I bought a fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer from you guys. You told me if anything was wrong to accept it and you'd make it right. Well the dishwasher showed up scratched. My appointment was for yesterday between 8 and 11am but you guys never showed up and never called (I had your pre-recorded call the day before to confirm the appointment). I wasted a whole day and paid a tech out of pocket for his wasted time. I called Best Buy at noon to know what's going on but you guys were clueless as to why. You PROMISED that you would call within 24 hours. Well the 24h came and went without a call. I called you back and even the person I had on the phone was getting frustrated with you guys because not one manager could give him a straight answer. After close to an hour an the phone he apologized but he told me he was basically helpless.....That's great customer service so far right? After speaking to so many different people someone basically told me that you'll 'll do the switch and that it was YOUR ERROR BECAUSE YOU GUYS DIDNT PUT THE RIGHT INFO FOR DELIVERY. You offered me a $100 gift certificate. I have never been so insulted.....I paid my technician cash to wait around for nothing, I missed a whole day of work for nothing and now I'd have to miss another for you because of your mistake and you're going to insult me with a $100 gift card, NOOOO not going to happen. I don't want your card, I don't even want you to compensate my time but I've asked you to send a technician to install it since I already paid him out of pocket. You guys said no and are going to leave me out to dry. MAKE THIS RIGHT.....You have wasted my time when you delivered it, you wasted my time and a techs time for a delivery that never showed up and now you want me to waste another day....for one lousy $100 gift card??? Don't insult me and DO THE RIGHT THING. Come Monday I will do a stop payment if I do not hear from you and you are welcome to come pick up ALL the items when you refund what I have paid so far.

My daughter and I were Christmas shopping yesterday looking for iPad covers for the iPads we purchased the day before, as we were looking for the covers we happened to pass the camera section and stopped to look I really wanted a new camera for Christmas so this worked out, we asked an employee for help and he was quick to help out we explained what I was looking for in a camera and price was no issue, he narrowed it down to two in the brand we were looking for. As we were looking and asking questions he asked if it was ok if he checked on the information he was giving us just to make sure he was correct on something, as he was doing that another employee came and asked if we needed help he didn’t realize we being helped already but we explained what was happening and he was quick to ask the other employee which cameras he was showing us and said that both of them were great cameras with a few minor differences but same price, we picked the Nikon with the Christmas bundle and we were happy, we were informed it was Taylor’s second day on the job as a new employee and we were very surprised and impressed with the service he was providing us. Once the camera selection was done we asked for further assistance finder the covers for the iPads we originally went to purchase and Taylor was happy to assist, we were so happy with the great service we decided we would also purchase a Kobo cover, laptop case for yesterday’s purchases and a SIM card for the camera we also purchased a Goggle mini and a 3 year protection warranty for the camera. Taylor made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable he was friendly, polite quit knowledgeable especially for his second day and he handled every thing on his own only getting help twice from his fellow workers who were also happy to help. We informed Taylor that he was doing a great job and that we were impressed and thanked him. We will definitely go back to that location and hopefully see Taylor again for further purchases.

The Geek Squad provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My desktop computer stopped to boot earlier this month and I brought it there. The young fellow asked me to leave it with him, charged me over 40 dollars (refunded later on) and let the machine stand there for over two hours, before he told me the motherboard was broken. When I came back home I looked online and learned it might have been the cmos battery that was depleted. I myself, a computer-blind person, replaced the battery and there, it came back alive! Later my cell phone went wrong and I still went this same store. Another young man didn't even give it a glimpse before he told me it was too old (mine is a two year old Blackberry Key2!) and would have to buy a new one. I brought it to a phone repairs shop closely and was told everything was fine except that the power button was not functioning. I'd have to double tap the screen to wake it up or turn it off. How easy and how simple for them tech-savvy people! But how are they treating their customers! Again this store provides the worst customer service I've ever seen!!!

