One of the stores I like to visit at the plaza. Quality clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. well organized and a lot of helpful staff. It’s in a great location and it’s very close to parking garages so it’s very convenient when you over-shopped and need to take the items in your vehicle to free up those hands before further shopping continues. Above it is McCormick and Schmick’s seafood restaurant and a few steps away from other restaurants in the plaza.

Really great Store, I really like the brand, has always been one of my favorites. I used to work retail, so I appreciated the nice people saying hello, can I help you, are you looking for something specific that I can help you with....etc. Unlike my shopping experience yesterday at a different store, this was very pleasant and the 2 persons helping me were very nice and help me find the pieces that I need it. I left with a smile on my face.

Aaron is an absolute gem! I loathe shopping and found that BR's style, pricing, and sizing all seem different since last time I shopped there (admittedly, more than 6 years ago.) He helped me select items and find the right size and gave styling recommendations that helped quell my shopping anxiety. He also knows EVERYTHING about the brand, as he's been with them for a long time, and he made the shopping experience fun. Thank you, Aaron!

Went to the Plaza location today to shop... I walked to Caucasian employees looked directly at me never spoke just continued their conversation. Literally 5 seconds later Caucasia woman walks in behind me, employees immediately speak, “how can I assist you today.” I guess I was unworthy of a hello. I addressed this with a manager. It’s clear They don’t appreciate those with brown skin coming to shop. I will not return. Disgusting!!!

Very bad customer service in person and over the phone, felt very discriminated against for not being one of "them". Was shopping and kept getting harassed endless by the workers seeing as if they wanted to kick me out. I love the clothes there, I honestly do. I just wish for better customer service. At the moment I have to shop online only not due to the very very poor customer service offered there in person and over the phone.

Had a great experience with an associate named Jahlil (sp?). My wife was in need of a professional ensemble for a photo shoot in just a few days, and Jahlil was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly while assisting us. Unfortunately she couldn’t find anything there, as we would’ve loved to buy what she needed from him. A definite recommendation to see him when shopping there!

I had a little juggling to do with a sweater that I'd received as a gift. Long story, short they figured everything out and had my new sweater sent straight to my house so I wouldn't have to return. The guy at the counter was fantastic! Thanks again! Parking note, the Valencia garage made it very convenient to pop out some doors after parking and get straight to Banana Republic.

My 4 year old had to pee. The rude lady at the counter said NO public restrooms go to Barnes and noble across the street. WOW. Shame on you Banana Republic for this inconvenience. Your competitors are far better than you in service and many other things. I think so restrooms are more important than fitting rooms. Will not waste my money at Banana Republic anymore.

I have been on a three-year search for girl jeans that aren't skin tight. Thank you Banana Republic! They have girlfriend jeans that are terrific! They are the best damn jeans I own. It's hard to find jeans for a 5 foot female that aren't made completely out of elastic. They had baggy jeans for petite People! Short people need jeans too

Julia was extremely helpful in helping me find clothes for my trip to the beach in Mexico. She quickly helped me find linen items in my size and for those not at the store, she helped me figure out which items i could find online. I was delighted with the store and would definitely come back again. Excellent customer service!

This is the best Banana Republic I've ever been to. Not only does it carry their Heritage and Monogram lines, the staff is always top-notch and are actually interested in style. The sales are insane as well--I spent $270 and walked out with 2 suits and 2 shirts

I'm sure we have all been doing a lot more online shopping lately but at times, I like to actually try stuff on. I like how Banana fits, so I usually use it as my standard. Someone always welcomes you when you come in through the door.

Holiday sales allowed me to maximize my expenses. Jack and his team helped curtail a new wardrobe for $2,000. I live in st.louis and anytime I plan on purchasing suits I’ll be making the I-70 trip to shop with Jack and their team.

Service is amazing at this store. Staff are very friendly and aren't just angling to sell you stuff. They're actually trying to get you clothing that looks good and fits well. Definitely will be back.

Love their men’s suit jackets and sweaters for the winter. Can always find something that fits well, off the rack, and is fancy enough from my wife – she’s hard to please.

Always best selection in KC compared to other BR locations. Store was well merchandised and service was good. Always felt welcomed and staff was eager and willing to help.

Staff is very helpful and they have a wide assortment of clothes. I like it for work appropriate clothes but there are some really fun clothes.

Nice selection of stuff. The store is separated into small rooms for casual, business, etc. Go all the way to the back to find clearance sales.

Service declined a little here. We hadn't shopped here for a year. So always had great service but during our shopping this was not the case.
