This is VERY BAD PET STORE. The manager who sits in the front desk is a very impolite person and is a LIAR. I had an emergency with my dog and I needed a medicine very urgently. On calling the store, they promised me the product was available with them, I wanted to make sure I do not waste any time and was fine with the idea of travelling till Andheri to get my product. But since the Shakehands Manager told me they have it, I was thrilled, as I live in Goregaon itself. On arriving at the store, when I asked for my product, all the helpers were confused and looking at each other. They firstly told me to wait because one of them was showing another customer some beds, however there were 2 other helpers standing free, but still not ready to help. On asking for my product, I was told to wait while the manager looked for the item. There were 2 men who tried to tell me what I wanted was something else, the name and size was different from what I was saying. Basically, it was WASTE OF TIME, because no one in the store had any idea about dogs, they had no manners, they lied about the product being available over the phone, and their range of products are horrible. Pls try other pet stores near by, there are many more. This store and the working ethics of this store should not be promoted.

It is a wonderful place to find everything you need for your pets, I found that they have an impressive assortment of cat & dog food, in addition to vitamin supplements and toys. They have foods & supplements for other animals as well. The behavior of the people who serve is amazing, they always have a nice attitude and are very friendly. Ask for Amit. Great customer service. Hands down best employee by far. He goes above and beyond to arrange for requirement no matter what time it is and give at the best possible prices in a timely manner! And most importantly truly cares about animals (which is very important for me as a pet parent). I’ve never had anyone be so accommodating. Hopefully everyone reading this will buy from them and will have the opportunity to experience their exceptional service! Shakehands Goregoan is the only place I shop at now and has become my main store for all of my pets needs.

You guys are scammers and liers. You guys make false promises. If you cannot fulfill the order then why the hell you guys are accepting orders. Also, there is no proper customer service and the customer service number is always busy and it looks like one lady is dealing with all the customer service. Also, your delivery service is worst. My order was supposed to be delivered on 27th April only. However, the date has been changed to 4th May and package is only in Noida. I don't know what is the challenge in delivering. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. This was the last purchase from you.

First off, their delivery was lightning fast and professional. It was so fast that I figured I had time to go get a coffee after ordering it online...I didn't. The delivery man came before I got back. He was kind about my late arrival though. Like every other place in Mumbai, stock is somewhat limited but they are accommodating and helpful in finding alternatives. They are also the only place I found nearby that carries my cat's favorite food. They are my new go-to for all of my pet supplies. Thanks for the excellent service!

The worst delivery service, also the staff is highly unprofessional and lazy. It’s a big task for them to receive calls. I placed an order, they promised me delivery by evening there was no delivery attempt made, I called again the manager whatsoever promised me in 20 mins. 3 hrs later I had to order from another app. If you value your money I’d recommend visit or order from another place. If only I could rate it 0 stars. High time you value your consumers.

Fast delivery and reasonable prices. Stock availability could improve a bit since many items are usually out of stock on the website. Online service is good but needs to improve in other areas. I enquired about a product and was told to send details on WhatsApp. But they never replied. Even after calling multiple times throughout the day and them promising to get back to me in sometime i have not received a single reply or callback

Placed an order for a Multivitamin Paste - The first two times the order was delivered and although it's not quick it was okay. The third time the person has accepted the order and asked us to place an order for over Rs. 500 for delivery. Since the person has texted that the single paste is Rs. 400 we ordered 2 instead of one and the person has sent us a bill of 1300 instead of 800. Screen shot of the communication attached.

I visited this place for my cats meditation, people working there were literally clueless about each thing I was asking, I think place like this must have people with experience about animals we might need suggestion about any cat/dog food or cat/dog meditation or shampoo and many more things one wrong can be harmful for our pets, I will suggest them to have qualified or experienced works

It's a decent pet place. They have the general items like all other pet stores have in stock. The Goregaon East store staff was least helpful. There is nothing special about this stores. If this store doesn't give you service, move on and find a better store who will give you a better service and products as and when required.

Its a nice shop. I keep on purchasing many times. Good staff. They provide everything on discounted rates. Also they provide home delivery to nearby locations. One stop solution for all pet requirements. Also there are few cats and dogs roaming around their shops. You would love to see those stray/community pets.

They disconnect customer calls and do not care or respect customer's.The do not want to do home delivery even for location within 500meters.Mr.Shivaji Yadav the manager at the store was so rude and made me wait for almost an hour to confirm my order and told we do not have money to pay for petrol for delivery.

They run such a booming business that when you go to the store, they are least interested in serving you. The employees are badly behaved. I have since started going to another pet store even though this is closer to my house. Impressive range of products though.

Terrible service!!!! At least the one in Goregaon. They say one thing, do some other thing and leave the customer waiting for his delivery for days on end. it's a sad state of affairs, at Shake Hands. The local pet shop delivered the same product in an hour.

Their service is brilliant and so is the range of products that are available there. The store is also very clean. I also love the fact that the people at the store feed the strays near the shop. They have some permanent furry residents outside the store.

Mr Noor assisted us in our purchases . He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is amazingly well stocked . And has products for most animals . One stop for all my pet needs . I would definitely recommend this store . They do home delivery also .

Horrible.Delivery guy showed up at 11pm! When I said to come back in the morning he just dumped the order outside my door and left. After which he kept calling me continuously until 11.30pm , had to block him. Never ordering from here again.

Totally unprofessional and disorganized. My Donner backed out after multiple trials on site , nobody responds given numbers and even personally shared numbers r not responded before 12 noon then uneducated staff is rude .untrained team .