Id give the best buy enterprise a 0 star, but I'm giving this Best Buy location a 2 star because the employees are nice. But the best buy enterprise is a company where you get ripped off by service plans. It doesnt matter how friendly the service plan may seem, keep in mind that companies design these plans to make them money. Do yourself a favor and buy what you can from costco. You can get a 5 year warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty for just 99 dollars. Plus, you can return anything at Costco and that's a fact. Best buy is also known for misleading customers on pricing and reviews, look it up. Best buy has partnerships with the companies they buy from (eg Samsung, Sony) and most if not all the products are exclusively made for best buy. These exclusively made products are mass produced with cheap parts which have faulty. Everything I've bought from best buy has had issues. Costco or Amazon is your way to go.

STAY THE HECK AWAY!!!! Staff has no knowledge at all. They call the product experts and the home theater "specialist" didn't even know that 24 Inch center studs existed for wall mounts. There is no I fo on their boxes and the associate sent me home with one that assured me would fit. I went home to realize it was for 12 inch centers. I went back and spoke to another associate who then tried to sell me on another product. I asked him to open the box to ensure it fit a 24 inch center and he refused. He reassured me it would fit. I bought it and got home to fi d out this one too was 12 inch center. I went back to return the product and the manager that "assisted" me was arrogant and couldn't care less about the service I received. He gave me a hard time about returning the product and then told me that best buy hires kids off the street who have no knowledge of the department they work in. STAY THE HECK AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the Best Buy in orleans, Ottawa. I asked for a dishwasher that was in stock on their website. The guy said it wasn’t in stock and the site was wrong but he can order it for me. I didn’t want to order as I needed the dishwasher ASAP. I then went to the Merivale Ottawa location and the guy said there are none kept in stock and I need to order online. Again on the website it said it was in stock. In the meantime I took it upon myself to click the reserve in store button for the orleans location for web pick up. An hour later it said it was ready for pickup. Weird because the employees insisted they didn’t have them and kept asking me to order it. I assume you guys do this to get people to pay for delivery and installation to make more money. Really don’t appreciate that. I will definitely be only using web pick up from now on because those people were very helpful and competent.

Wow. Walked in looking for an iPad, I see 4 blue shirts ignoring me as I stand in front of iPads. I ask them for help, they say they can’t sell iPads, look for a guy in long hair. I go to customer service, nobody there. I go back and wait. Finally a guy shows up, I tell him exactly what I want, he goes to get it, while walking back to the cash I realize he got the complete wrong model. Goes back again. Get to cash, 3 zombies standing there, asking me to hold on as they walk around looking totally confused. Finally one takes it, scans it, tell me the amount, great, that’ll be credit please (less than $1000)…they don’t accept tap over $250!?!!!!! What kind of dinosaur place is this? You sell tech? One says no problem, you can tap multiple times, other zombie pipes in saying that’ll make it too difficult to return. Buffoons. No wonder Amazon will shut these dumps down. Never again.

This is the worst store I’ve ever shopped in. I purchased over 10k worth of appliances. From their in store service to their delivery it was a nightmare. The first delivery - they left all my appliances in the garage, were 3 hours late and exceptionally rude. And two appliances damaged. Second delivery - didn’t even show up Third delivery - another 3 hours late and two more appliances were damaged. I bought a speaker system. Used once and stopped working completely then the store wouldn’t even return it. All in all the service as Best Buy is horrid from start to finish. The products you get are used and damaged and you can’t get in contact with anyone. I would spend your money elsewhere and avoid Best Buy at all costs. Management was supposed to contact me regarding the delivery issues and I never received a call, an apology or compensation for all their damages.

Very poor and rude customer service from a guy named Hassan at the Orleans, Ontario store. I was buying a 29.99$ wireless mouse but when i went to the cash, it rang at 60$. I told the cashier that the label on the shelf said 29.99, she asked me to take a picture and come back to show her. So I went, but this other sales person, his name is Hassan, followed me and grabbed the label before i could take a picture. I explained the situation to him but he just said the label wasn't for that model. The label clearly marked it was a "harpoon" and the shelf was fully stocked with the "harpoon" model. When i made that point, he just said that the 29.99 $ was for the wired model but when i asked to see the wired model he said they didn't have it. He was very rude and dismissive and never offered to bring the price down or said sorry, that's our mistake.

