BEGUMPET metro is well maintained and clean,but Just on plateforms ONLY. They didn't maintained toilets and I wanna add one more thing here. I was shoked, when I saw that. Their security staff are chewing gutkha (all type of tobacco) in toilet.and splitting over every where. One of security staff Person just came out to baathroom when I entered in toilet.he cam and split guthka corner (behind the door) And washed his mouth then left. They are only splitting every where. Even though in baathroom. Just take a strict action against them.

The station is bare. Unlike some other metro stations, there are no shops. Nevertheless, it does its job as a metro station properly. The signage is good. There is an exit directly to Begumpet flyover for convince. The ticketing and security lines are not too long, and the staff are friendly, courteous, and efficient. The only downside is that crossing the road is a bit of a hassle as unlike most other metro stations built on top of the center of the road, this is built completely on one side.

The staff here have denied giving me a metro ticket multiple times saying that they don't have change but everytime I can see their register filled with change. Its fine if they say so incase they don't have any change available but claiming to not have change and denying customer from buying ticket when he doesn't have online payment methods, is very wrong on the staffs part. No one can deny from giving ticket that way.

A clean and well maintained metro station...u can take direct metro for Uppal via secunderabad and miyapur...u can go by walk for itc kakatiya ...very near to white house and life style shopping mall...some good hotel and restaurant is there like main land chaina, haveli, hotel green park, jalpaan, Kings landing and etc.
