DO NOT go to these guys, despite all of the good reviews they have gotten, those reviews were ones on small and inexpensive work such as oil changes and such. If you take your car for a big project, these guys will screw u in the worst possible way. These are types of people that will smile in your face and play the act while they have a hand in your back pocket. I took my car to simply get them to fix a sensor which was keeping it from passing smog. They charged me 1600 dollars, however, when I got it back it still didnt pass smog. So then they rold me they would need another 1800 dollars to do the job and again I trusted them and paid, plus they assured me it would pass this time....oh, and they charged me ANOTHER 150 dollars for a second diagnostic. ...why in the heck would they need to do another diagnostic. So came the time to get my car and they told me to first drive it a hundred miles and then take it to get smogged. So I drove a hundred miles......but before I could even reach 100 miles the check engine came one!!!!!!. So they say bring it back in and we will take a look. Sure enough they need to do MORE WORK!!!!....WHAT!? Not only that, but this time it would cost me another 2200 dollars!!!!!. These guys are straight crooks....DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!. I have already made a court date and taking them through the court system to get back what is rightfully mine. These guys do not belong running a business and milking people for every cent one has. BEWARE OF B&C AUTO!!!!!

Since 2012 I've trusted my vehicle with B&C Auto Center. I thought about why I initially went to them and the reasons I've continued relying upon their automotive expertise. Honest, friendly, fair, & responsive. I typically get a reminder call/ email about an appointment I have coming up well in advance. If I need to speak to someone, I know I can always contact them during business hours and will get a prompt response. When I've got an issue with my vehicle, they'll explain what the issue is, the possible causes, and how to treat it. I've had work done that was still under their warranty, and they made sure to stand by their warranty and take of it, even though it may have been a part-issue more than a service issue. In addition to the vehicles they service, they care about the folks behind the wheels of those vehicles. You can tell from the 600+ positive reviews they've acquired. I've had the pleasure of getting to know their service staff and mechanics. All great people. Looking for a great Auto Repair Center - I recommend you give B&C Auto Center a call.

I bought my “camary hybrid” about 14 years ago, since then all car maintenance was in the “Capital Toyota”. About one year ago, the Capital Toyota told me, that there are 4 items should be fixed. The cost will be about $3100, since I am a long time customer, it will be discount to $3000, including tax. I’m very hesitated. If so many problems in my car, maybe should buy a new car. I talked to my neighbor, he introduced me to “B&C Auto Center”. Honestly I just go there to try, didn’t expect too much. They checked and told me my car no such problems, then they did the regular mentinence and fixed some small things, just cost me $110. It was surprise me and feel happy. The manager and technician are kind, honestly and very professional. I will stick with “B&C Auto Center” and say good bye to Capital Toyota. J H.

B&C Got me in Quick, as I needed a new internal water pump, a new timming belt, and thermostat. They had me out the next day and their price was" very fair "! And they did some extras with some parts that were minimal in price.. if they thought it was going to be any bigger change in price they would have let me know first off going in on my truck. I've got just over 311,OOO miles on this 2000 4x4 Tacoma.. And I use this truck a lot ! Not just on the ranch I'm on,.. but on the hwy often . I don't take my truck to anyone but these folks for a reason.. and that reason is.. fair pricing, great work, and they treat everyone with respect. and my truck keeps ticking because of these guys and their great work. Having worked at a dealership for several years, I saw the ins and outs of the service industry. Many dealers and independent shops will try to persuade you to get service on your vehicle that may not be necessary but will drive up the repair cost. Not this shop. This is shop is honest, reliable and will let you know exactly what needs to be done to get your vehicle operating safe and back on the road and they won’t charge an arm and a leg to do it. Ron, Steve and the rest of the staff at B & C are honest, courteous, and provide excellent and reliable service done in a timely matter and at a fair price. What more could you ask for? Absolutely 5/5. I recently purchased a used car and other than the basics (found through extensive internet research), I knew squat about cars. So before the purchase, I took the car for a full inspection to B&C auto center. First of all, they're super communicative and welcoming. They gave me a full work-up, no holds barred. They were super quick about it (around half a day) and I got an honest, helpful report. They even gave me detailed answers to the questions I had about the report itself afterwards. Steven (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) is the resident Marvel+DC+pop culture expert and threw in an exciting discussion about the marvel Phase 4. I'm now the satisfied owner of a Ford focus 2016!

After two other Auto Centers, one being a Chevy Dealer, attempted to diagnose why My 2006 Chevy Silverado's Engine Light was staying on, with no definite answer, I was referred, by a Family Member, to B & C Auto Service. They were very cordial, and, I felt, honest. They informed Me they would perform a Diagnostic Test, and contact Me, as soon as the problem is determined. I received a call, the following day, and they said they believe they found the problem, and gave Me a High Estimate, and a Low Estimate. They kept it for a week, and called to inform Me the repair was made, and My Vehicle was ready to be picked up. I was a "Satisfied Customer", and, will contact B & C for future maintenance or repairs.

