim and movement of my vehicle. The original USAA representative seemed new and had planned to have Co-Part tow & salvage my car which didn't seem to make sense. J.R. explained the services that Mike Shad Collision centered offered and their outstanding, long term relationship with USAA which allowed USAA to make a better decision in keeping my car in place for analysis and possible repairs. I don't currently know the outcome of my car situation but I do know that I'm in good hands. I highly recommend this service center for all your auto needs. Relationship and repairs with a smile. Purchase a car on 2/23 and another on 6/23. Spent over $100k at this dealer. 2nd car had a brake wear indicator come on within 2k miles of purchase. Contacted our salesman first and made him aware. Asked how they wanted to handle it. He told me he would get back to me. Followed up... Waited a month, nothing. They don't answer emails, voicemails, or the phone. Engagedchat on the website, still waited. Finally called corporate and got a call back. Was told to bring the vehicle in and drop it off. Ask for Rob or Chris. Chris was off so they paged Rob. After a 5 minute wait, the receptionist tells me who Rob is as he walks by. He goes into the sales office, completely ignoring us. After a 15 minute wait, I left the keys, my number and walked out. Seems like the only thing they are concerned with is the sale and nothing after. There won't be a 3rd purchase there.

If I could have given them 10 stars, I would. I have to rave about AutoNation, and especially Jack, who was my salesman. He has the patience of a saint, and the knowledge of years of experience. I am not an easy client. They gave me more for my trade in than another dealer I went to first. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, we had to switch cars. They worked with me and had to do double the paperwork for me, I know it was a big pain in the neck on their part, but they did it with a smile, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. They even sent me a gift card when I had to stay late one night. I drove off of that lot in my new car with a smile a mile wide. :-) I would definitely recommend AutoNation. I went to check out this Mustang knowing it was not the color I wanted but wanted to see how it drove. I ended up selling myself on it once I drove it. Micah was incredibly nice to work with and so was Christine in finance. I didn't feel pressured (Micah even helped me look for a different color exact optioned one in their network). The car was not overpriced and there weren't a ton of "dealer extras" included In the cost which is rare here in FL. I'm really happy with my purchase. This dealer is a legit great dealership in Florida. I checked and saw my trade-in listed at a very fair price. This shows me they aren't price gouging customers and made me feel even more confident with my purchase. 5 star experience, great staff, great cars. Definitely recommend if you're looking to buy.

I was trying to vent my windows to avoid heat building up with my window vents and my rear passenger window went down all the way and wouldn't go back up at all. Had to leave it open while working for 6 hours and then went home to block window opening with cardboard and tape on the inside at 430pm because the wind noise was hurting my ears over 35mph. Had to go to work again and it also rained before I could bring it into dealership the next day, they finally found the issue was the master switch went out and was replaced. I also needed an oil change and my radio view screen had dimmed so much, that I can hardly see it, but they couldn't find out the reason for this because all the tests showed no issues. I've only had my new Maverick for a few months and still love it.

We just bought a vehicle from AutoNation for our oldest son, and the experience was great. Gil Allen was our salesman, and he was courteous and was great to work with. Christine was the manager who closed out all the paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. The vehicle we chose was in excellent working condition, and was clean inside, giving us the impression that they really take pride in their vehicles before customers are able to view them. Their "No Pressure, No Haggling" motto made car buying from them way easier than having to negotiate pricing. We would recommend doing your own research on the vehicle you want to buy, but make AutoNation your first stop to see what they have in stock. (Thank you Gil and Christine!!!)

I had narrowed down my car search to two vehicles, and visited several dealerships that sold them. What made the difference for me was the willingness to negotiate on my trade in value and customer service. Jeff Howard was the salesman I utilized. He was thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, and personable. He really went above and beyond to make this experience smooth and enjoyable. He was very communicative, but not pushy. I was so pleased by the whole experience and will drive past other Lincoln dealerships to get my car serviced here. Buying a car should be exciting, you should feel valued as a customer and like you are getting a good deal. I felt all of these things. Highly recommend! Customer service is second to none.

This location sold me a vehicle with an active paint recall that I was never notified about. Within a few months small razor like peeling started occurring all over my car. Now my car is rusting from the issue. They also failed up update me as the new owner which is another reason I was not notified as to the issue with the paint. Edit: Thank you so much for your corporate response. We did of course call your management team in which we we referred back to the dealer infinity. The thing is infinity didn’t sell us a vehicle with an active class action lawsuit and recall that was in an active status. Seems to me a dealer with an on site paint and body shop you would have been inclined to offer assistance.