This place is going down hill. I really want to shop in my local stores to curb my online purchases, but Best Buy is on of the reasons I keep going to online only retailers. Firstly, The best buy card no longer allows the financing. I will be cancelling the card. They do have financing options, but they charge a $60+ admin fee and call it $0 interest. I don't care how you dress it up... It's an interest charge. Secondly, there point system is POINTless (pun intended), and on top of that the cashier misshit a button or something and didn't apply the points for my purchase anyway.. and simply said "oh well.. next time maybe.. I'd have to void the purchase and start again"... All I could do was laugh.. she just made the decision for me that the points weren't that important. Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else.

Saw this post on a Facebook group today and thought it would be helpful to post here: "Don't think he's apart of this group but in case someone knows him. Shout out to Caleb who's working the chaos at BestBuy on Innes today. My sister and I went in, not expecting the madness that ensued.‍♀️ We went in with a specific hit list ‍and didn't have much time. He was a great wealth of knowledge and offered fantastic service with a smile. Definitely need more people like him in the customer service industry! Especially on such a busy day. Keep up the awesome work. You were a pleasure to deal with. " I also have been to this Best Buy in the past and had a fantastic experience! Every team member I came across was friendly and helpful. Nobody ever seemed to be helping you just because "it's their job".

Great selection of electronics, excellent, well-informed, staff so why only 2+ ? Because they do not follow-through with aftermarket service via their GEEK SQUAD. The G-S staff is unpredictably well or ill-informed, rough around the edges in terms of in house customer relations, poorly organized for home service scheduling, and their ever-changing product insurance programs are a farce, a comedy of errors. The public has not much choice but to deal with this Big Box store monopoly conglomerate and so there is no other fair basis for comparison as to prices or products but service. As was pointed out above, the aĺl-important service component has left me raging at the GEEK SQUAD, so I continue to buy there because I have to and I depend on brand names to follow through.

Good to buy basic things like chords or laptop batteries. I went in for a Google pixl 8 phone case, they only had one in black for $30. Lots of employees working, probably for the pre-christmas shoppers. Accidentally set off an alarm when testing a computer mouse. 3 empl' came up to help. We walked around more, at least 4-5 more workers came by to ask if we needed help, despite directly in front of them one worker already asking us and we declined. Almost like they were taking turns lol. Anyways, very helpful workers. A little too eager but hey, that's their job. Just felt a bit overwhelmed. If I DID want help, at least I know someone's around the corner to assist. Also, Shaquille O'Neill cut out, hilarious.

Always Great Experience With Bobby (Orleans Location) in the store Only. Online service is horrible, no customer service, trouble returning items, lookout for items that are listed under Mikes Computer Store within the bestbuy website. Again no costumer service. Purchase items Jan 8th, we are now March 16th and i havent been able to return an item from from Mikes Computers and bestbuy is dragging things longer. while waiting for my credit (expecting it in the next 3-4 weeks)... i will continue my purchasing of electronics with other stores such as staples and Amazon. already spent $600.00 of printers and cameras in the last few days. So think twice before buying online with bestbuy!!!

I bought an ipad yesterday from this location and politely requested to bundle discount it with a case. I could have understood a polite no as a response however, I found the store manager's extremely rude and offensive to me by his tone and body language. I left with very bitter experience and offended by shopping at Best Buy. He even humiliated the poor salesman right in front of me who was helping me to buy my ipad. They may stock all sorts of quality electronics and good price however, they will NOT be able to go very far with such an arrogant and rude attitude for its customers, I will avoid and discourage others to shop at this location for some self respect

Past experiences at cell phone desk were great, but most recent one was poor. Most recent person was lazy and unknowledgeable about dealing with providers, annoying since I had already set everything up with the cell company to upgrade painlessly. Ended up not buying that day. But previous sales experience (5-star) there made a current 1-star to a 3-star. I travel across town to go to this location because of past experiences. Maybe I'll just go to the nearest location if I go back to BestBuy for my next phone. Still sort of annoyed. (Edit - I eventually went to the Coventry Road location and had a great upgrade experience, with all questions answered.)

