I went in to get a tablet and I wanted to do some research on the different products. As I was looking, someone came to help me they answered my questions, I was ready to make a purchase.They said the only reason it was at that price was because it didn’t come with a pen and so I told them that was fine and I was ready to buy it but then she double backed and said that it wasn’t the right price. So then I asked what that price tag was for (being that there was no other tablets around that tag) and she just said another tablet that wasn’t even there. She then got a manager to help and then the manager named Brett or Brandon came and told me that I should’ve checked online before looking at the prices. He then told me that I should obviously know that there’s price tags around the store that are not meant for the products they are beside and I should check the very small print instead of the product it is beside, this isn’t accessible for someone who doesn’t have 20/20 vision and dyslexic (I thought the associates were there to help and inform customers and not mislead them). He ultimately told me to shut up in a “professional” manner. It’s not worth it to get up and go into these stores anymore if everything is priced wrong and the people who work there are bitter and ill informed of their products, you’re better off online where the information is correct and you can zoom in on the text (Y).
Excellent service at the mobile phone kiosk by STEVE. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He helped us 4 times over a 1 1/2 week period, trying to find us the best cell phone carrier, as we live in a rural area. We had to change carriers, even after changing to a new carrier when we upgraded, due to poor service in our area. He stayed after the store closed one night to get our data transferred over to our new phones. He was on the phone with a customer service carrier for over an hour, trying to sort through the carrier change. We have used BB for the last 4 years for our mobile phones and wouldn't go anywhere else. STEVE went above and beyond to help us out with every aspect of our cell phone upgrades. We have also, over many years, purchased TV's, tablets, and a desk top. Each time, we have had great service in those departments. The next purchase for us will be Google Home. See you again soon STEVE!!
In the mobile section, there were various Labor Day sale deals available. However, some of the representatives were unable to find the best offer for me and struggled to provide clear explanations. I also discovered that I was eligible for several promotions through my current phone apps. When I brought this to their attention, they seemed to misunderstand and made the situation more confusing, which left me feeling frustrated. Following this, I decided to visit Best Buy at Limebridge Mall and other stores, where the staff took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. As a result, I ended up purchasing my new phones with financing options during the Labor Day sale. This experience led me to believe that either the previous representatives lacked adequate training or were unwilling to provide me with a satisfactory explanation. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory.
My first time at Buy with very horrible experience. I tried paying for an ASUS Vivobook 15 15.6" Laptop with my credit card. The Pin-pad indicated Transaction approved while the payment slip showed declined and I was already debited for the transaction. I contacted my bank immediately and a representative from CIBC confirmed the payment as approved. I gave them feedback from my back and they asked to make another transaction with the hope that the new one will nullify the previous because it happens like that sometimes( that the pin-pad and there system works differently) but I said No, I can’t make another transaction if you aren’t sure of the previous one. This guys literally kept me waiting with my kids for something that is obviously their fault . I had to leave and register a dispute with my bank. Zero Customer service and poor services all together

The woman at the customer service desk was awesome! She helped me trade in my laptop no problem and walked me through the process. Geek squad clerks was not so great on the other hand. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and they decided to take another customer to pay for something who just walked in front of me. Maybe they're not informed enough on policies but they also told me incorrect information about laptop trade ins and said I wasn't able to trade mine in if it was over a year old which wasn't the case. I'm only giving 5 stars because the people that worked at customer service were awesome!
Recently I went in the upgrade my phone here and had the best service ever from Kate and Eric. These two fantastic employees immediately helped me and had me well on my way to upgrading within minutes. The process was smooth and casual with fun convos, while keeping it professional, making the time spent there go by quickly. I felt I was in very capable hands the entire time. This establishment should be sure to recognize Kate and Eric for their incredible work and amazing attitudes. TLDR; if you need to upgrade your phone, go to this Best Buy and you will not be disappointed.
Met with Alberto the store manager after a product was mispriced. Again I asked for them to look at there cameras as I found a great deal and it happened to be mispriced and they did not honour the price. This is unacceptable as a consumer such as myself should be given the price on the tag regardless of employee error. I wish to speak to the district manager or someone who can honour this. I do have audio recording of our chat along with photos. I would like to receive my product and don’t feel I should be charged a penny more than what I found the product on sale for.
The young woman at the print/shipping desk spoke so rudely and impatiently to my teen, who was only there to keep me company. I was shipping things off, my child only passed the envelope to me and the store employee seemed triggered in some strange way. We walked away quietly, but I’m kicking myself for not standing up for my child. There are people who are better suited to work perhaps in a factory or a correctional institution, not in customer service. We will not be going back to this Staples, where we have been loyal customers for 19 years.
Very bad shopping experience. The staff seemed very busy. When I asked about the performance of the product, she answered the questions very briefly and explained too loudly. It was completely difficult to continue the communication. When I wanted to ask for help after purchasing the item, the shop assistant just asked me to follow the instructions of the product app and leave quickly. I dropped my small earplug behind the counter and the passing staff quickly left, without anyone offering to help me.
I went to this Best Buy and the customer service is incredible. The Apple Rep, is super knowledgeable and helpful, helped me figure out my iPhone 13. 10 star rating. Be awesome if they sold more options of Apple Watch bands though. Also some other sales reps I talked to about appliances, computer related things and repairs etc. All very friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend going to this store.
I was Best Buy earlier today purchasing a Laptop and the sales associates Ishan and Dan were extremely helpful! They demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and were extremely patience throughout the whole process! They provided insight and were very supportive. I suggest going to this location. I went into Best Buy 5 minutes before they closed to pick up an espresso machine I’ve been looking at. I was grateful to be greeted by Ron who was so very helpful and kind despite the store about to close. Ron went above and beyond with customer service. I have came in 3 times trying to get the correct stuff for my computer and the people who work there have been completely unhelpful. Sending me home with the wrong stuff and not giving the correct advice when asking. It’s sad how service has gone right down and the employees couldn’t care about their jobs at all.
Do not get best buy membership. They do not help and it is impossible to get it cancelled before it renews for triple the original amount. The warranties cancel when the membership does. The customer service line is the most frustrating thing, for a company that sells electronics, it is atrocious or on purpose.
Bought a computer off Witny today, he did a great job in not making me feel pressured . I think I chose 3 different computers before I made up my mind, and he handled my questions and indecisiveness brilliantly. One of the best shopping experiences I've had in ages.

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy. I purchased a laptop from Best Buy and returned it on January 22 due to poor performance. It's been almost three weeks since I returned.I still haven't received my money.
Rude boiler room call centre, obviously based somewhere that doesn't train them to speak english or have any working knowledge of anything useful in electronics or media. Rude, unhelpful and ignorant.
No positive response from associate. Misguided for finances. The worst place to buy. Students don’t get that they need during back to school offer and no support from them. Such a bad impression.

I went in looking at prices for a desktop computer but none of the sales staff addressed me nor another gentleman looking at laptops... So I left to go shop elsewhere...
What an absolute joke of a store. Went in to get a quote. And to understand some mobile plans. ALMOST OP% of the staff was "in training" doesn't even know what to do.
Went in for a printer cord, they only had one for $35. Turned around and walked out and drove 15 minutes away to Canada Computers and got the same cord for $6.
Well I loved the service here except for one employee, he was literally asking me to keep the question as a minimum because I was not buying anything.