I was interested in a used car at an AutoNation dealer near Orlando. I spent 5 days communicating with them in attempts to have the car sent over to a location closer to me which was AutoNation Ford Orange Park. I was frustrated in that the job wasn't done mainly due to their lack of communication with me. So, I called AutoNation Ford Orange Park and told my story to sales rep, Taysha Diaz. She sounded confident like she knew what she was doing which brought me some relief. Low and behold, she had the other dealer send it over in 2 days (it probably would've been 1 day had it not been over a Sunday!). Taysha was great; communicated with me throughout the entire process. I always been very skeptical of the car sale industry because of past experiences, that changes now, thanks to AutoNation Ford Orange Park. They turned what is typically stressful and combative situation in to the most pleasant. I had to wait for over a year for my brand new vehicle and at no point felt that I was been treated any less than there most valued customer. Their professionalism and their understanding of the customer's concerns as well as the vehicle knowledge, was enough to put me at ease while the rest of the industry dealt with their issues. I would never buy another vehicle without checking with them first. Make sure you ask for Joshua Bessent, you won't regret it.

I brought my vehicle in for it's 100k mile maintenance and Jessica worked with me to make sure I had what I needed done. She also made sure to let me know that some things I had wanted checked out were good to last me a awhile longer and didn't allow me to waste money servicing something too soon. I appreciate the efforts made to make sure my mind was at ease concerning the safety and reliability of my vehicle. She was also extremely patient when listening to me ramble when trying to explain some of my vehicle's history, I'm obviously not in the auto industry and trying to make sure I make sense to people who are gives me (excuse the pun) motor mouth.

We had such a wonderful experience at AutoNation! Jeff H. was our sales rep and he was professional, knowledgable and straightforward. We had our 5 year olds with us-- who apparently do not enjoy shopping for trucks-- Jeff was understanding and move through the process thoroughly and swiftly. Jeff even offered for me to come back for a full detail since we were on a time crunch with the kiddos. He even called ME to schedule an appointment. Yes we had a great visit at the Lincoln dealership...Ginny showed us all the nice snacks available in the waiting room...Corky answered all my questions, showed me things on my car I never knew were there...he was very pleasant and helpful...It was so nice to get a clean car back...I had vacuumed my car but hadn't got the mats washed yet and they did that for me...Barbie brought us some chocolate cupcakes if we wanted one and she is the one who checked us out when my car was finished...she was very nice and friendly...we also had a nice conversation with the salesman Jack...thanks for everything Patsy and sister Brenda...

Corkey,the service manager was by far the most efficient, pleasant and professional Service rep I have dealt with in the last 30+ years of dealing with service people. That includes Lexus and Mercedes. When I came to pick up my car he was detailing my trim,tires and wheels. That kind of service is not something you expect from your service agent. I was extremely impressed. You are fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. He makes the Lincoln name shine and ensures that I will continue to purchase the Lincoln's as my need for a another vehicle arises.

I went in there several months back. Dropped off vehicle 7:30 am for just an oil change. I came back at 5pm and oil change was still not done yet! So I waited till 7:30 at nite till it was done. Then they ordered part for recall. No one called me for months that the parts came in. I left several messages too. Finally got ahold of someone only because they knew I was due for another oil change. Seems when it comes to making money they care but not about customer service. Doing a full detail didn't change my feelings about this place.

I just recently moved to Florida and my check engine light came on my truck, so I end up taking my vehicle to Auto Nation Ford in Orange Park. When I checked in, it didn't take long for them to tell me what the problem was. They said that they would have to order the part and It would take two days for them to fix it. However, I had to get a rental car and they made the transition from my vehicle into a rental vehicle very easy and quick. I got my vehicle back at said time. Thank you all for your honesty and prompt service. ♥️

Autonation Ford was very easy to work with. This was my second vehicle purchase from them. I approached them with an unusual purchase agreement known as a “substitution of collateral “. They were the only dealership I could find willing to do this. The salesman, Said, was very easy to work with. There was no pressure and he kept in contact throughout the 4 month process from ordering/building the vehicle to the final delivery. Once delivered, he made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and offered to remedy any issues.

Had to call in for a new issue that I had with my Bronco Sport, expecting that I would need to wait weeks to be able to bring in for service. The service department fortunately had an immediate opening which I took. I also needed transportation due to needing parts ordered, and the team set me up with enterprise down the street immediately! Vehicle was fixed the next day and was able to go over for pickup. Dealerships always get a bad rap but these guys did great!

Very long the process of getting a car, we spent the whole day there. I didn't mind signing as a co-signer to help my daughter to get a better rate and after many warnings to the person in charge to be careful and don't put me as a primary he didn't listen and did the opposite.
