I ordered a pair of shoes online and they were supposed to come yesterday. However, there was a problem with the address so we had to call them to fix it. We spent the entire day yesterday calling them but no one was answering. Finally someone answered and we fixed the problem. They assured us that the package would be delivered today. The package has not yet been delivered and they close soon. We called them today to see where the package is and the first employee we talked to said she would call us back but she didn’t for an hour. We called again and they don’t know where the package is. They aren’t sure if it’s still in the warehouse or with the driver. We have told them we are traveling and it’s the weekend tomorrow so it has to be delivered today. I can’t believe this terrible service. I would recommend ordering shoes from any other place. I am not giving them one star because they deserve it but because there is no option to give them zero stars.

Yesterday Saturday August 8, 2020 I had a very bad experience in this store. They are supposed to require masks to enter the store and if you do not use you cannot enter. What surprised me is that I counted between 7 or 8 employees and only 2 were using the mask correctly and the others had it under their nose. I told one of them and they didn't care, I asked for the manager and they denied having one. It was the most uncomfortable and unsafe 15 minutes I've spent lately. I could not resist being one more minute in that store full of irresponsible employees, in the midst of a pandemic and this company does not require its employees to follow the rules to keep customers safe from entering their store. I will not return to this nefarious place.

After doing a job for the defense ministry, I ended up messing up my boots. I quickly found Shoe Palace on my GPS, Upon my arrival at the store I quickly noticed a aroma that reminded me of the river swamps of TN, Then by my surprise I saw a large tadpole outside its natural environment! He kept asking me to go to the back! So I told him NO!!! And to top it off this tadpole had a uniform and a badge named James! this stores needs a exterminator!!! horrible experience!!! They need to find this distress tadpole a new pond to live and keep it out of the public eye!

I had a problem with a pair of Nike I had bought about a year ago, and didn't have a receipt. To my surprise, the manager Damien Ruiz, did a major follow up for 2 months, and managed to arrange for an exchange. And young Edru competed it today. He was knowledgeable, and very friendly. We have been buying all our tennis shoes from So Palace, and will be back for sure to this location of Stevens Creek & Bascom in San Jose.

I went in about 2 weeks ago it was a rough start at 1st as an employee by the name of james came up to me and wanted to squabble up... So We squabbled for a little and after about 10 mins we shook hands in the end. He then proceeded to offer me a bag of flies as a form of apology, which I declined. But in The end he did end up helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. Thanks James!

This location is very clean and tidy inside. Very nicely illuminated, good amount of shoe brands and stock at hand. You'll most certainly be helped right away. Don't let the outside strip mall fool you. Definitely less busy that the a standard Shoe Palace inside a mall. Another mention is this is the very first, original Shoe Palace location. Worth a visit!

Even though I haven't been here in a while, it was still very nostalgic to walk back into the building however it is very much not nostalgic LOL and very much up-to-date. The prices were right and they even had some shoes that I had a hard time finding anywhere else. Gotta love my pf flyer's!