This store would get zero if it weren't for one sales associate. Hopefully I remembered the spelling right but after asking a few employees where something was and getting zero help. 3 different employees pointed to the electronic section. But I looked for a while and couldn't find what I was looking for. I overheard a sales associate speaking to a women and knew he could help. I patiently waited for him to finish with her then asked Burhan my question and he put in a full effort. Brought me too them. Explained the product. He was the best. Turned our bad experience into a positive. He should be training the rest of the staff there. Wonderful person!!

Bad experience today, second time in a row of many times I used come here - was coming to pick-up a Web Order, waited more than 30 minutes and finally gave up, as no agents seemed to care ... since a bit there looks like to be some organizational issues at this location ... still love the brand though, it might be a transient issue hopefully... UPDATE: New bad experience (cannot add another review, so updating this one) the staff in Orleans must have organization issues ... purchased another thing to pickup, never went to "ready" state. Cancelled the item after 24+ hours. Bestbuy Orleans is a HUGE disappointments over the years...

Great store, everyone there is ready and eager to help you. Just needed to get my screen cover replaced, which by the way is a great deal. Pay one time for it and you can get it redone as many times afterwards. Anyways, the reason I'm not giving it a 5/5 is because it took a while for the machine to boot up. Took almost 15 minutes. All is okay becasue they had a box of candy canes to keep me entertained meanwhile. Thank you very much. I know I will 100% be returning if not to buy something but for the incredible customer service and knowledgeable information recieved from staff for all my questions.

Ok but I wish there was more stock. I know they want people to shop online, but the shelves look empty in some sections. The store is fine, but Geek Squad is Useless. They were unable to follow through with any of their offered services: Computer Set-up, Data-Transfer, and we were offered an X-Box Live membership (which was not true). There was literally nothing of value added by subscribing to Geek Squad. And it is very difficult to cancel! I was on hold for 38 minutes before I even got an agent. I had to force the issue to not get stuck with automatic renewal. Do not subscribe to Geek Squad!

This place has went down hill so much , the assistant manager didnt know about best buys price matching policy , I had to wait 20 min while he searched to see if batteries have a model # , he then pointed at the expiry date on the battery and tried to tell me they couldnt price match because the expiry was not the same date as the price matched product at giant tiger , shocked about this experience, lost me as a customer ! Got my batteries price matched but he wasted 20 minutes of my life trying to prove me wrong, and after everything didnt even apologize! Thanks for nothing Best buy!

Must be trying to put Orleans store out of business. Store locater always gives Gatineau as closest store and if you pick Mer-Bleue location specifically to check inventory or reserve in store you still end up at Gatineau. Then if you call Mer-Bleue location to ask about their inventory quite often they are out of stock. I have mentioned this to staff a number of times over the last year or so and nothing happens. Last store "expert" I talked to said she could maybe find me another central Best Buy phone number so I could tell them (because clearly she wasn't going to). Oh well....

I only gave a star because no stars wasn’t an option. I walked into this store and there was zero sales people. I think one ran by avoiding all eye contact. There was 1 cashier at customer service who had zero clue about what the store sold. Then we asked for a sales clerk and no one could find anyone. We were there to makes 3 large purchases and instead walked out with nothing. This is why stores are closing and people have to resort to ordering online. Except if you need something quick that means Amazon is getting all your sales. I won’t be bothering with this store anymore.

Good and quick curb-side pickup. I went in to the store as well to pickup an item, the person at the front door pointed me towards the pickup spot. The store was very clean and properly organized, and the service was pretty quick. There were tapes for social distancing, and sanitizers everywhere. Great shopping experience but I was a little disappointed with customer service because the people who helped me were not friendly, and did not even greet me or address my questions. They just processed the transaction while talking to each other and just handed me the receipt.

just a horribly run location. You hire these poor kids and tell them go work. No training and no support. No product knowledge. I waited standing around for 40 minutes for the employee to find the products I was looking for and the most they can offer me is a discount on the warranty. Very bad management and unorganized. I wish I could give No stars. After waiting another 10 minutes for a manager that can not be found they tell me they can not even offer a discount on warranty. In order for them to do that I need to buy some accessories. I'm at a loss for words.

