Yesterday was my first visit to this store. Overall the experience was good. Once I arrived the customer service was great. However, there are two reasons I didn't rate it 5 stars: 1. I had to call three times before anyone answered the phone. When someone answered they were helpful. 2. I purposefully do not shop at stores that serve me through bullet proof glass. Being African/Black does not equate to being a criminal. Serving me through a bullet proof barrier communicates profiling of other Black people by Blacks. Therefore, I will not return.

I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I live just a few blocks from the store. I've always gone there the past 9yrs. BUT, didn't know they would deliver to my home until the past month. WOW!!! Such polite friendly staff. And they have EVERYTHING. I want to give them something for Xmas, but WHAT??? Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I have been working with Drizzly to get a matter resolved and we can’t even get someone to pick up the phone. The one instance we did, the gentleman was extremely dismissive and rude. I try to support my people but customer service as such causes me not to.

This store entryway carpet is slick and nasty and wreaks of urine when you enter. Not good. I’ve also noticed their prices seem to be a bit higher than he other neighborhood liquor stores. I’m on the fence ...waiting for noticeable improvements if or when I return.

The staff was friendly. Thy had everything I was looking for, which is rare. Parking is limited and the street is busy. The staff all wore masks. Would visit again.