I was introduced to B&C by my boyfriend, whose entire family has been bringing their vehicles to B&C for many years now. I have an older Jeep that I off-road with and it can be very difficult to find a shop that is willing to work with a modified vehicle, or with someone who likes to do their own work on their car. Steve and Derek (and all the technicians) have been nothing short of wonderful to work with. Kind people all around, they know their stuff, and I can't say enough good things about them. They have been SO good that my parents who live an hour away have started bringing their cars down to have B&C repair them. I definitely recommend B&C, you would be hard pressed to find a better crew.

I've had some really good experiences at this shop. Professionalism and communication are top notch here. Everyone I've interacted with has been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel calm and confident leaving my car there and knowing they are working on it and there is a plan that they keep me updated on. Much different than my last mechanic, lol. I like getting an oil change done by qualified mechanics who aren't always trying to upsell me on an unnecessary service. They were also able to diagnose and repair a timing belt/ CVT transmission issue that had stumped two other mechanics. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

My pops and I used to do our own maintenance, but as he became older and I got a lot busier, keeping up with the car kept getting pushed to the side. Finally, repairs caught up with me and I had to find a garage to bring my truck. Asked around and they came highly recommended from a family friend. B&C did not disappoint. Trustworthy, empathetic, really open and honest in explaining what needs to be done. You certainly come out feeling like they have your best interest at heart from start to finish. More than satisfied (the truck feels like it can go another 15 years with me), I'm going to be a regular customer.

I affectionately call this shop my little Dukes of Hazzard shop. Just good old boys doing a good old job at what they do best, mechanical repairs! It was done in a very timely manner, The communication was immaculate, and so far so good and I've had my vehicle back for at least 3 days. The only thing I could probably critique is it would be nice to have some type of little shuttle service. I walked two and a half hours to get back home after dropping off my car. But other than that I have really no complaints they repaired a water pump on my car which was an extensive job! And so far so good. Highly recommend

After getting an estimate from the dealership that was so expensive I had doubts about even keeping the car, I wanted a second opinion. B&C checked it out, and found very little wrong with it. They also identified some minor issues the dealership missed, including a burned out brake light, and a nail in my tire. Among the problems, the dealership wanted to replace the entire power steering pump, and B&C said its only a loose hose and a fitting that costs $10. I'm so grateful for their honesty! I also love that I can book an appointment online. Highly recommended!

I'm not from the area and had car trouble driving through and was referred to B&C by a local. Every other auto shop I called couldn't see me for a week or two, but they got me an appointment the next day even though they were busy. They were very straightforward and honest about their findings and didn't try to gouge me for unnecessary repairs. They were even able to properly diagnose a rear end noise that 3 other mechanics couldn't resolve, and they repaired it for a very reasonable price. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. Now my go to place for my automotive work. This time worked on '99 GMC Suburban with 233K miles. Replace rear shocks with correct type for towing, flushed brake fluid, transmission maintenance, belt was starting to crack, replaced. Major front end and steering work, alignment, couple other items. Dropped truck off Mon morning drove home Wed afternoon. Steve always called on status, and helped a bunch. I just came in for a simple oil change, something they did promptly, while I waited. Since I had a discount coupon, it was inexpensive, and never did they pressure me to do other work, thus jacking up my cost. (They did recommend a service on my next visit, which was nice, as it gives me time to consider it and be ready for it, rather than being slammed while I was there expecting the low cost. Hooray for them!) The whole experience was very pleasant, and I will be back for sure.

First time use this service in my neighborhood. People are nice and friendly. I have my car towed there on Saturday, they are not open but let park inside the gate. They check it Monday, determined it was the battery, so they replace and check the rest of the car. I came to p/u the car on Tuesday. Bill was $325 for replace a battery. I thought it was a little high for just a battery, other then that it was ok.

I got recommended these guys from a friend and they ended up being great. Steve and Derrick are alway very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They've done some major work on my car (replaced an entire engine) and it came out fine. Very competitively priced also, after shopping around a little bit for the big job, so I'll definitely be taking stuff here for the work that I can't do myself!

Had to bring my car in for a noise possibly the alternator and after a real quick check in the engine, it was definitely my alternator. They kept my car over night and accommodated the fact that we had plans that weekend. Very truthful about the diagnostic and the procedure to fix it, the timeframe was amazing. Both Steve and Derrik are always courteous and provide the best service. They advise me on repairs and always check with me to get approvals before any repairs are started. These guys took care of my Turbo ,oil leak ,brake problems and were efficient and fair. I finally got to use my Carmax extended warranty and most of my repairs were covered. Great place have taken my car here for several years now. I like that they are into preventive maitainece as well, so as to not have to bring your car back in a few weeks or months. May cost a lil more than other garages but youll be going more frequently. B&C is my go to spot with highly knowledgeable and friendly staff that treat you like family.

I had some small oil leaks and they fixed the only ones that dropped oil on the ground but because my gar has 225,000 miles on it they said that the other problems were so minor that it wasn't worth the money I would spend to correct them.