The store is clean and generally well-stocked. But many times I go, in spite of seeing several staff milling about or talking amongst each other... When I need someone they seem to scatter like mice when the lights go on. At least half the time I end up standing and waiting, or searching to find someone who can help me. It's a significant difference from when staff used to receive commission for sale. Back then you got harassed by everyone who made eye contact with you. Now, many times, you can't get help unless you go seeking it. At least at this location.

Very disappointed. Bought a dish washer saturday. They said they can only give 10% off floor model. Didn't look so bad but i was unable to touch or look closely. Got it home, see it under normal lighting not fluorescent, and it is INSANELY scratched. Also, missing the kick plate!!! Tried calling store to get kick plate. Phone says "were too busy to take your call" and it hangs up. Incredibly unprofessional. I live 4p mins from the store and don't want to go back to ask for something they probably don't have. Answer your gosh darn phone bestbuy!

Their Geek Sqaud is the worst. I wish I could get my money back. They didn't tell me what was wrong with my computer, they just said 'We don't have the parts to fix it. Would you like to buy a new laptop?' This was last year. This year I decided to take a second crack at it. I brought the laptop to ubreakifix, and they are fixing it for the same price that I paid for the 'Diagnostic' at best buy. I say that with air quotes because, I am pretty confident that they didn't even look inside the laptop. The whole experience was just ridiculous.

We bought a washer and scheduled to get delivered a week later. Next day we changed our mind and went back to store to cancel order, the person we talked said that he cannot cancel it since its locked for delivery and told us to take it back once it gets delivered for refund that way we will be paying two delivery charge. This is not a truth. Their website clearly says that we can cancel order 72 hours before delivery and get a full refund. I was trying to cancel week before delivery. I am not happy with best buy. How does it work?

Purchased a Sony camera for $485 and the extended 4 years warranty for $225 they told me it’s an exchange warranty! Anything happens they will exchange and fix it ASAP It’s not true! After refusing to exchange the camera sent it away for 2 months and still not fixed or not exchanged! After calling multiple times they agreed to give a gift card! Then after they agreed to give the gift card was not ready at the store ! Not in system yet they said! Save your money on the extended warranty! Just buy a new product if it breaks down!

People talk about stores raising the regular prices so the can put it on sale at the original price but I was under the impression it was just anecdotal. Over the holidays I’ve actually witnessed bestbuy raise the price of a product I’ve been watching just to put it on sale on Boxing Day for the same price as the original. I believe this is dealing in bad faith and will reserve my funds for a business that doesn’t try tricking their customers. Funny enough the product is still on sale from Boxing Day a month later.

I placed an order online and I went to the store for pickup. I was browsing around when I realized that I was followed by two employees everywhere I was going. I asked them what was going on and asked to talk to the manager. Was such a bad experience. I could not believe I was treated like that at Best Buy. Tomorrow I'll return the Garmin watch I purchased and buy it from Amazon at the same price. From now on I'll be getting everything from Amazon. I'm so disappointed by Best Buy and management at this location.

had my Plex sheet replaced on one of my phone's today. The cutting machine works at this location and on Merivale The geek counter did a flawless application 99.9% awesome job! As for Covid these guys are way high political about store entry questioned why you are coming and directly assigned to each your separate floor blue shirt. A bit intimidating for shoppers Questions would be more appropriate for all to ask about screening symptoms. Every company need to Answer their phones or else don't open at all.

Best buy Orleans, went to get a cleaning kit for my dslr. Was greeted upon entering and ask if u needed help bonus when you get that kind of service right away. They showed me where was the product I needed I ended looking more in the store. I feel like it is a little small for a best buy. The one in Gloucester is so much nicer and bigger gives you a really much better experience for shopping. Hopefully they will upgrade the store. My only complaint about the store.

I went to best buy today to view booster seats I had seen online. I asked a random employee walking by me if they had any and They didn't have any in store and he said it's best you shop online. I feel the same way. So I detour I look at leapfrogs,Legos, samsung watches, Samsung phones etc. Not a single employee wanted to ask if I needed help in electronics at all. I waited for any service but nothing. So I left no booster seat no new phone no smart watch

I am very impressed with their cusomer service at this location, on two occations now I have had unique return/exchange situations for things one purchased online and one instore. Their willingness to help polite demenor and overall dedication to the customer is comendable and turned what I was expecting to be a fight into a pleasent experience. Great job!!! I would highly recommend this location, maybe not bestbuy online but this location is fantastic.

