Impossible to get a simple task actioned such as obtaining results. An appointment needs to be booked! I attempted calls 3 consecutive days to be told no appointments. Average call waiting time 30 minutes - 2 hours is the maximum - impossible if you’re employed. Will be 5+ days wait by the time I get anywhere with this. An archaic system.

Really wish I could put 0 stars. Rang every single day after being stabbed saying that I needed a sick note. They said they were out of appointments every single day and to ring back the next day. I literally got sent to A+E in an ambulance but I can't get a sick note? Ridiculous. I'm changing GP.
