Very slow service, queueing for hrs just to get a ptptn pin. What a slow service. I came on Tue, and facing an off line problem, took 1hr also not solve. How good if hv other option to get the ptptn pin.

Kaunter ada 3. Dua ekor duduk kaunter. Lepastu bukak satu kaunter. Dari tak ramai jadi ramai pelanggan. Staff lain sibuk gantung banner. Pungkek punya servis. BSN lagi teruk dari gomen punya servis.

Take a Note, this bank only work well 10 to 30 every month, don't come 1-9 they always say electric problem, internet problem, they always give stupid reason to make customer go away in this date.

Queued for an hours just to purchase pin number but the staff so slow service and we waited a queued outside the aisle instead inside. Poor quality of service!!please improve your speed lah

Staff including the police on duty are friendly to answer your question or doubt. But parking around it sucks! Not convenient for those with family members who are disabled or OKU.
