Sold me a 500+ dollar laptop with an expired extended warranty, refused to allow me to return it. Turns out for a BRAND NEW version of the laptop they sold me, it's 299.00 with the extended warranty. Don't ever by electronics of any kind from Ivy Tech, they will scam you and steal your money.

Customer Service is terrible, they don’t answer phone calls, returns calls, or answer emails. Drove in person and the store was closed due to bad weather. It was 40 degrees. And wouldn’t a school for working adults have a bookstore open on Saturdays? Not convenient at all for working adults!

I’ve had items ordered and paid for with financial aid that never arrived. I’ve also had items needed for a class but not available in store or online until an instructor would have to complain weeks into the class about it. Overall communication is slow and rough, to put it nicely.

I've ordered stuff through financial aid and never received it. Have received some items although staff doesn't always seem to know the right way to do certain things.

This review is just an update for what has happened to the bookstore at ivy tech. They have some game stuff, organizers, calculators, notebooks, and book pick up.

They have materials although specialty materials like lab kits will have to be ordered from ft Wayne bookstore

This is on Google maps as a Barnes & noble. I drove 20 minutes. It's just a college bookstore. Seriously?