The price was reasonable for the appliance I purchased. However, we found a fridge at a lower price and the price match was great. But the 10% matching rate was not on the full purchase price but on the difference between the price found and the price they advertise at.. ??? This almost squash the deal but as I said the price was good for the product purchased... This is why the rating is lower than I would normally give...

I got an excellent service from Mr. Mambou at the Geek Squad department. He explaned to me the good software already installed in my laptop, how he could fix it and the require time. His service was excellent and precised, he also helped me with the safety program reinstallation. Recently I got a problem with my phone and within few minutes he fixed it. So I recommend Mr. Mambou at this Geek Squad, Best Buy store.

I dealt with Fred at the Mer Bleue location in Orléans. The issue was an exchange for a defective Canon printer. The device had passed the one year warranty period by a few days. Location is fine but staff is terrible. Was in the store assisting my mother in purchasing a television. Found a model we wanted to purchase but sales staff(two separate reps) said that they couldn't order the tv for us and that we should just go to another store. One even suggested we try a competitor. Unbelievablably poor service. Will not return and would advise all others from visiting this location.

Good place for deals but the Orleans location always seems to have its audio section look like an abandoned section with dusty, damaged and unorganized for months. I now make a point to walk by it to see if it's still the forgotten child of the store just to get a laugh. I don't know why not a single manager has had an issue with it yet. Regardless I shop there for deals not their display skills.

Arrived to buy a 45” tv at 18:52. I was not aware the store closes at 19:00. Who closes at 19:00? Out shopping after dinner. Who knows. Agent said won’t be able to buy a tv in 5 minutes. Challenge accepted. Going to another retailer to buy a 45” tv. UPDATE, successfully purchased a TV in six minutes at a competitor. When you know what you want, time inside the store is not needed!

During the Covid-19 crisis Best Buy had done a great job in continuing business. The item requested was ready right away. I would recommend them. The only problem was with the 2 metre distancing in line. People did not respect or notice the markings on the wall. Marking would work best on the ground and walls, so people would notice when they are not aware what they are doing.

We went to purchase a computer and we had excellent customer service from Jason. Although he was still in training, Jason was able to answer all of our questions and helped us find the right product, within our budget. He listened to our needs, explained everything clearly and made sure to show us different options. It was a great customer service experience at this Best Buy.

I have strong mixed feelings about this store. The selection of goods is great, however the quality of the staff is very uneven. Some of them are not even familiar with information on the Best Buy web site. Others, are obviously passionate about doing their best. The store has a very reasonable return policy in my experience, which has been a saving grace in a few instances.

The guy who helped me with my purchase was super nice and kind to me, but the other associates kept staring at me and kept giving me the disgusting look as if i was gonna steal something. I told them i am going to let them know if i have any questions but they kept hovering over us the whole time. They even peaked into my backpack on my way out and wasted a lot of time.

I've been to many Best Buy locations, and I seem to like this one best. Everything is clear and where it should be signage wise. My one gripe is that it's quite overcrowded product wise. I'm not a big fan of buying a product that is expensive, on the ground, at accidental kicking height. Great staff, and wasn't a mad house on Boxing Day. Almost perfect, but not quite.

I've lived in Orleans two years and this is my third time in the store. It's in a very convenient location, it's large, I did find it a little difficult to find items though. I did like that they have a Greeter at the front door who can direct you. I utilized the online, reserve in store option which was super convenient! I will definitely use them in future.

Very well organised. They make you read a sign to make sure you don't have any Covid symptoms and then let you in. There's enough hand sanitizer there to kill someone and they're very friendly. With in-store shopping back they have enough associates in the store to come and make sure you're doing alright and are ready to help when needed. 5/5

I love this best buy. There is an older yet wonderful lady at the customer service desk who's always smiling and welcoming. If you're having a bad day, you're GAURANTEED to cheer up after talking to her for just a minute. This location has plenty of parking, store is well kept and well stocked. Overall : one of the better best buy locations.

