On more than three occasions I was left waiting at an unsupervised front reception area. Officers and civilian staff walk past seeing’s me waiting and do not ask other (less busy) staff members to please attend. When young female officer arrives with bun neatly affixed to her hair and held in place (with plenty of shiny sticky hairspray, looks like Priceline has a good sale on foundation mascara and lip gloss also) to attend to me with a less than pleasant tone of voice despite my deliberate best polite and cheerful communication towards her, I was dealt with as I felt i was causing her personally a problem.

Lady at the office was rude and just not in the mood to be working there
