I read some of the reviews and I was totally astonished at some of the reviews I read for this location and so sorry others weren’t pleased with the service they received at this location/A34. My experience with this Autobell Carwash was a great experience today and has always been pleasant in the past. It was exceptional today and I had to write a review. The attendant, Jim, did an awesome job cleaning my car. I have never seen an Autobell attendant work so diligently like Jim to ensure my car was extremely clean. I spoke with Jim’s manager, Christian, and informed him I frequently have brought my car to their location due to the excellent service I have always received over the 9 years I have lived in Charlotte. I informed Christian that Jim rendered the best services I have ever received from an attendant at Autobell. I spoke with Jim and thanked him for the efficient job he did with cleaning my car. He was so respectful and displayed great manners and a thankful spirit for the compliment. Someone is doing a great job raising this young man. He is off to a good start giving his best work to his employer and laying the foundation for a great future in whatever he does in life. Your attitude definitely determines your altitude, Great job Jim! Also, thanks Christian for your kindness ! I am experiencing a lot of health issues and I just don’t have the ability to clean my car. It makes me grateful when something great is done for me that I truly need. It makes me take the time to write this review to say something about my positive experience. When you can’t do it yourself, it takes on a new prospective in your mind and makes a person show gratitude for good service by writing a good review.

5606 Park rd- I have lived in Charlotte for 3 years now and work in Charleston, SC. This review is for the Park rd location in South Park. It is clear that the employees at this location do not care about the car they are “wiping up” because they don’t wash it by any means. When they wipe up/dry off they take so much time and don’t actually look at what they are doing so my cars end up filthy (see pics). I should not pay $52 for a wash and have a car come out as my jeep did. The wipe up guys move slowly, don’t treat a car as their own, and definitely do not represent a business called a car wash. Now the James Island location in Charleston is amazing. Employees care, move swiftly, and I never have to do a walk around to double check. That place should receive accolades as the South Park location should get a lesson in what it means to get a car wash. Or maybe find employees that actually want to work as opposed to have a job where they get to clean their cars for free. Sorry AutoBell, this review is after multiple washes after 3 years. Service never got better than poor to mediocre. The pictures are literally 10 minutes after I left after waiting 25 minutes for the wash. Dust and dirt still on the headlights, windows, door jams , inside of the car not wiped at all.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed in this well known and well established North Carolina business. My husband brought a car to be washed and got back a car with fully damaged door. Employee had opened the door while washing and another driver crashed to the door. We repaired the car and paid 2300$ from our pocket. Nobody is going to pay pack. Auto Bell declined our claim. Another driver is uninsured. We went to the court against Auto Bell and our case was dismissed. Not enough evidence. So, what we have? We have lost 2300$. Nobody is going to pay this back. Auto Bell created the situation that lead to an accident, and continues to do it - they wash cars and open doors, making obstacles for other drivers. Nobody from the company said sorry. We feel veryfrustratied and disappointed. We work hard to make money and put them aside for home downpayment. And when such things happen, you understand that the system is against you. You are just alone with your troubles and even court will not help. Bravo.

It was time to wash my vehicle, it has needed washing after sitting under a tree day after day for sometime. Being that it is the fall season both squirrels and birds have been eating, hickory nuts and what not in the tree above my vehicle, leaving my car stained. I purchased the full package to have my car fully dressed inside and out.( $28+) After waiting for at least 30 minutes I was called over to recieve my finished wash to disappointment. The interior was nicely cleaned except for the back window which was smudged and unfinished. However the exterior was a disappointment. None of the stains were removed from car. After speaking with someone , they stated that I should get a product from an auto supply store to remove the stains. Okay, but that is why I paid almost 30 dollars for! Needless to say, I did go and purchase a cleaner that removed such stains for $5.99. All in all I could have saved myself $30 and done it myself, like I wound up doing anyways. #autobellcarwash #freewash #autobell

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! AVOID POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS LOST WITH NO REIMBURSEMENT!!! I had my car washed (exterior and interior), then drove to my apartment less than 5 min away. As soon as I entered the parking garage I realized that my parking tag was no longer sitting on my dash, where I always keep it displayed. I did a quick search throughout the car , then drove back to Autobell to ask them to help me look for the pass that was still missing. The person who dried my car told me that he remembered the tag being on the dash before he started cleaning the interior. He even described what it looked like! After a series of back and forth phone calls the following week (where they told me they’d take care of it), Autobell decided the tag was considered a valuable item and thus they won’t reimburse or compensate me for the item despite the guy admitting he misplaced it! Never going back again.

I paid $47 at this establishment to have my car vacuumed and the interior wiped down. This price included “extra vacuuming“. I did not expect a full detail job but what I got is something I could’ve hired a middle schooler to do. When they were done (it only took 10 minutes) it looked like all that had been done was the foot mats were vacuumed and the front panel console was wiped down. The areas between the seats were still awful and exactly how I left them, There was still dust all over the front dashboard, and I was told they would add he scent to the car that did not appear to ever be added. Based on my experience and the price that I paid I would recommend that you just take your car to a self washing station and spend the same amount of time that they did cleaning it yourself. You’ll save yourself at least 40 bucks and you’ll get just as good if not a better job done. Not going here again.

