This Barnes & Nobles cafe is run by Starbucks. I can no longer support Starbucks. I still drop by to study. The cafe is clean and orderly even though it caters to a wide array of the public, including homeless people. More than once, I have seen 1-2 (respectful & polite) homeless people sitting in the cafe without causing any disturbance. Thankfully, the cafe employees leave them alone and fellow cafe customers eat, drink, study, and read along side one another. This Barnes and Noble also has a public restroom. I know because I have to pee like a pregnant woman. It’s the only public restroom in the Plaza that one may enter without asking for prior authorization. A Godsend for people with my predicament.

After a really difficult day, the person behind the counter with a pink with white polka dot mask and glasses had such a sunny yet genuine disposition that things were looking up before I even finished ordering my cold brew. Give them a raise!!
You'll need to change the hours on your website to reflect you open at 10:00. Its just good customer service. I'm here at 9:13 (thinking you open at 9) and now I have to wait 47 minutes in the cold for you to open.
Terrific people watching experience combined with a fun book buying trip. The Country Club Plaza is worth visiting daily.
