This is the worst cat shop ever!! Do not ever order from this store cause the owner is very rude and extremely horrible. He took 5 hours to deliver a product and when I told him that I will pay him in 10 min, he said he’s below my building and he cannot hand over the product until it’s paid, not to forget I always keep ordering from this store and yet he has no trust about it that I would pay him within 10 min. When I told him that google pay is giving an error he told me to send a screenshot asking me about the error and your cats will starve and die but the shop owner is extremely rude and disgusting, such people shouldn’t even be allowed to open a shop because HE HAS TAKEN 5 hours to deliver a product but when I told him about the payment he couldn’t wait for 10 min but expected me to wait for the order for 5 hours. Never ever visiting this store again. SHAKEHANDS IS SO MUCH BETTER AND ALSO THEY DONT AVAIL A DISCOUNT BUT CHARGE OVER FOR THE DELIVERY.

To be honest, Belo Pet Shop is more than what anyone would expect. Amit Beloshe and his team are one of the most genuine and generous guides/mentors if you are willing to be a pet parent. From accessories, equipments to pet food and pet care products, they are acquainted with something much more than these which is "Right Attitude and Selfless Support". I love there service. Prompt and sincere. Even if they don't have a particular product, they make an honest attempt to find it for you and 9 times out of 10. We always got what we wanted. Great service and decent stocks for all types of pet pals.

Careful, this isn't actually off the main road. You have to drive further West 200m, then North 200m, then back to the East 100m. Lots of pet food, decent quality for Mumbai