Very disappointed about my car experience here today. I've used them pervious and they service was good. So I have a new car and decided to start back using them, Very bad decision. My 12 day old car was Slightly damage stretches clearly from the brushes so I was informed to bring my car back and speak to the manager on duty, Christian clearly had his mind made up, very unprofessional, I was shocked how he even spoke to me as a Customer, yeah I was upset my brand new car was damaged and he handle me like it was a lie. Only had my car washed with this location and the way Christian as a manager handle a Customer very unprofessional I really was in shock to say the least I would never ever use a Autobell again Very disappointed Customer..Praying that they will get a manager that knows how to handle Customer no matter if the customer is upset. Who wouldn't be

Terrible job vacuuming interior. Paid for the super polyprocess and they did a terrible job. Had to ask the kid to touch up the vacuuming once because I saw they did even touch the back and they did a cap job on the driver side. Should have looked again because they didn't vac rear seats, rear floor, center console or passenger side. Here's how I think it went: 2 kids, while holding vacuum hoses in their hands, pop their heads into the front seat of my car. Kid 1 asks "Have you made any good tips today?" Kid 2 says: "Yeah its not been bad. Check out that sweet R8 right behind us!" Kid 1: "Yeah that's a sweet ride! Let's completely ignore this car so we can hurry up and check out that Audi. Kid 2: "Yeah, screw this dude. Let's let him pay $28 for a $4 ride thru." True story. Won't come back to this Autobell.

Yesterday, I was accompanied by manager Adam and his associates Davis and Max. They were ALL EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I got into a wreck recently and had to use one of my back up cars for the time being. which was NOT to my liking due to the less cleanliness of it. They all worked extremely hard to make sure that my truck was where it needed to be for myself and for my kids comfortability. You would think that by it only being three of them working 8/9/23 it wouldn’t be how it transpired. They all had team spirit and the professionalism was IMMACULATE. I always like going to this location!! They were the best team there that I’ve encountered so far. I hope that upper management see’s this review they definitely qualify for a raise if not more. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!

The two stars belong to the young man that detailed my car. I would give him 5 but I don't want you to get the wrong idea about my review. (Wonderful Job Young Man) but my dealings at this location made that the last $37 -2/month - I will spend with Autobell Car Wash! I can over look a spot here and there, everyone has an off day. But when it comes to a spot that can't be cleaned or removed take it from a disabled/retired customer service manager of 25 years.....simple questions concerning your establishment should have simple answers. After all, you are dealing with paying customers. Opinions and facts are two totally different things. Most of your customers are looking for clarity NOT conflict!

Ordinarily, this location has superb customer service. Today as the attendant returned my keys, I pointed our areas that were missed. The attendant saw none of the apparent areas such as the Kirkpatrick still with mud, the all weather mats still dirty with mud, no armor all on tire or interior which I selected, and door jams still still dirty. Each time I pointed out a deficiency, he seemed to get irritated. Rather than me escalating because I did not have the time to go over the remainder of the deficiencies, I left and detailed my vehicle myself. I will not be returning to this location. As you can see, these are the areas he went over and they still look the same.

Do not waste your time help cause more damage won't acknowledge part damage of vehicle will tell you I can fill the report out but it will be denied! Yes corner two blocks up corner of south Blvd remount road had to go back and get it his response he could not catch me took them 30 mins to vacuum ok now I'm ready to go! His reply I can't do everything his job really that's at 8:a.m.this morning really who cares about him being a manager 5 yrs go to customer service sch . Managers you good or not no in between that's why it's such a turnover with u guys what are u manager of yourself!

I love going to auto bell, however, it was my first time at this location. I always do the super polyprocess which is $26.99. The staff was very friendly. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the actual interior cleaning though. The dashboard and the screen in the front were left with streaks, the center console wasn’t cleaned, and it looked like the steering wheel wasn’t wiped down. And all the parking assist sensors were left blurred out so much that they became unavailable. Auto bell has never disappointed me, however I will probably not be returning to this specific location.

Horrible job. Purchased the managers special ... added the extra conditioning on for $10... total $39.95. The attendant spent more time folding his towel after each swipe of the car and looking around at other people then cleaning it. When I got into the car, Armor All was used in some places, but not others... the seats were not vacuumed between the shift area, nor did the bother to open the back hatch and vacuum the trunk area. I have been to other Auto Bell's with great results, but this one was not even close to the quality results of the others.

Great for a quick wash and dry....but...Paid for basic interior detail with standard wash, and was very let down. It was a relatively hot day, and the guy was nice and all despite the heat, but he didn't wipe down my center console, cup holders, or gear selector. Also, the vacuum job was quite poor. He clearly didnt want to do a great job, and left some spots completely untouched. I could've done better in 5 minutes at home, but was in a rush, and trusted them to do an above average job at the least. Very, very disappointed. Will not be going back.

