Don't go there!!!!! even if it was for a dollar!! Really I'm so surprised how she treats her clients!! I have been a client for her over a year and preferring here over any other Salon even though she's always late and never on time and eventually when she gave us an appointment and we showed up on time, she's not there and she didn't even bother herself to call to cancel it or inform us that we she will be late... what she thinks people has nothing to do in their lives but to wait for here.!!!!!!!!!!!! And instead of apologizing she told us well you don't like it then don't come!!! OMG being a loyal client..that's how you treat your client by asking them not to come!!!!!!!! OR ya maybe our tip wasn't enough for you!! maybe we should spend 1000$ to treat us professionally Well how about you learn to be professional before you open a Salon..... OR maybe learn THAT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT !!! Salon is not just about cutting perfectly the hair or the color. "ITS' ABOUT HOW ALSO YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS!!!

Wow. I recently moved to the neighborhood and found Beauty Energy online - it had good reviews so I decided to book an appointment for much-needed highlights. I was amazed by how the entire team went out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful experience! Beauty Energy didn't overlook a single detail - right down to serving me the best cuban coffee I've ever tasted and even texting me the before and after photos they took of my hair. Service is top notch and so is their hair care. I have never been big into frequenting salons more than once or twice each year because I don't have the finances to do so; however, I will be back very soon. My hair has never looked as good as it does now and I've received so many compliments. Thank you, Beauty Energy! I look forward to seeing you soon!

Called 4:47 pm to schedule appointment and she said she can get me in for appointment at 6:30 pm, I even showed up early at 6:00 pm, The Hair artists were nice(to give it a 2 star) but she asked if we have anything planned after and if it’s okay to wait but didn’t give us a estimated time how long it will be since there was only one lady doing pedicure. She was with a client for extended amount of time. She didn’t finished her client until 7:15 pm. Past my appointment. There was another tub empty the whole time and don’t understand why she didn’t get that one started ASAP. It’s very poorly time management. Would probably not recommend here and if you’re out of town. Just thought it was convenient enough since it’s by the hotels around here in Miami.

6/23/2023: 4 years ago I left my first review of Beauty Energy Salon and Spa. Nothing has changed in my 5 star review, if anything i would increase it to a 7 or 8 star review. I moved to West Broward County last year. I still continue with my weekly visits to my favorite spot. I value Yanet and her colleagues efforts. If you come in down and out, you will leave with a big smile, with beautiful hair, nails, feet, etc. Please come by and visit with Yanet (owner), Paco, Elliot and Claudia. They are all super stars! My weekly destressing is done at Beauty Energy Salon. From the minute you walk in, you're made to feel like you're part of the family. I love this place. Yanet, the owner, has created a haven for us all. Leave your worries at the door.

I spoke to Janet on the phone about my hair needing a color correction. She was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived at 10 and because I had a important appointment at 1 pm— this salon had 6 hands working on me at the same time. I corrected my hair color, covered the white annnnd did high lights and toner. The results are exactly what I wanted which is naturally highlighted hair. She was knowledgeable about curly hair and her team is very talented and my color is PERFECT. I feel like I found my second home. Thanks Janet and team for giving my hair life and some vitality. It went from oh hell to oh wow with your hands. ♥️

One of the best salon experiences I have yet to have in Miami. Easy to find too. Yanet was such a gracious host as she guided me around the salon and made sure I got my desired look. Elliot did my hair and had the most gentle hands while working and crafting my updo taking time and care to make sure I received the style I wanted. Paco did the most gorgeous make up look on me that I was getting compliments from bystanders just passing out of the building. A true VIP team and experience. I you have an event, outing, or just simply need a refresh I highly recommend this outstanding team. They will blow you away!

My sister and I were in Florida this past weekend for a wedding where we had a reservation for a hairstylist to do our hair. Unfortunately the hairstylist messed up on the dates, thank God for this Salon and for Janet and her wonderful staff. They were able to get us in for two hairdos last minute and ended up getting our makeup done as well. They are wonderful! Our hair and make up were simply gorgeous. They are great at their work but also very nice and friendly, made us feel very comfortable. Definitely if in the area again for an event will visit!

I come here every month and think they're the best in Miami hands down. The service, the prices, the environment and the haircuts are always on point. I leave here looking 5-10 years younger than when I got there. Paco knows whats up, I don't even have to tell him what I'm looking for because I just trust him to do his thing, which he always does. Not sure how they do it, because the prices are really competitive and they always take their time with me and make me feel great. Seriously come here, I'd give them more stars if I could.

This is perhaps the BEST salon in Miami!! I love coming to this salon because the minute you walk in the door you are greeted so wonderfully and the energy in this salon is so warm and caring! Yanet who is the owner is an amazing hair dresser she does great cuts, and anything related to color she will do! Truly a great professional. The entire team at this salon is sooo wonderful!! Don't look anywhere else for your beauty needs, this team will leave you looking good and feeling empowered. Highly recommended.

Found this spot on Google and they were quick to answer the phone and schedule a mani/pedi. Personable and attentive staff who are competent about their work and patient with questions. Clean facility and work spaces. They offered coffee, water, even wine! I can’t remember exactly what my wonderful lady’s name was but I think it was Gloria or Claudia? I went there last Saturday as a walk-in... they were all super nice and friendly. My hair color was not in great shape but Yanet and the other girls were extremely professional. They used high quality products to get the color I wanted and by the time they were done I looked like a new person. Super happy with the level of service I received, I will be going back as soon.

This hairdressers will make you feel comfortable the minute you step in, it was my birthday and they sang me happy birthday gave me cake and coffee was so sweet. The two hairstylists are amazing and made my hair exactly how I wanted it, then I got my nails done and the girl was super sweet. I totally recommend going to this hair salon. Will definitely be coming back.

The owner of this salon was so sweet and made me feel very welcomed and her nail tech did a excellent job on my pedicure. She offered me coffee which was amazing and She also sells really cute clothes.. She picked out a dress and a swim suit cover up to wear on my cruise that was leaving out of Miami, which I purchased for a great price! I will be back!

I have special needs and they bend over backwards to accommodate me. The salon is bright and friendly and their prices are very reasonable. It is located in the Venetian, just a block from the Omni transportation hub. Most importantly, my wife says Yanet is an artist with cut and color. Happy wife is a happy life:)

You will not be disappointed. This salon is most likely the best spot in town for a haircut , hair style. I’ve been coming to this hairdresser for month and I can tell he’s definitely a hair wizard.
