I assure you I am not a family member or a friend and would not put my name against a google review that wasn’t 100% honest, because I know how much I value the Google reviews and how that helps me make selections !! Without the slightest hesitation I would recommend Belle Property. They manage all of our properties and I tell Trish Paterakis (my Accounts Manager) and Rosalind Boey (my Property Manager) how awesome they are every day. I have so much trust and confidence in these women. They treat my properties as if they were their own and I am so lucky to have them. I wold follow them wherever they went because they are that good !! I am truly so happy with the service I have experienced since signing up with Belle for Property Management. Even when Trish was on leave, the standard of service did not drop at all. I also had wonderful support from Jessica Dimasi. I have used other agents before but Belle has been the best by far. Their rates are great but above all their service has been stellar. I cannot speak highly enough of Rosalind and Trish (even my tenants love dealing with them which is really important because happy tenants means more stability and money savings !!). If the positive reviews sound lie they are written from friends and family its because that’s how you are treated and these girls always operate with our best interests. I am very happy with my move to Belle !! Thank you again Rosalind and Trish. You are rock stars !!

The absolutely worst Real Estate Company ever. They are not professional or organised and can give you very misleading information. They will always try to be professional but they're not. They don't even train their staff properly, you have to chase after this person, that person to get an answer and when they tell you someone will contact you, this never happens. They never follow up on anything. All you ever hear is them communicating to each other in Chinese, how is that professional when others don't speak the language, shouldn't it be in English. You wouldn't want to make your customers feel uncomfortable by speaking another language and starring at them? I just felt like they were bad mouthing about me while speaking to each other and I find it very rude myself. This so call try to be boutique real estate is nothing but rubbish. Don't ever waste your time coming to these guys. Their prices in houses are ridiculous, you rather bring yourself to a known company than these guys here, especially ADELAIDE CITY BRANCH, it's a shame that this franchise had gave them self a bad rating real estate boutique as it effects the branches like Adelaide Hills which aren't even owned by the Adelaide City Branch. Once again, you'll want to double question if you would like to go to these guys for anything.

Honestly, these “property managers” are the worst I’ve ever seen. Ignoring emergency requests to burst pipes, vermin and maintenance. No entry reports, no maintenance and no idea. They then made me wait nearly a month to refund my full bond (which they also had a shot at taking - nice try). I took these clowns to SACAT and they lost the case horrifically. The tribunal adjudicator was awestruck in how these unqualified and unprofessional people could “manage” anything. I was awarded $1000 and a terminated lease for their incompetence, negligence and absolute disregard for ethics and professionalism. Never speak to these people in person as they lie consistently, and get everything in writing to use against them as evidence when they try to scam you. They will try to scam you. Please download a copy of the SA rental Act and read it. It is a literal joke how you can pretend to mange properties without qualified personnel. Do not let these people scam you into things that go against The Act. Not all renters are as ignorant as your property managers. This is not in any way a boutique agency. It is a business to be widely avoided by both tenants and property owners. If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I would never rent, buy or let manage my precious property to these novices.

If you can, avoid this real estate. When I got my unit to rent, it was in a very dirty state. I had to spend a day cleaning it. Very slow to fix issues - I had a door that would not open correctly and had been locked out for a 15 mins on many occasions trying to open it or trying to get out. I was told “give a locksmith a call when you get locked in/out”. I was not given a key to the stairwell and when the elevator broke, I was locked in or out. I was told to drive an hr to pick up a new key, paid $50. It took the Belle Property 6 weeks to refund this money with constant reminders. When I vacated the property it was much cleaner than when I moved in, however I had left 2x3M hooks on the wall. Rather than allowing me to rectify this issue, I was charged for a person to remove it (rip it off the wall, when they’re hooks that can removed with no damage when you’re bothered to) and then charged $90 for repainting for the damage they caused. And I have now received an overdue notice for this bill 3 times, even though they sent me a payment receipt when I paid it. It also took several weeks to receive my bond with no reasonable explanation as to why, until I emailed several times.

We rented for 6 months with Belle Property. Formerly, we were with C21; inspections were orderly and helpful, we paid our rent on time, and communication (whilst sluggish at times) was clear and professional. We had none of this with Belle Property. Belle Property bought the house to redevelop the land. At the outset of our business relationship, Belle tried to convince my housemate and I that we were in arrears $900. This "outstanding debt" was actually money that Belle had not pursued up from C21 (backed up by our bank statements). When we tried to chase this issue up, the property manager referred us to Belle's old, un-updated ledger several times. No further explanation was forthcoming. All communication with Belle was sluggish, arrogant and ignorant. Belle Property never personally inspected the property while we lived there. We sent photos of the property in lieu of the inspection. After our first 3 month lease ended they increased the rent by $50 despite no maintenance being performed. Belle Property has ruined my rental ledger, and I now have rebuild my rental reputation due to their malfeasance, greed and misanthropy.

Being a tenant with Belle property for nearly three years, honestly speaking, Jenny Smith is an excellent property manager, she is a very professional, talkative and responsive person. Jenny did regularly property inspections and maintenance on time to make sure no issues with the property. I do appreciate all help I got from Jenny, I remember one time I accidentally left the key at the property, it was nearly 8 pm, I contacted Jenny, and it was actually out of her working hours, but Jenny still brought keys to us. Whenever there's an issue with the property, as long as we email Jenny, she will quickly reply to us and find the right way to solve the problem. I will highly recommend Jenny to manage their property if someone around me needs related services.

Matt Lazarus was professional and I would highly recommend him. He Looks out for the Best interest of the landlord and The tenant . Easy to communicate with and Friendly. Put a lot of time and effort to make sure we were happy with the end result. Definitely would use Matt again Thank you Peter and Angela Also a big thank you to Lyndon Cocks who we have been dealing with lately. He is also hard working and cares about your affairs and achieved what he promised. communicating with Lyndon was easy and always responded to emails or tex messages. We are not only disappointed Burt disgusted by the way we had been treated by Jenny Smith ( property manager) in the way she had spoken and acted with the short time we spent renting a property through them. The property we had was looked after and when we left was cleaned and looked better than when we first moved in. We had our entire bond taken from us over a couple of repairs that we seen no recipes or quotes for, it was way over priced for the small things that needed repair. We done everything and more that was asked of us, it still was not enough. Never have we been treated in this way before.

I have lived at a property for almost 2 years that was managed by Rosalind Boey and what can I say about this lady!! AMAZING is to small a word to describe what a lovely person she is. So prompt with her responses when ever we had any maintenance work. Calm and composed when every we called or wrote her an email. Belle property you are very lucky to have such a hardworking, dedicated and dependable employee. Rosalind my family and me are very grateful for last two years and we wish you the very best.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Belle Adelaide. Our property manager was Cathy Qi and she was the reason why we got such a pleasant experience and 0 issues over the years. She was always really professional, quick to respond, extremely helpful and looked after us really really well for over 2 years. Couldn’t be happier. I do not have one single negative thing to say. Actually I want to give zero star, the property manager (start with D) never reply my emails and treated the customer in a perfunctory manner. They don’t even inform you whether the application of the property that you applied success or not. This really caused me delay my plans after and turn down lots of other properties offers. I’m very disappointed on their services and had a very bad experience. Absolutely worst property group I ever seen!

Outstanding and Hard working agent. Clarence blew me away with his expert knowledge and confidence in being able to sell the property at the highest possible price. They ignore No Junk Mail Signs and therefore are useless. If they can't follow a simple instruction, would you trust them to sell you property..... 3 years later and they are still ignoring my No Junk Mail signs. They are the only REA that ignore the signs.