Spent $50 and they didn’t even lift the mats to vacuum the interior. Also still had tree sap on the front of my car. I asked the guy if he could remove it, he said “it’s just tree sap”. I then started removing it with my finger nail and wiping it off. He just wiped behind that. This package was also supposed to include fragrance. When I started driving off, I realized they didn’t even ask which one I wanted nor did they spray any. I had to go back. Such an awful experience and waste of money. They weren’t even busy yet as this was Sunday morning.

Usually car washes are hit or miss, but this Autobell seems to be on point. I've only ever had a great experience here and all the staff are very friendly. I really like that they have a tip voucher (I don't carry cash most of the time) option when you pay with your credit/debit card. And most importantly, my car always comes back clean at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Yes, they do get backed up sometimes, but that's because they tend to take their time and get it right the first time.

I wanted to give zero stars. When you spend 45 dollars for a car wash, you would expect each and every part inside the car, Center console dash should be cleaned. But after cleaning for 10 min, the guy walked up to me and said, car is ready. Asking the worker to clean that is not clean this not clean makes it totally waste of time and unprofessional. @autobell each and every customer is important and this is not good. For your information, I saw same low quality in other car washes.

I had THE BEST customer service experience at this Auto Bell location yesterday and couldn't not write a positive review. The gentleman that took care of my car went above and beyond making sure that my needs were met. I had specific requests for my vehicle and he didn't make it seem like I was being a burden or nuisance. I think he goes by the name Aamon Fall possibly? If you go, make sure you ask for him!

Not a great place to get your car wash but it gets the job done. I suggest making Autobell your plan B and purchasing the low priced services/packages to get you over until you can fine a more suitable car wash. Not enough attention to detail especially when they get busy. If they can't wash cars correctly they should rethink the business model. Again - not horrible but not worth the money either.

The worst autobell I have ever been to. I don’t ever write reviews but I felt the need to do it. Car was not vacuumed properly, did not get freshner, and nothing was wiped down properly. I basically wasted money and could have done a way better job myself, I absolutely hated their service. Seems like they just ran it through the car wash and that’s all. Choose a better location this one is not it!

I took my car to this Autobell and they did a great job. They made my car look so good that it actually got stolen the night after. Something deep down tells me that Autobell made my car look so fresh and clean that a criminal thought, “man that car looks fresh and clean, I should take it”. So yeah, my car got stolen, but the wash and clean looked great for the hours I had it before it was gone.

I purchased a wash for $13.99 and the attendant charged my Visa card for $23.99. After reviewing the receipt I saw that they added a $10 tip. Adding a tip without authorization is the same as stealing. Not impressed. I have completed the steps below as requested in the response. I have still not been contacted or received a response. Still no response as of Today, Dec 13.

I received some gift cards months ago for Autobell and was finally in an area where I could use them. I opted for a quick outside wash and the car came out looking great and the wheels were nice and shiny. I've used Antonella in the past and have always been satisfied with their services. When I'm not pressed for time I will opt for the full inside and outside service.

Just Went and got my wash today what a sloppy job they didnt wash under the door handles very visible place with dirt didnt wash under the grill which is a very visible place as well that was still filthy. Poor job vacuuming out the interior very very very disappointed. I will not be coming back and I advise others to not go to this specific location as well.

Went to this location got a $30 car wash oh where do i begin:they didn't wipe the car down,tire shine was applied horribly very blotchy,they didn't vaccum....this was the worst car wash ever...i asked to speak to a manager and was told he's busy,NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! This was my first time here and I was happy with the car wash itself but in order to use the towels and mat cleaner you have to have the employees do it and they didn’t tell me when I paid which I would of paid for and then at the end of the car wash they said it was too late.. very frustrating experience and I didn’t get to vacuum like I wanted too

Got the manager special. Did a good job, looks great! Not five stars because it was a slow day for them and they didn't take the extra time to be as thorough as they could have been. One cupholder was missed, pieces of cleaning cloth we're left behind. A few dog hairs didn't come out of the trunk when vacuumed, etc.

Came here to wash my rental car before I returned it so I didn't get charged for a cleaning fee. I did the $6 exterior car wash because the inside was already clean. I think it did a pretty good job because I did not get charged for a cleaning fee when I return my rental car.

The people at this shop are extremely friendly and the prices are great. I have been to some auto bell locations that have not been easy to navigate. This location is quite spacious for such a busy road! I will be back to this location for all of my car cleaning!

Now $8 for the drive thru. It was $4 just a couple years ago. Sam's is right down the road is $6 and includes the vaccums. That will probably be my spot going forward, even though I have a lot of respect for the Autobell organization.

I have the monthly membership for having my car cleaned inside and out! I love going to this establishment. Starting at $25 a month you can get your car washed everyday as many times a day! It's a great idea for Uber and Lyft drivers!
