Technical issues abound. Half our movie was plagued by "buffering" issues. Netflix runs better on dial up than this film did on a commercial projector. Besides the constant stuttering of the movie, it full on stopped multiple times and everytime we thought it was resolved, it would happen again. Multiple people walked out. This wasn't the experience I'd hoped for, especially after the actors in the film I went to see had a preview where they called us all heroes for coming in person to the theater... well, I don't think being a hero is worth a $6 water to watch something that would have played better on youtube. Edit: Well, B&B claims to have refunded my tickets, but theyre in the form of backstage pass points, which can only be used at the physical box office. I tried to reserve tickets online and can't use my points... so I tried to call in... well they don't have a phone anymore. The phone number just repeats the same message over and over. I'll try to use these points since I have them, but I cannot recommend B&B to anyone.

I went here because they had a movie that wasn't playing in Liberty. Same theater company but the one in Liberty is sooo much better. The seat i sat in was broken (recliner and seat heat did not work). I'm sure they knew this, as I'm sure I'm not the only person it's happened to. They should set those seats as permanently unavailable so people don't purchase them. The room was also pretty warm, not comfortably cool like you'd expect a theater to be in the summer. (Looking at other reviews, they obviously don't heat and cool the theaters to an adequate level.) The whole place just seemed kind of run down as well. I mean, not as bad as some places, I guess... but it's a far cry from the one in Liberty.

We showed up for a company function this afternoon and overwhelmed the staff. Too many people ordering too many items in a short amount of time. The staff were courteous and patient, worked hard and as accurate as they could. They worked as a team and got everyone taken care of as fast as they could with very little error. The theater was spotlessly clean. The bar was available and we'll stocked. The movie went without issue and the sound was top quality. A wide variety of menu items and snack items were available. I suggest signing up for the B&B rewards program. I sure did! 10 out of 10 would recommend, 3 out of 5 stars. Wouldn't change a thing. #HailNimrod

I have not been to a movie since Nov 2019. I finally went to one today with my granddaughters! Loved it! Movies are so different now since Covid but I love it. They have remodeled and have those fancy reclining warming seats! You can practically stretch all the way out while watching a movie. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The popcorn was great but it does have self service on the soda, butter and salt. I personally do not enjoy the self serve butter and salt. You can't add some in at half way full like you can ask for when they do it for you but I know others prefer it that way. Just a personal preference. It was great fun and we will be going back!

Had a really good time at this movie theatre. The reclining seat option was amazing. They even had heated seats. The popcorn was a bit overcooked but overall I was satisfied with the place. The employees all had Santa hats so that was fun. The guy behind the bar seemed to enjoy and take pride in his work. Staff was friendly and place was kept very clean. I was surprised. This is definitely the cleanest theatre I've ever been to. You guys are doing a great job. It's no surprise you have such good ratings (which is a reason I chose this place). I just moved here and I haven't been to any other theatres but I will definitely be making this my go-to place.

Very nice theatre experience!! Much better under B&B management We had a blast at B&B KC Northland 14, a family-owned multiscreen movie theater in Kansas City. The theater was clean and comfortable, with recliner seats and a full bar. The sound and picture quality were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed watching the latest blockbuster on the big screen, and I also appreciated the variety of movies they offer, from action to comedy to retro. B&B KC Northland 14 is a great place to enjoy a movie night with friends or family. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!

We have been systematically trying all of the theaters in close proximity to us. The KC Northland 14 is the closest to us and so far the only one we will not return to. This theater is quite dated and the amenities of newer theaters just aren't present. Another B&B theater that is also nearby has a much nicer snack bar and far more comfortable seating. However, the popcorn at both locations has a very stale texture and the toppings they offer regular store-bought sprinkle on flavorings. The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful and able to fill our drink and popcorn needs as we asked.

It had been a few years since I went here since B&B 12 went in and can I say they have really made some nice updates. We saw 2 movies. Both had assigned seats (didn't have that before). Both had reclining seats. One of the theaters had reclining seats that were wide and the leg part didn't drop. It was more like there was a fixed ottoman. I prefer the normal recliners but the wide seat was nice. I will be coming back more often and it was way less crowded. It's not the B&B 12 but still really nice. I think they are still making upgrades as the bathroom was still getting worked on.

You picked the right theater if you enjoy watching movies while having some space to yourself. It's one of the most pandemic-friendly movie theaters in Kansas City. Even before the pandemic, you'll have multiple seats empty around you for major Blockbusters; if not, the entire row to yourself! The theaters themselves are a little dingy and outdated, but the facility is undergoing renovation. Cleanliness can be a factor at times as well. But other than that, it's your standard movie experience without the obnoxious crowds.

