The place looks and feels like it is about to go out of business. The shelves are about almost empty there is hardly anything to shop for just has furniture couches really nothing left like makeup Shampoo hygiene stuff is all about empty the shelves have out dated low end brands the place just didn't really have much of anything to shop for except for junk food they have plenty of and simple groceries really not much stuff cookware bathroom decor. But the employees weradva Zaza axqe re very friendly y w ere nice Ially liked the friendliness that and the kitchen appliances I would go back for they really need to stock up on thing's like they did in the early 2000's late 90's now it's barely holding up anything not much of a selection to go browsing for. I did buy a few thing's like hygiene stuff. The employee's were really nice. I'm giving it a 3 star due to lack of merchandise and only because of the friendliness of the employees. I will return for snacks and maybe a small chair for my livingroom.

I always find such great deals here. It always seems well stocked and clean. I have a rewards card and I often get free items like a box of cereal, a bottle water, etc.. After your fifth visit they offer a five dollar off coupon towards your next purchase of fifteen dollars. I like their reward system except that they dont last long at all. So once you receive a reward you’d better use it pretty quickly. They carry almost everything and offer name brands and store brands as well. The employees there are comfortably friendly, helpful, and a few really go the extra mile to help you save the most or remind you to cash in your free item if available. It is a great place to shop and it beats Other companies by a hundred dollar talley in my opinion. Also, i was a bit hesitant to purchase food from there but once I did I found everything to be fresh and delicious at a price that I feel comfortable eating. Lol. Happy shopping!

We occasionally buy furniture here. Other than one blond guy who obviously didn't want to help us (ran to the back of the store when we walked in and was rude when he was called, but he was leaving in 5 minutes), they have been fantastic. The last couple times, we've tried to buy a patio set, but they have been out of stock. The people at the front have been super helpful in looking up stock in not only this store but others. I can tell some other customers haven't been polite when hearing they're out of stock - treat our fellow humans decently! They don't control the stock, they just get what corporate ships them. Every single one of these employees has gone above and beyond to help us when we're polite.

There's a couple of things that I don't like about this store the floors look old rusted and taterd.some prises are very high and the the product is not worth it The women's bathroom is very dirty.and the only thing I like about this store is that it close by to my apts.and I get a 25percent of coupon once in a while on Saturday or Sunday. when there's a sale s that's when I hit the store.some people that work there are rude and nosy but some are really kind this store is good only when you don't have any other options like you don't have a car or the money to take a bus i didn't want to give it any Stars cause they should nock this store down and put a new one up

Oh man this one on Coors and I-40 is so much better than the one in Albuquerque. The one close to our house is super ghetto. The one on Coors had furniture and did not look like a broken flea market. Thanks for that, it was a better shopping experience. I sure wish the deals were a lot better than Walmart tho. I still find better prices at Walmart but some things i have to get at BigLots because Wal-Mart doesn't carry it. What's up with the deals y'all used to have. It used to be really worth it. Now it's kinda like "eh, not happening at BigLots" anymore

I went on Friday like 5 minutes b4 closing, not on purpose just by dumb luck. Lol. I saw the young ladies face, like oh man; her name is Mikaela and she is awesome, beautiful smile n heart, so super friendly, helpful, and patient. Im glad it was just on a whim tht i went there for 2 things i needed at the last minute, cuz she really brightened my night, n my heart. There needs to be more ppl in the world, n definitely in the work place like her. Thank you Mikaela, ur super fantabulous!!! Keep up the great work!!!

This big lots never has anything that you need. Every time they have things on sale they never have the item. If they do have the items that are on sale the sale has already expired but their signs are still up. The employees are very rude will not give anybody a chance to ask questions or call for a menager. I called up there to complain and talk to a manager, All she did was take up for her employees and she wasn't even there during the situation. Started arguing with me on the phone. WORST BIG LOTS EVER!!

I had been looking for Baducco brand wafer's, I had first bought them someplace else, and when I asked Google who else carries them, it said"Big Lot's", so now I'm going to be visiting them more often, they have a way better selection, plus I also bought a cookie sheet, and two comforter's, and the cashier saved me some money, and their staff at the Coor's and Los Volcanes location are really friendly and helpful, keep up the great work, and thank you for everything that you do, I'll be back soon!!!

I order a furniture in mid June said it would be 4 to 6 week . It's already mid August . I would call no one would give me any information when or if I will receive my order. Call's were always hanging up on me when they would put me on hold. I no that Covid happen but a lil call here & there just to keep customers update would of be very appreciate!! Finally I just had enough went to go get my money back I will NOT be going back.

