***ORIGINAL 1/3/2023*** Dear customer service team, I came in to Baillios approximately Aug 14, 2021 and paid for a tv wall mount and scheduled technicians to install the TV wall mount at my residence. The installers came to my home approximately August 18-20, 2021 and installed the TV wall mount and Pioneer Elite Kuro PRO-111FD.  The plasma TV weight is about 80lbs. I rarely adjust the wall mount swivel, but when I did this evening (Jan 2, 2023), the TV shifted down and now sags on the left side. I immediately looked in the back and removed the mount covers to inspect the installation. I noticed that only 4 lag bolts were used, and not the recommended 6. Only the center & right top and bottom were bolted in the wall, however top center does not even bolt into a wall stud nor does it use sheetrock anchor for that lag bolt. So effectively, the mount may only be bolted in with 3 or 2 lag bolts. See attached photos. This is not the quality of work I expected for such an expensive wall mount and installation. At a minimum I would like the installation cost to be refunded and the installation fixed. **UPDATE 1/6/2023** Non-reeponse from the company by email or post. Had to call to company and speak to a manager: Bryan. Had to resend emails and issue description, and "negotiate" and agree to pay again for faulty install. Even after agreeing, still no commitment and no follow-thru on scheduled work. **UPDATE 1/13/2023** Poor communication from Bryan Still no commitment to address the installation issue even after agreeing to pay again. Also no response by email after explicitly agreeing to follow-up by email. After a phone call to ask where his installers where, Bryan refused to give me price on fixing the issue and refused to send anyone. He faulted me for waiting 2 years (actually 16 months) to decide to fix the problem. As indicated, it don't adjust the TV mount on a regular to notice the issue, and he would rather defend the faulty installation with 3 lag bolts instead of owning the problem and giving me a price to fix their issue.

Good selection of kitchen appliances but were non deliverable on what they offered. While I am all for supporting local/small businesses, this was by far one of my worst experiences. After finding a range I wanted in January, I was given a delivery date of 3 months from day of payment which at the time seemed reasonable. Unfortunately after 8 month's of waiting, I still had no range and resorted to going with a big box store. During these 8 months, my experience was negative. I had to be the one to make the phone calls to find out where my order was, rarely I was given a heads up phone call by Baillo's staff unless I initiated it. Delivery date was pushed out to May, then June, then August and finally September. During this long wait time I reached out asking if there was something they could do for me since I was kept waiting, (free delivery/install, this was met with hesitation and "needed approval from another department head"). I finally gave up after waiting and no concessions were made by Baillo's to make things right, no offer to refund any portion of my money or anything else while waiting during this time. I would not recommend going here for appliances to family or friends given my experience.

Purchased this couch for $3000 in March. We purchased the warranty approx $250. In July, the couch collapsed on me when I tried sitting down. The wood is split behind the couch and after numerous attempts to get it repaired, we continue to get the runaround. We have had appointment after appointment get rescheduled for incoherent reasons. I've tried to reach AHM's supervisor Cassandra but she has never made the attempt to contact me. I've spoken to Brian from Baillios who assured me he was going to find out what can be done and give me a phone call back the next day. That was supposed to be Tuesday. My repair was supposed to be done today. No communication and no resolution for going on 3 months. Either replace my couch or give me a refund for this and the other matching couch we purchased! We currently have this couch pushed against the wall as to not completely break the entire back off the other side as well. Both sides of this couch cannot be reclined. I am part of a family of 4. We have only been able to use a 3 seater and beanbags. This couch is UNUSABLE!

Found my mattress 100.00 cheaper same one.. Many to choose from..Andy Weston sales Rep. Extreme knowledgeable..took care of me every step. Very patient. Took his time with me to educate me and let me make my own decision. No pressure..but 100% customer service! Fabulous experience! Excellent pricing! 100.00 cheaper here than down the street...same mattress. In addition...better customer service and never rushed with me. Had delivery next day...delivery boys very efficient! Polite..professional.

What a great experience. It’s a bad day when you wake up to a dead refrigerator, especially during the holidays. Joanne sprung into action and found me the perfect replacement that was in stock, and scheduled my delivery within two days! Every other place was booked until after the first of the year with no stock to choose from. The delivery was fast, easy and the two gentlemen were kind and considerate. This will be my go to place for any appliance need I may have.

This past summer I decided to walk into Baillio's and see what they could do for me. Joann was fantastic and let me take my time without pressuring me. She sold me two Electrolux machines and they are heaven! At first I thought the machine was leaking. I called and they immediately planned for a new one for the next day. I later realized it was something I did and fixed it, no new delivery necessary. Great service, great experience! Thank you.

Outstanding service! I bought a washer & dryer and needed quick delivery. Andy Weston helped me select units that would meet my needs. They were in stock and I got delivery the next day. Delivery was on time and the installer was courteous & professional. He ran the washer & dryer to make sure they were properly hooked up and operating. I highly recommend Baillio's!

Researched washer online. Jason handled the sale on the phone on Friday. Delivered and installed on Saturday. Machine is performing as advertised (Speed Queen). Timely status checks of delivery were incredible. Installation team of Joey and Gabriel were fantastic. Jason demonstrated superior knowledge of the washer. Best customer service experience in a long time.