Long story short, fell in the parking lot of my apartment and smashed my brand new battlefield for ps4. I took the game back to Best Buy 30 minutes later and then I talked to the supervisor and told him what happened to me. He then told me they wouldn't exchange it because the disk is scratched . So enjoy the free money I gave you Best buy .

I bought a brissel vaccum there and stopped working after 3rd time use . When i went back to store the staff was so unprofessional and Supervisor Sammi didn’t even look at the product and she just said not our problem i can’t help… wow how do you guys hire these people… poorly know about customer service and how to talk to clients!!!!

Great similar to all best buys. But there is a lack in the Geek squad department. I asked for some ram for a Late 2015 mac and no one could help me out. I already knew the model number and type. I just wanted to see what kind of staff was on hand. I must say I was disappointed with their lack of knowledge. Other then that thumbs up.

But anyways...back to their review...they don't always have good prices although they will match if you can prove it. Everytime I place an order here, my order gets given away and I never receieve an email saying my order was canceled. Half the time I see my order sitting on a shelf and then I have to request that someone goes to the back and check. Trash service. Thank you for wasting my time. Can't wait till Best Buy goes bankrupt.

Paige was super helpful when I bought my iPad pro. Took their time with me and got to know my needs as a customer. Wish all the Best Buy Stores’ employees were as eager to help and as knowledgeable as Paige. Best Buy in the West end wasn’t as helpful so I ended up returning other electronics and going back to Orleans.

They have lots of options for many things but the price tags are all messed up I went there to buy headphones, I started to leave with a what I thought was a $87 headphones then I checked the price tag and it said it was for a different pair, but the entire row of the headphones were above the price tag.

I've never had to deal with returns but it's a retail store. You buy what you need and that's that. Online vs in store inventory is accurate and sales are the way to go. Especially for tv's. Cables for charging, hdmi, and usb might be cheaper else where but most things are pretty competetive for pricing.

When looking for the perfect gaming piece or gaming monitor in my experience, these guys will tell you what's up. They will not sell you on a product that's budget for something that is "Meant for gaming" . Prices are a bit steep, but, you also get great customer service and truth from them as well.

Best Buy over charge for most of the items that they sell. I got told false informations about a computer, and for that reason I decided not to buy it. I aslo wanted to buy a TV and they did not have it in stock, so I asked if they had another model of TV in stock and they did not. Very frustrating.

Good buying experience. Sales person was reasonably knowledgeable about the product and wasn't trying to upsell. Previous experiences have also been very good for sales and returns. Staff has always been helpful or willing to help without being annoying when you might just be looking at options.

Quite a lot of variety in many products, especially in gadgets and smart phones,price comparison to other stores is ok,at times a lot of rush and need to queue up to get into the store due to pandemic issues..there was very little staff available with less supply of the product desire.

The managers at this location are the friendliest people I know. They always get out of there way to help you with whatever. They are always willing to price match all major distributors even amazon.ca. Just wish all the staff was as nice and knowledgeable as the managers.

For a big box store they really do provide good service. Been in for warranty usage and purchases. I have never had a bad experience. Sure, there are times that I have had to wait a little long than I thought I would, but in the end I got want I can me in to do.

Getting service from the geek squad is terrible. You have to make a ticket on their website. And when they call you they don’t leave a direct phone number to call back. You have to go through the website again. This quickly become an endless loop of no service.

I had to borrow a friends car to get a freezer. After bringing it home there is dents all over the freezer. Bestbuy customer service was of no help. Im not able to take it back..(nor should i have to) Edit: i went in and the manager gave me a discount

Not a huge fan. The store was okay...My kids enjoyed some of the displays, but I found all of the staff just stood around in big groups chatting with each other. Great spot to see something in person before ordering it in Amazon or Newegg for cheaper.

First time here and not going to be the last. A clean and an organized place even though it's not as big as many other bestbuy stores. Staff seemed friendly, attentive and helpful. Parking area is big. Service wasn't fast and it wasn't slow either.

I was here for video games and was happy to see that they had systems to try. I really like that you can reserve products online and then pick them up at the store. Their public washrooms were clean enough and there was lots of parking too.
