We love Banfield! We use the location on Hulen st. Dr. Cousins is amazing! Patient and kind. You never feel rushed and he answers all questions. We love option yo drop off our pets. If you cannot take the time off of work to take your pet in they allow you to do a drop off prior to 7:45. Pick up as late as closing I believe.

In my opinion, the best Banfield location in Fort Worth. We switched from Bryan Irvin because the staff here are always friendly and seem like they love their jobs. It's never very crowded, and they are always quick to get my pet in. They also immediately email me records any time I call up needing them.

Absolute joke and a scam! They try to sell you on a bunch of stuff before your pet is even seen and have no empathy for why you’re actually there at all. The employees don’t even know basic information about their plans and couldn’t get through a sentence without reading a prompt on the computer.

I specifically drive 1.5 hours to take my puppy to this location. It’s interesting because I previously worked for Banfield for 8 months. It’s like the technicians are beyond annoyed and very short spoken. It’s sucks to drive so far to get my good care and then feel like you need to stop talking.

The cost is a little outrageous. It’s $50 just to have an appointment. Plus they charge $25 to give one single shot plus the cost of the shot ($44). So $75 for them to just give my dog a shot he needs monthly. Why doesn’t the appointment fee include giving shots?
