The Customer Service here is not great. In fact this is one of the few times I will go ahead and say it's right out terrible. I DO NOT recommend this location. The gentlemen* who "helped" me (*I refrain from naming names because I do respect people's reputation), was really short and lazily gave me my pick-up order. My speculation was because I was not buying something directly from him (or the store) but purchased online he was extremely half-hearted in offering service. Basic stuff, that I have NEVER had a problem being answered at any other location, he just refused to answer. He kept referring me to go online to look it up and insisted that any help with my phone he would have to charge for. That is OUTRAGEOUS. I mean, I already purchased a new phone and upgraded my service. Basic simple service from an associate should be met with more diligence and politeness than this.

I bought my first smart phone from Paul Coy at Verizon a couple of weeks ago. I am a reluctant senior citizen, easily intimidated by technology. Paul asked the right questions to help identify the right phone for my needs (plain vanilla, nothing fancy, no extra "apps"). He helped me understand the basics of how to use it and set up the things I'd need. A week later I went to the new 4111 Coors store and he clarified several things I didn't understand. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and patient. I am still not tech savvy, but I don't feel so intimidated thanks to Paul's help and positive attitude. I am happy with the Verizon phone and am learning how to use it, and I am even more satisfied with the level of service and kindness I received from Paul.

Mark helped me with my account From the beginning was willing to help me with my account and went in for the black friday deal going on. After messing up my account and dealing with customer service multiple times wasting my time nothing was fixed and comes to find out he doesn’t usually deal with Business accounts… funny how i wasnt told this from the beginning so i could go to a Verizon that does deal with business accounts, i was told this three months down the line dealing with the issues. Will not go back to this Verizon and I’ll definitely make sure i talk with someone that knows what they are doing instead of someone that just wants to make a commission and not fix the issue he caused.

went into this verizon store and got a new phone. scott helped me out and made my experiance one of the best i have had at a phone store. he was knowlagable and new all the promotions and deals going on. he was able to get me a new phine and save me money on my account! if you ever need a new phone go see scott he is the best rep i have ever worked with at a phone store and made my sale very easy for me to understand. I am going to send in my family to get a phine with him because i can trust him. he also gave me his cell number if i needed help. I have never had service like this at a phone store! thank you again scott for all your help!

The service was great! Ryan was very helpful with all my questions and checking on my billing as I have a family plan. Ryan also told me I was able to upgrade my phone and I did as I was looking forward to getting the iPhone 14 Pro! Oh, Brian took time to help me with some changes on my phone show me a couple of things that I can do on my phone. I was a very pleasant and helpful agent. I ended up going back to see him a couple of days later as I messed up my Instagram and couldn’t get on he told me to come in and he would show me or help me with my issue! Again very helpful, courteous, patient! Made my purchase pleasant!

I would not recommend this verizon! My promotions was never added or even credit for my device trade in. The Manger didn't want to help me over the phone said only if I go into the store. I kept my documents of everything because everything was so unorganized and no one could give straight answers! They are a 3rd party company not direct with VERIZON! I highly suggest going to a STRAIGHT VERIZON WHOLE SALER STORE OR DOING TRADE INS ONLINE. Thankfully that the customer service phone number helped straighten out this stores mess for over changing me!!

Fri. 04/30/2021. My 1st time visiting this Verizon location. Five Star Customer Service!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ms. "Fey" greeted me at the door, handled my transaction skillfully and very professionally and then made sure I was absolutely content with the customer service (she) provided during my visit! I was super impressed with the representation she displayed! There's another Verizon store closer to my home than THIS one, but I'd rather travel the extra miles to THIS Verizon store just to be treated like a SUPERSTAR! Thanks, again, to "Fey"! ✌

Account Manager Tevin Stewart was incredibly helpful getting a SIM card for my friend's new phone. Although the model comes unlocked, her number was associated with a SIM card so old it created a problem getting new one for her new phone. Although the easiest solution was out because the corporate helpline was closed for the night Tevin spent a long time helping us get her phone working that night instead of telling us to come back in the morning. Possibly the single best customer service experiences I've ever had, period.

Tevin helped us when we were consolidating phone services to Verizon from AT&T. Tevin and Verizon were great from the start. Tevin was professional, knowledgable, and easy to work with. I also felt he had our best interested in mind and attempted to recommend the best deals that would benefit our situation. While we had some difficulty in transferring one of our phone numbers, Tevin was almost always available to answer questions and assist us through a multi-day process.

My wife needed a new phone we went to this Verizon store off Coors and st.josephs and Scott Clark helped my wife out and got her a great deal on a new phone. Another great experience at this place, Coos and Pavilion location. It’s why I keep coming back to this specific store. Greg Estrada was very helpful He made a special trip to the Los Lunas store to pick up a new iPhone 12 in the color I wanted. Coors store location was out of stock he called around to see what store had a phone for me . Very awesome customer service The place was being continuously cleaned and Covid safe. Just opened and great location. Mr. Johnny Williams, Verizon Wireless Sales Representative, is the man to see when you are in the market for service and/or the latest cell phone technologies. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like I was home. He's friendly and extremely knowledgeable with all of the services and products Verizon Wireless has to offer. I ALWAYS went to the Verizon corporate stores because I thought that was the best place to get service on my account and I will probably NEVER go back as long as Aaron is at the Cellular Sales store on Coors. He ALWAYS treats you like you are the ONLY customer. He makes sure you understand every step of the process and that you totally understand your phone when you walk out with a new one. Had bought a liquid screen protector from an associate at this store. He said it was better then the tempered glass due to not having it replaced every few months. He also states that the screen protector protects your screen from any type of scratch. Well that's a load of BS. Id rather spend $20 every few months then waste $40 for the liquid screen protector and now possibly a new screen for my phone. What a waste!

I went to this version a few weeks ago and I got helped right away if don’t have to wait long. I had Kyle Kamm help me get a new phone and I absolutely had a great experience! He was very kind, took his time, and explained everything very clearly. If I ever have to go back to this location I will definitely ask for Kyle. I have never been in a Verizon store this helpful or polite. This is the ultimate. I was traveling through from Texas and had to get a new phone. They welcomed me helped me get in new phone made sure everything transferred over and just got a call a week later to make sure everything was okay and if I had any questions. WOW!!! Tevin was a great help when I went in the store. He helped me find a cable I needed replacing. I accidentally flushed my phone cable down the toilet and oh boy was the plumber upset. Tevin was also able to help me find a great phone case to match my car and purse, I just gotta match. I'll be back the next time I need help on this side of town.

Excellent service. The staff had a problem with my in store pick up of an iPhone XR but they offered to take me out to dinner for my troubles! Who does that? Phone accessories are WAY over priced. You can do much better on Amazon with a way better selection. I would definitely go back again to pick up my next phone.
