They don't actually anwser the phone in the event of a general inquiry. The only way to make phone contact with the tasmanian police service is through the tasmanian police radio room or 000 which are both reserved for emergencies understandably, it however would be nice to be able to make a general inquiry and not be spoken down to and denigrated by those occupying the tasmanian police radio room.. ‍♂️

I'd say the Hobart drug squad need to stop taking what they are taking$%$%@ to strip search a woman in front of her 12 year autistic son squat both ways and call that routine you mongrels!!! That young man had just had the best days so far of his young life being my 1 of my best man in my wedding to come home to that!!Shame on you Hobart drug squad Shane on you!!!

Staff including Police and civilian staff were friendly and approachable. Police were unable to help me with my enquiry but were not dismissive in any way. Civilian staff went above and beyond to help me with my enquiry. Luckily I was not a victim of crime but I am sure if I was they would do their upmost to assist.

Don’t bother going to this police station expecting to get anything done quickly. The police staff is rude and not helpful at all. They will happily waste a full day of your for a 30sec document verification job or any other job for that matter.

The building has weird vibes and no one seems to really know what's going on.. They should hire some Japanese people to give it some fungshwei. It make me sad.

Really bad behaviour of police officers there. Staff is not trained. The officers don’t seem to care and mind their own business. They have no manners at all.

Went in on a Sunday to get stat dec docs verified, understaffed but Not a problem, A/Sgt personable, easy going and happy to help, thanks …
