My pup, Goldie, a 3 year old shih tzu, was very energetic when he entered the huft salon at Khar west but he exited quite anxious and although the grooming person was at his best behaviour, he didn't have the knack to handle his grooming completely. On 11th August when we entered the salon, the male staff and groomer everyone was very cordial except the lady at the reception in the morning shift. We reached there at 12.40pm almost an hour before his appointment. She was not very well spoken and welcoming. She was on her phone chatting away for most of the time. The place also wasn't kept very clean. We haven't had such a bad experience at any other HUFT before. And we have been to Prabhadevi branch, the bkc store, ahemdabad branch and kochi branch. The Khar west one gave us the most disheartening experience so far. The receptionist are the face of the store. They can't have a rude and judgemental behaviour. We are from outside the city, which is why she probably behaved like some entitled person. But when our billing came to around 8000/- her entire demeanour changed. Unfortunately domt know her name. But she was present there at 12.40pm on the 11th of August upto our departure by around 3. We had to take him to a pet clinic immediately because he developed a fever after all that stress. We have trusted HUFT so far and will continue doing so but never again are we stepping foot in the Khar west branch. The 2 stars is just because the other employees and the groomer were good people. Just that the groomer needs more experience in handling breeds like shih tzu who respond to how well you bond with them.

I been a HUFT member for 7 years now. My monthly purchase is close to 40K supplies minimum for my pets. But I want to bring to notice that the Bandra HUFT is extremely unprofessional, doesnt not provide correct information and keeps client waiting when order values are less. I had my pet recently undergo GDV I wanted some treats today because the order size was only 1.5k they did not respond or arrange delivery giving all reasons of weather after I reminded them. Being a mother of 1 year old and my fur kid being operated I expected HUFT not to discriminate order values. But to understand when a long standing customer asks for something of small value it doesn’t always have to serve your business. They are extremely money minded staff and such episodes have occurred in the past as well. Going forward I will not continue my services with them. If a business can’t maintain its clients and only expects money and profits on every order good luck. Don’t promote yourself as a pet loving brand. If money is your ultimate objective . Pls ensure you have alternative supplier arrangements for your fur kids and not be solely dependent on HUFT.

Horrible horrible service. I placed a 1 day delivery order. They have auto fill on their stupid cheap website, I entered my building name but it didn’t register with them. Then they called me and said your order is cancelled. Then they said we tried to call multiple time, which is a lie. How this woman Priyanka called me back and said the rider came to my house How did he come if he doesn’t know the building? Now she’s called me back and told me that your order got automatically cancelled now you place and order again and pay again. Amazing oh ofcourse on top of all this I’ve got a message saying my order is delivered. You people have no presence of mind. I wasn’t ordering those chews for fun. My dog is old and sick and lost her littermate and that’s why I ordered these milk chews. You please keep them with yourself only. Absolutely awful experience.

Took my dog for grooming here. All services were fine, in fact quite good. However, they cut my dog’s tongue. Now we understand that accidents can happen, but it was extremely unethical and pathetic of them to not even inform us that they had injured our dog. It was only after reaching home that we saw the injury. This behaviour truly disgusted me. They injured him and did not have the courtesy to inform us so that we could take our pet to the vet right away. Note for the store - Kindly respect your customers (in this case pets), just because they cannot talk doesn’t mean you can act so inhuman and shame on you for cheating and lying for a living thing who cannot even talk and share their misery.

I have been taking my dog, every month since 1 year to heads up for tails and I am extremely happy with the spa experience. They do a great job with the haircut, ears cleaning, nail cutting and check for any rash and infections. My dog, Oreo is very comfortable and always happy to visit heads up for tails. They also give a free bag of treats which is a bonus! Would highly recommend. Oreo gets his haircut and bath from Worthem and Joymoon and he is very friendly & comfortable with them.

