I took my car to this mechanic if I could call them like that, I took the car for a charging system test, (battery gets drained after two or three days) and to repair the dashboard, neither were fixed. The answer was the battery was ok, which I replied that I knew that because I fitted a new one a week before and I kept it disconnected to avoid a flat battery. The dashboard was let’s say put together better than it was but as you can see on the pictures one side panel was left loose, is appalling to see such a disregard and unprofessional way of conduct themselves and also I told them about a relay that was getting hot, they left the relay untouched so all in all a very bad experience and I am giving one star just because it seems they washed the car. All in all a £180 it does not seem too expensive but to consider nothing was done or halfway done is appalling. Avoid this place at all cost.

I had some minor issues with my Volvo and since they are very close to me I brought the car in for a repair. They had everything looked at for no charge, then they told me what issues I should focus on first. After that it was a smooth sailing. They kept me updated about the progress, the technicians and the manager are very helpful and polite, not to mention professional as well. The car was repaired in two short days. Without them I would have waited for ages to get an appointment at a Volvo service center. They use the same parts as Volvo so it was a no brained really if you are in a hurry. Strongly recommend them for anyone looking to fix their car around the Chelsea area. Brilliant.

I have used Belgravia Garage many times. I have had many dealings with Anita who works in the main office. I have found her to be incredibly helpful, any issues have been dealt with in a friendly professional manner. Nothing is too much trouble for Anita. Always happy to help in anyway she can, full of great advice. She really does make the whole experience easy and really works hard to put you at ease when anything goes wrong with your car. I can’t say enough good things about her. The service I have received from her and the rest of the staff was first rate and I would highly recommend Belgravia Garage for all your motoring needs.

I had my car serviced here. The service was thorough: all findings were explained to me clearly and I was given complete freedom to choose which aspects of my car to repair. This makes a welcome change from other garages where they will tell you that everything is a disaster and must be repaired immediately. I really appreciated their professionalism and transparency. The only reason for 4* instead of 5* is their pricing but I accept I am paying a premium for the location of the garage (it's in the middle of Mayfair!).

I took my car to be washed. I noticed that there were white streaks on the window panel afterwards. I brought this to the attention of the manager who said they’d fix it. However, they made me pay for another wash and I left with the window panels even worse. I don’t know if they put wax on my matt window panels but they have completely ruined them. Avoid. UPDATE: Alex, the manager, was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the matter. I have changed my rating and thank the team for their help.

I have used the Belgravia garage for about 6 years- both for repairs, car wash and general advice. Alex and his team have always been fantastic. Alex gets the job done! He takes care of all his clients and is always willing to help. He delivers a competitive price and quality. Great personal service. I know I can always call him up (now matter how big or small) and he will get the job done at a good price and great quality. Highly recommend!

Due to an unfortunate accident I needed a new door, half a car painted and a service/MOT for my BMW. The place was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work - car looks like new and Alex really looked after me, always keeping me informed of the progress. A hidden gem in the middle of Belgravia! Old timey flair with excellent customer service and very competent mechanics. They have dealt with both my modern and my classic car, and always impress. Given the prime location and high calibre of cars they deal with, the pricing is also very reasonable.