The store manager Luke was extremely rude to all customers in line complaining about how slow the line was moving when he was called to help the only cashier. I was buying almost $400 in things and he was being very rude saying “some people all they do is hold up the line.” And he was complaining his only cashier was being too slow but I was buying a lot of stuff on credit. Very bad customer service from him.

This place is great if you're looking for a cheap find! I went the other day and they had Christmas stuff 90% off! They had a pretty big selection still. I got a bunch of lights and even a Christmas tree for $8! They usually have a good selection for home decor. I like there summer options for outside seating and dining decor. Overall this store was pretty clean. The customer service was friendly and helpful.

Sad sad ..prices are not posted ..and when they are it doesn't match receipt so heads up on that part. Empty shelves and very little caring into getting help due to staff shortage. Friendly staff who are there ..wished we could get prices posted ..that would help alot. I will try again another time to see if things change ..They do have some fall stuff up yahoo!!

I would rate 0 stars . Nobody implies the 6ft social distancing rule during this pandemic here. Standing in line other customers are piled up in the line I can literally hear the person behind me breath I asked them to step back 6ft although they did not listen the manager was even standing there and did not even care to enforce the law .

my three or four trips to Big lots so far been dealing with the lady in the furniture the mattress is all the name was Marla I believe she was very helpful and they only make some wise decisions I guess instead of buying what I wanted to buy. I hadn't been in a big lots of forever a surprise all the stuff they had

Shopped here this morning and left with nothing. Went in and shopped the entire store for about 45 min with no mask. Had over $200 in items and went to check out. At the register was told I couldn't buy the items without a mask! Needless to say we will shop somewhere else! might be

The staff was concerning a bit. The guy was all over the place, he started off helpful then disappeared. He asked us to wait by the item we wanted, and never returned. The lady was very kind and helpful. After about 45 minutes of waiting for the guy, the lady was able to help us.

The manager in the day wouldn't give me my refund so I asked for store credit he wouldn't give me that either. This was the store on Coors. The manager at the Menaul store gave me store credit and I was able to get what I needed. Thank you to the manager at the Menaul store.

Always convenient and affordable. Usually my excuse to go is for cleaning supplies and paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper and paper plates) but I can easily spend a good 2 hrs here. Always in season and inspires me to freshen up my home with all the cute decor.

Was doing some Christmas shopping, and I found some really nice gifts. They have a great selection of gift set's, like for BBQ and rubs for meat. Nice Christmas decorations too. There outdoor you're out display characters are still a pretty pricey

I visited Big lots today and went to cash out. The cashier didn't have mask on nose just mouth. I told her the mask works better over nose. She replied I know but never moved mask. I thought all employees were supposed to wear one.

Great customer service. Has a wide variety of items from food, to kitchenware, to clothes, to bathroom items, holiday items, pet items, and so much more. Nice place to just walk around and browse and see what you'll find.

Store consistently has signs up for sales that have expired or ended. Consistently fails to have items seen in ad in store. Has very unfriendly unhelpful staff. Worst biglots in town. Trust me go to a different store.

I really enjoyed shopping today because they were still having clearance for 75%off almost all Christmas stuff and I got more than I thought, I would have spent a lot more if I didn't have to get things I need.

Everyone is so friendly at the Big Lots on Coors! They have a great team of workers! Dennis the Cashier is really friendly and Melissa is a great manager. Like to go to that store and it's very clean too!

Big Lots was awesome, I was able to find house slippers for $12.00 every where else their prices were over $30.00. During check out I was able to use my military discount. They support Military.

Big lots is always fun to shop at you find things here that you don't find at any other store so I like shopping here there merchandise is just different the workers are so nice and very heloful

Lots of fair price priced Christmas stuff just not enough staff to get checked out in a reasonable amount of time. But the security was good standing post and walking around keeping an eye out.

I enjoy shopping here , no wait or lines almost ever! You can always find necessities and more and get a coupon every 3 purchases. Employees here are kind and helpful and the store is clean.

Good place to find unique foods and one of a kind items. Fun place to shop. Parking is good. And some friendly people. Store needs improvement in clean. But overall, a good place to shop

I hadn't been to Big Lots for awhile. I went because they had some bath soap that I wanted and I did find some there. The cashier was nice and asked if I found what I was looking for.