Xena, my 1.5yr old black lab loves HUFT Bandra. In fact it is the only place I can leave Xena alone for her grooming session and I'm completely stress as I know she will be well taken care of by the extremely loving and caring staff there. They always go out of their way to make her feel comfortable. They're always there to help and suggest when it comes to food, treats and toys. Special shout out to Sonam, who is extremely warm over the phone and IRL. More power to the entire team! :)

Great ! Store always welcoming and helpful staff and team. Steffy ( golden retriever )rhas been an offspring to the store since you started here..she never missed stopping to meet the staff and grap goodies here ... we've shifted residence lately and hence disconnected.. but we make time to meet the first staff ...and she really misses you all.. great products , and even the spa is really beautiful.. well maintained and a bliss to every pet coming there ❤️ love steffy and simmy

I had a horrible experience. The groomers were not well trained and rude. They were extremely rough with my dog and didn't listen to me at all. Kept asking me to wait outside the grooming area. My dog is in pain now because of their terrible service. Won't recommend this place to any pet parent. The store is good but the spa is horrible. It was a nightmare for my pet. Pet parents can do better than this at home without putting their pets under so much stress and discomfort.

We had a really horrible experience at the spa. The staff wasn't trained well or friendly. They could not even give a proper trim. As soon as we got there they took the dog in and asked us to "get out" of the grooming area. We wanted to tell them what she's not okay with cause we have had bad experiences in the past and we didn't want this to be like that but the staff wasn't very accommodating. Will not recommend the spa though the store is very good.

I’m always excited to take my doggo here. The staff was exceptionally warm and caring towards my dog. They offered him water as one of them noticed he might be thirsty even before I could ask for it. Their product range is very vast and so is the quality and durability. Also they have a spa and grooming facility that’s absolutely top notch!

Rescheduled the appointment to 11:30 am Took verbal confirmation on the phone from the receptionist before reaching and as soon we reached they say appointment only available at 12:30 , you will have to wait Kindly find a better store for your beloved pets These guys don’t value your time

Regularly visit the store for grooming of both my dogs; they are so patient and understanding. My dogs love going there and all the tlc they get!! Their special brand of cookies is an added bonus.be sure to pick up a set for your babies-they are healthy and will be loved by d furries!

My experience with HUFT has always been very good. Surjeet and Sonam at the Bandra store are very warm and helpful. They help you with your pet's needs with a lot of patience and dedication. I would really recommend this store to all pet parents. Keep it up Surjeet & team ! :)

Had been to Heafs up for tails to purchase harness & leash for my pets. They have amazing and vast collection for pet essentials and spa services for pets. Mr. Sohail and Mehul were extremely patient and humble and gladly helped me to choose the right products for my pets.

The grooming services are highly professional . Worthem especially does a thorough job. I have a golden retriever and Worthem is well aware of the grooming requirements. My dog is very comfortable with him and has a pleasant experience. Great job!

Excellent professional service by all staff. Pet friendly. I brought my persian cat for grooming n hair cut. All staff were very co-operative specially at reception n groomer was too professional gave my cat new look, removed all hair matts.

They did not treat my pet well.. also the pickup time for my Pet was 1hr and after an hr when we tried calling them over 20 times no1 received the call... never recommending this God Awful Place to any pet owner.. it was a nightmare for me

Zoey my little Maltese had a wonderful spa and hair cut..The staff were very good and friendly. The Spa and bathing area very neat clean ..The store in BANDRA WEST is equipped with all the things a dog or a cat requires...Keep it up

A lovely store with a wide array of products for our fluffy and floofy friends. The highlight for me ofcourse was the graceful feline taking a catnap at the entrance and being an unexpected in-house brand ambassador …

We always rely on heads up for tails for our pet supplies and grooming for our little Maltese Sabi. Worthem is an amazing groomer who has a very gentle hand. Sabi always comes back happy after her grooming sessions!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service offered here. Wasted my time in waiting for the store manager but he was of no use. The online store is much better. Improve the quality of your staff.

The store is very over priced firstly. Secondly the groomer very directly told me that they don't groom beagles no hair cutting. Seem very inexperienced and commercial with their response..