This was one of the best movie experiences of my life, (I'm 55). Not only are the seats incredibly comfortable but the heat element helped ease the added back pain I've been going through. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the whole theater & most importantly the staff were very kind, helpful & respectful. And the staff & whole establishment were/are very handicapped friendly. I appreciate all of your staff & commend you all! Thank you for a wonderful belated birthday outing experience~

Since the remodel, this theatre has been brought up to a more modern standard; assigned seating, heated leather recliners, and ticket price to match. It's still cheaper than AMC, but not the awesome deal it used to be. It's still not very crowded, generally. Even on big premiere nights, the first showing or two might sell out but not the rest. The more relaxed atmosphere still makes this our first choice for movie nights, either as a family or date night with my wife.

Good place to watch a movie that just came out. Prices are a bit high as I paid about $10 for a movie ticket Edit: Went to see the new Batman movie with my sister and this place is amazing! All the staff we talked to were really nice and they have leather seats which are heated and can also incline. The guy who I believed to be the manager told me they will start serving alcohol and expand their menu as they will have a kitchen! Love it!

This is the second in the local b&b chain we've visited. It's an older theater, lumpy uncomfortable seats, zero previews or entertainment while you're waiting for the show to start and -again- terrible popcorn with no flavor unless it's drowning in the self serve flavored salt. We won't be back to visit any of the b&b theaters, just not worth it to sit in a dumpy environment and pay full price and eat bland popcorn.

Great night out in a comfortable clean environment. Employees always pleasant and friendly. Few if many people attend these movies during daytime weekdays so we like the quick and easy seating selection. One complaint I have was that the overpriced popcorn is way too salty for us senior citizens to eat. Drove my blood pressure through the ceiling after a few handfuls so I couldn’t eat it. Otherwise it’s a five star

Usually I love B & B but this one needs some upgrades. The air-conditioning was making a loud clinking sound the entire time and was very distracting. The seating was different, not recliner chairs but more like a lounge seat. The concession area looked like they might be updating it. Both drink machines were basically empty though and we were at an early show. Not sure we'll visit this one again anytime soon.

Been atleast 25 years since I've been in a movie theater and it was the best theater experience ever. Felt like I was at home in my own recliner. No one throwing popcorn at me or my kids. Best have at least $80 going here 3 seats and 3 med drinks, 1big bag of popcorn and decent size bag of skittles came to almost $70. Lol need a second job if I make this a habit. Overall I had a with my kiddos.

It had been awhile since I had last visited this theatre so I was pleasantly surprised that it has been fully renovated and is now the nicest theatre in town. The theatres are clean, with comfortable reclining chairs and plenty of space to socially distance. The tickets are also reasonably priced. I’m glad they invested in renovations and this will be my go-to movie theatre from now on.

Theater was dirty upon taking my seat. It had food over it and was sticky (probably soda) on it. The movie did not start on time. I waited 10mins and then I had to tell the ticket desk to start the movie. The movie then took another 10mins to start after my request. Then I had to tell them to dim the lights, it never happened. What a disaster of a theater, will not return!

Terribly understaffed on a Saturday night. Everything was a wait. Started the movie late after a lady finally complained that we sat there for 15 minutes .. then they couldn't find their rear with two hands and kept trying to start it. Finally started it and the sound was way too loud. Bathrooms were a mess, and all the Manager was wanting to do was leave. #Bad Show.

Update I took my mom in a wheelchair. It was not level from street to sidewalk. She almost went flying out of her wheelchair. I made mention of this yet I don't believe the person I told this to cared. I felt it the air duct system was great. I go anywhere else and my nose and eyes water. The sound quality was decent. You could hear the music of the movie next door.

The theater it's self was great. It was clean. The seating was comfortable. The heated sets....chef's kiss. However, the staff came in to watch the movie. Better yet, came in to talk, wonder around, and just generally be rude during a movie. I had to say something 4 times. I will never go there again and will tell all I know how bad the experience was.

It is very nice with recliner seats with a heater. I felt like I didn't get enough chips for the nachos. Spent $8 on a small bag of tositos chips and a side of nacho cheese. I'm sure they do the chips that way because of COVID but seems like it needs to be a bigger bag. It was not busy at all and it seems like the floors were little dirty.

This is a very nice theater. It has heated seats and recliners that are leather in every theater. We went to the regular theater and it was very comfortable and nice. I thought it was odd that you had to pick your seat and it wasn't just basically general admission. And the staff seem very nice the people that we encountered anyway.

The theatre was very nice and the seats were very comfortable. The theatre was very understaffed as there were long wait times for both food and tickets since they didn't have anyone working just the ticket section. We missed the beginning of our movie due to the long wait. But as it was a free ticket I can't complain too much.

