I’ve been trying to get an appointment for the longest time. They don’t care how serious the issue is. One time I got an appointment for a skin issue/rash and they gave me medicine that gave me an allergic reaction and made it worse. They didn’t listen to my issue and he didn’t care to look. They told me no appointments until I told them how bad they made the issue. Anyways I cannot get an appointment now and idk what the receptionists do. They really pick and choose they don’t even ask for the issue. I honestly don’t know what to do. I probably need to change GPS.

Honestly, this place used to be really good and recently the knew receptionists and the balaji surgery in general is just become appalling and I literally spent half an hour getting through to them just for them to tell me that they ‘can’t do anything’ or ‘ sorry we don’t have any appointments’ and they just really need to improve. Also recently I needed a appointment for a blood test and they gave me the wrong time. I then called them many times and they claimed it wasn’t there fault which It was and I still haven’t been able to get a appointment.

Absolutely disgusting customer service only at this surgery. My advice to you all Which you do not have to take is if you are looking to sign up save your self alot of headache and don't, there are lots of competent surgerys based locally that you can use. Only at this place do you have to wake up at 8 o'clock in the morning to book an appointment for that day. As a teacher I didn't want to take any time off work however zero empathy and robotic receptionist.

Very, very much disappointed with the service I get with this surgery, one can't get an appointment with the doctor, & if one orders a repeat prescription it's never, never done on time ,one has to keep on ringing and asking for the repeat prescription every day, this issues need to be looked into by the NHS SERVICES, I have been with this surgery since 1998, but now it's becoming worse than before, sometimes someone has to step in before it comes more worse.

This is not a doctors surgery This is a theatre they never have appointments left for patiences I'm disappointment I'm in pain all they say we have no appointments left doctor chandoori was the best when ever I go to this doctor surgery there's a different doctor there I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed please get one doctor so they can listen there patience out

Waste of time this surgery is you can be on the phone from 8 Am in the morning and when you finally get through to them they say all appointments are taken up you need to call earlier will not recommend anyone this GP practice complete utter waste of time specifically the receptionist are all so rude it's like they decide who they give there appointments to best of they close down

Nazia the receptionist always fobs people off and gives who she wants the appointments. She's not professional at all, I had to call on behalf of a mentally unwell patient who called for an appointment where she told him No. Yet spoke to me and after I shamed their surgery and her then she soon gave an appointment for the next day. She's terrible.

Time wasted in this surgery to be honest very bad experience. The girl On reception have no manners to talk and no experience. They only give appointments to their favourable people if u ask they never have appointments also in morning it’s so busy if some one pick up call they say sorry all booked . What time then we book

Horrible at reception, give false hope that cancellations will be given to us. We've called everyday at 8 for the past week and always have been held in a qué, when answered they say that no appointments are available. The importance of the appointment isn't asked about. Simply careless.

This place is a joke. A joke that could potentially cost people their lives. It’s near enough impossible to a) get through to them b) get an appointment with in 2/3 weeks timeframe.. I think it’s about time this place is shut down for good.

Dont no what kind of surgery this is you can never get any appointments takes up to half an hour to get through on the phone just to be told every appointment is booked and this is the case everytime

The receptionist fail to fill you in with important information, Seems like a recurring problem.

All their appointments be gone within a minute. Made a complaint to NHS
