I'm literally popping in everyday. Either for something I've forgotten to get from the supermarkets or before curfew snacks. When ever I walk into the pick n pay express every staff member greats each customer with a smile and friendly hello. I have even noticed your security helping customers load wood in their cars or helping them change tires. I have never had a bad experience in the store alone. And the same service is exceeded by the attendants. They always happy to assist with what ever you need. They will go the extra mile to make sure u leave happy and that your car is serviced to perfection. The team work is outstanding. Everybody is willing to help eachother and on days I've been there when it's been extremely busy everyone is helping out somewhere. This type of service cannot be taught. Your staff are wonderful. And are devoted to the clients.

I go out of my way to fill all our vehicles at BP Pinehurst. The service you get here is unreal, always having a laugh with the attendants and cashiers. The shop is great, well stocked and has the best bakery. The level of service is like you would imagine having on your first day of work with your manager looking over your shoulder, everything is perfect, enthusiastic and with a smile. Every single time. It is quite clear that this enthusiasm comes from the owners of the petrol station and how they treat their staff. Keep up the good stuff BP Pinehurst , you guys are doing an amazing job. And to the two petrol attendants on night shift Thursday 22 July 2021, you guys have amazing voices, your singing definitely made my day.

The petrol attendant told me that the customers who put fuel comes first. I waited 20 minutes at the petrol pump for someone to put Tyre pressure and the attendant who assisted me had an attitude. I advised that I am also a customer and require Tyre pressure but I was told to wait until they serve all other customers. I was treated with such disrespect. I needed Tyre pressure and water but the Tyre pressure was only done. Where is the customer service? Really pathetic. In future I would rather go to Engen. I will not go back there ever again!! How can anyone support BP if they pick and choose which customers to assist. Disgusting! And such a waste of time.

I will not go back to this place. I had some trouble with my car this morning with overheating. I stopped at the pump to use the water. I was not there 3 min and the petrol atendant come to me and asks me am I still going to be long as he wants to free up the space. I mean really I have a problem with my car I need the water to get me going again and I'm already late for work and now this. What happened to customer service. He did not even offer to help or anything. I'm sorry but that place will neva see me again.

I use to love this petrol station. Sadly this changed so quickly. I will never trust this petrol station again. On the 7th of Aug they deducted money from my account with no card. After I put in petrol on the 5th. To this day I have not received my refund. Becareful people they have the right to double charge you...how I don't know but it is still unresolved! Update on the 6th of Sept. We still have not received our money back. Beware people! Check your statements for double charges.

Worst petrol station and pick n pay express. We bought muffins there Saturday morning and coffee when we drove off and had our coffee and muffins it was as hard as a rock! We already drove too far away and couldn't return it. My advice is to please don't buy anything to eat there! Also the managementstaff is extremely rude walks around with bad attitude and don't greet clients very unprofessional especially the old lady with the grey hair no interpersonal and client service skills.

Always had quick service but the fuel atendents where obviously told to ask you 6 times..." are you sure it is diesel (while pointing to a diesel tag around their neck)" all good and well but repeating the same things over and over again is not nice after a long days work. When they finally approve you saying YES Diesel they then ask you again 6 more times "are you sure you want to fill up". Ridiculous

I just love popping in to fill up with petrol and have never experienced such awesome service! The attendants are eager and willing and everyone from the manager down to the trainees helps one another to give the customer the best service I appreciate the happy friendly vibe so much and nothing is to much for all the staff! Well done on an excellent job

After a rocky start, these guys have really made an effort to impress a disgruntled, but loyal, customer. Just please please please sort out the Smart Shopper system. Twice now, I have lost out on points when filling up my tank... Not cool, Guys. Otherwise you have the friendliest staff in the store as well as on the forecourt. Keep it up!

Since BP Pinehurst first opened in Pinehurst, their service has been excellent. At first, I thought it was just because they were a new Service Station and their standards would eventually drop, but I've been pleasantly surprised by their continued excellence. At one stage I really enjoyed going to the Wild Bean there, but after a certain time they want you to order through the window which takes so long. You need to explain what you want and then someone inside runs around searching for it. They could just as well close the shop instead of having you order through the window.

Have been getting poor service there everytime. They're worried about customers having covid but the staff stand inside without masks with the doors locked. Waited outside to get feul but got no service whatsoever, waited at the cashiers window as well. More like a spaza shop and not a petrol station.

Ok so this is my fav filling station in CT....one of the attendants actuall bent down to tie my shoelaces on Tuesday.....what a lovely gesture for a senior citizen!!!! Kudos to that young man!!!! He will know who I am talking about.....he boasted about his tip!!!!

I've been going to Wildbean Café, every single day for the past 7 months. The staff are INCREDIBLY friendly & even the staff of Pick n Pay Express. The service is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Also did I mention they make the best hot chocolate of the century?

Nice clean petrol station but I have an issue with the fact that the petrol attendants are unable to scan or manually enter your virtual smart shopper card at the pumps with the card machine. For such a nice modern petrol station this is a let down.

We bought take out food from BP store. And tried to eat it in the car outside the store but we where herrassed by petrol and shop attendants said that we cannot eat on the premisses. They even have a bench and table on the grass to rest

Please sort out your Air Pump Machines. Incredibly dangerous to leave with less air in my tyres than when I arrived!!!! the woman who assisted me deflated my tyres instead of inflating them to the required bar.

I slipped and fell on a wet floor at BP Pinehurst this afternoon, was told it was because of the rubber soles of my shoes!!! It is now 6 hours later, not one call back to check if I'm ok!!! Shocking experience.

Wild bean cafe and the shop is horrible. Ordered food. Worst toasted cheese and tomatoes ever. Tasted like nothing and was dry and disgusting. Shop has hardly any stock.

Might just be the best petrol station in South Africa. You won’t find more helpful and friendly staff anywhere else. An example for all businesses in SA to follow.