My wife and I love this theater, we go three to four times a month depending on what is showing. We love the staff, they are always courteous and friendly. The two managers that I know are outstanding, the one woman manager was also very outstanding, we believe she got promoted to the home office, thank you B&B theaters

This was our first time visiting this theater and we were very pleasantly surprised. Small cozy theaters with heated recliners made it feel like we were watching at home. It was very clean (bathroom included). And the popcorn was the best we have ever had! We'll be going back next weekend. You need to give them a try!

13.00 for 2 adults and one toddler 930am showing of the incredibles. While the theater wasnt the nicest it was plenty nice enough and our family had a wonderful morning at the theater. Our toddler couldn't see over the seatbacks but sitting on our lap sorted it out and he really enjoyed himself.

B&B KC Northland 14 seems to be the best theater in the area. The prices are very low for the amount of comfort you're getting in the recliner seats. I had at at the very front this time and despite that, the seating was comfortable and the screen was fine to look at. Thank you.

We had the theater to ourselves. Chairs were comfy and service was nice! I'd pre purchased my tickets so checking in was relatively easy. According to the screen, they clean after each guest leaves the theater by sanitizing the seats. Theater was clean and the popcorn was tasty.

My favorite theatre in KCMO. Other theatres may have more amenities, but this is the best bet for a comfortable family experience. Especially if you're a more introverted type of person. And the upgrades (post pandemic) are amazing. Saw The Marvel's tonight and it was AMAZING

The theater was great! The chairs are fantastic! The chairs reclines back, plus it heats up. Makes it nice and cozy. The workers very helpful. The concession bar little high on popcorn and soda drinks. Got popcorn and 2 drinks which was higher then the prize of ticket movie.

Always have a great time with my brother at this theater. The new seats are larger, more feature packed, and very comfortable. The building is usually very clean. Screen size varies by which theater room you watch in so asking first will save you from any surprises.

The place has been re-done and is open for an amazing viewing experience. We saw The Batman, and was surprised to find reclining seats with heat built in. The staff is always friendly, and the revamped seating now makes this theater my favorite in the KC area.

Love the Backstage Pass program. Going to this theater is always a good experience for us. Just reopened after their remodeling. Both sides open now. The only complaint is some theatres cost extra and if that's the movie time you want, you have to pay extra.

I haven't been to this location yet. Does this one have the children's play area in the theatre like the one in Overland Park? I don't want to have to drive all the way over there if I don't have to. I didn't see any photos of it or mentioned in the reviews

First time ever in a b&b theater. The staff was really nice. The movie started on time. The seats were super comfortable but my favorite part was they had heated seats. I had never seen that in the theater before and now I will return just for that reason

Staff was incredibly disrespectful sir with the long black hair had a bad attitude the whole time and lady with short hair also very mean. So if you wanna watch a movie in an environment where you don’t feel welcomed this is the theater for you!!

Always has been my go-to theater. I went back for the first time since pre-COVID restrictions, and man have they improved and renovated. Spacious reclined seats are amazing and comfortable! Will look forward to going back again

One of the cleanest theaters I've ever been to! Concessions are similar to other theaters but the cashiers are extremely friendly. The seats are comfy and have seat warmers and recline, which makes your experience so nice.

They replaced the old seats with new heated recliners & added a bar. It's a great theater & the staff was great while we got refreshments. Very clean & I love that it shares a parking lot with some restaurants.

I received a free pass to this newly remodeled facility in the mail. It's a really nice theater. The theaters are pretty luxurious. And it's still pretty slow so you don't have to worry about crowded theaters.

The staff are friendly but the food is over priced and charging tiers for different seat levels is for the birds. I don't mean reserved seats but now I have to pay extra if I don't want to ruin my eyes?

It was a nice experience as usual. B&B is the only theater I like to go to. However, I took 1 star away because the theater was not as clean as the liberty theater. Otherwise a good time!

They've been updating the theaters with heated, reclining leather seats and the ticket prices are still affordable. Food and beverage prices are high, but that's any theater you go to.

Nice leather heated reclining chairs. Fresh popcorn. Friendly staff. They even refunded an online ticket for someone in our party who could not make it. Their kitchen was slow though.

My favorite movie theater. I take my family there once a month at the very least. Definitely recommend sitting in the balcony if the movie you're seeing happens to be in theatre 1.

The remodel is awesome. The seats are comfy and I say it's a hidden gem right now. Highly recommend it if you want to see a movie and not fight with the crowds.

We had a great time seeing the Mario movie. All the seats were comfortable recliners and with the stadium style seating there is no obstruction of view.
