Very nice and clean store lots of inventory to choose from as you walk in your greated by an associate saying welcome to BIG 5 witch is very nice as I was looking for the shirts on my BIG 5 sales app on my phone an associate came to me asked if I needed any help told what I was looking for and directed to the clothes rack there was many colors to. Choose from but they only go to XXL as I'm looking for XXXL you know BIG BOY but XXL fitted me very well so I bought a few shirts I would most likely come back to this store just because of the big inventory

Just went here recently and about to head down there now. What can I say? It's a Big-5. Expect unexpected discounts. Unlike other stores, I've had it happen really often at Big-5's to get up to the counter with a sleeping bag or a pair of Bear Paws and have 'em say, "Oh, those are on sale, $30 off!". This is a newer store, and handily, is in the same complex with a Wal-Mart and some other useful stuff around. Well worth a visit.

Big 5 selection of shoes is always top notch. Prices are always competitive, and they usually have a good selection of sizes to choose from. Often time they're camping gear and Outdoor Adventure Gear is well-stocked. However you do have to be careful on their price of the small propane cylinders and white gas which seem to be rather outrageous.

For the most part it's a great store and the only reason I don't 5 star them but I also understand why they do it, is because they follow me around like I'm going to steal from them but they have a very large homeless problem in there area and I'm sure they get a lot of theft but BIG 5 I ONLY LOOK LIKE THIS, IM NOT STEALING

Surrounding area is pretty sketchy with homeless and beggars, but inside of the store is nice, clean, and well stocked with sports and outdoors gear. Decent prices. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking with a huge shared parking lot out front (lock your car doors and don't leave any valuables out).

If you need shoes sporting Good clothes fishing hunting all around cell phone accessories bicycle locks bicycle accessories you name it they probably got it and they have a very very positive attitude no matter what you're dressed as or what you drive in so I would say 5 plus Stars hoorah

Service: The staff here are very helpful. They took the effort to help me even though it was a low chance that they could find the item I was looking for. I appreciated it very much. Ambience: The store is very clean and organized. There are signs hanging to help you find each sections.

Had the pleasure of working with “Za”… although I’m not sure his full name. He was knowledgeable of the footwear and gave great feedback to help find what I’m looking for. Due to the kindness of the staff here, and especially “Za” I will return to this location and other Big 5 stores.

The manager was completely rude. Implications were made that because I was a woman, the items I wish to purchase were "to much man for a lil lady". The store looks kept in shambles. But on a positive note... LADIES, THEY'VE GOT "JUICY COUTURE" workout gear. ON SALE!!! Ur welcome …

Almost a 5 star except I got followed like I was stealing something. I did look hobo-ish but still. Still a great place, not ever crowded and the employees are usually awesome! Guy at register was cool. Love the parking, do much of it. Always has great deals.

This place is run the way they run the central jail. Gosh, I know people steal but this is too much of a keeping up yourself on your toes. I hope the hourly rate for a salesperson is more than avg , cause it's ballet plus sales hustle.

Went to the store on Monterey Hwy., they totally ignored me when I went in, even though there were 2 employees at the front counter. Went to the shoe area, no help there. Had to go find someone for customer Service.

This is my favorite Big 5 location. Never busy, never see anyone there except employees. No waiting, no lines and they always have what I'm looking for in stock! Employees are all very friendly and helpful too.

Good customer service! I went looking for soccer cleats and a nice employee offered to show me others that weren't on display. He even recommended a few places that might have what I was looking for.

I did get very good help from one employee but unfortunately not so good help from the shoe department. If was adequate help. I'm.not complaining though. I can tell the guy did not feel well

Everyone one was really helpful- looking for different sizes of shoes. Applying a store coupon instead of making me search for mine . That's the kind of service that is truly appreciated.

Summers around the corner. Be prepared to get all the things you'll need. For swimming, exercising, camping, pure fun stuff. My son and I got a lock for his bike and the lights.
