The quality of service was incredible. We have visited this location many times and have received nothing but top notch service, communication, and treatment but this time more any any other. My husband brought my new car in for an inspection and chose to wait with it. I ended up tagging him out to go handle home things so I was waiting at the completion of the inspection. One of the employees, Jordan came to get me in the waiting room because of his feeling of what he found in this car knowing it was newly purchased. He brought me to the garages which has never happened before because he felt like it was desperate I see what I was sold. He explained fully what they found and what I was looking at in terms of finances right from the start. Answered all questions I had without an ounce of judgment. This staff understands that they may be delivering news that is hard to hear and they are truly sensitive of this information. My husband and I always feel like we’re in the company of friends while being here and this visit was no different. I felt very taken care of as well as having full confidence that this team would not send me on the road in an unsafe vehicle. I would trust this team with any and all vehicles in the future. I will recommend this team specifically Jake and Jordan to anyone who I come into contact with. I have shared the unfortunate details of my situation and I have followed that up with the care I received. I am writing this as a strong woman who is very independent but has only once received service on my cars that has not included belittling conversation or misogynistic behavior. Two locations. The Skyview KC Big O and the Lees Summit Big O. We are permanent customers of Big O.

I stopped in at the N. Glenstone location to check on a set of tires for my Jeep, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped very quickly. Not only did the young man go out of his way to show me all of my options, he explained every detail to me and helped me decide on the tires that I wanted. I asked this young man when he could get the tires and install them and he said they had them in the store and that they could install them the next day. (this was at 5:30 pm and they close at 6pm.) there was one of the young men that does the installs and he said "let's just do them tonight" so they started getting the ticket done and the other young man put in a transfer for my 5th tire, that was at the Sunshine store, and asked if the other young man would go pick it up, he answered with a happy to do it answer and went to pick it up. Mind you this was closing time. They all stayed late and got my tires put on for me and even got the spare put on. I wish I had wrote their names down, but Thank you so much for the great customer service!!!!!! 5 stars for sure.

I spoke with Jordan and Jacob about my issue. Jordan said they would rectify and take care of my issue. I arrived at my 12 o’clock appointment and Jacob renigged on Jordan’s offer to repair the lug nuts on my car without cost. The only place I have taken my car to for oil change and tire rotation is big o tires. I also bought my tires there. So out of the blue I got a quote for $362 to replace and repair my lug nuts. I was not going to do business with them after this shenanigans happened. I then took it to Christian brothers automotive. They told me there was only 1 lug nut on the drivers side rear wheel and numerous nuts missing on the other tires. The mechanic said it was so dangerous on the left rear tire that he would not let me leave the lot for fear of the tire coming off. BUYER BEWARE! Don’t go there! They are thieves!

If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted Big O on 12/28/23 to let them know that ANOTHER one of the tires that they sold me in October of 2023 had yet another huge buldge coming out of the side wall. Taylor C said she was going to order one to be in Friday. When I called Friday, they had no Idea what I was talking about and had to re order it for Saturday. Atturo tires have a 3 year manufacturer defect warranty. This is the second time these tires have done this in two months. They are clearly defective tires and they would not stand behind it. I had to pay $200 for another tire that is probably going to explode on me again. Wouldn't give me any managers phone numbers and basically could care less about me and my situation.

Had appointment for 4 new tires at 10 am and even being short staffed they had my vehicle in and tires coming off at 10. From the time I walked in the door till when I left, everyone was great help and friendly! Was out the door little after 11 and that included getting alignment done. The technician that replaced my tires moved quickly and walked around my vehicle to make sure everything was just right. When the so much not favorite part came (paying the bill, lol), everything was explained well to me and honestly the prices were great! They have definitely earned all my business from now on! Thank you for the great experience and getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner!

I was very impressed with how the location had changed. My service was over the top. Dan took care of my oil change before I get comfortable and connected on their free Wi-Fi. Then I had a concern about my tire before I left. Even though he was booked he snuck me in between to put my spare on since my tire had a bolt in it. I would come back and look into new tires. I thought that was amazing because I didn't know what I was going to do. Thank you so much Dan you were awesome. I will return. Also a big to that new waiting area. That's the best I've ever seen in this city, but not considering dealership.

Took my car in for a state inspection. They told me my brake pads failed by 1mm and that they couldn’t pass my car but for $515 they could change my brakes and rotors. Decided to change the brakes myself just to find out that they weren’t short by 1mm but they were 2mm thicker than required by Missouri to pass and my rotors were in perfect shape. I changed the brake pads and took the car back… they didn’t even give it a second inspection. They apologized for failing my car the day before and just passed it. This is an absolute snake of a business and nobody should trust anything they say

Great experience. My day started with a blown tire on the freeway at the beginning of a 9 hour drive. I called Big O Tires to see if they could help me out with my situation. They got me a name and number for a tow truck service and quickly got me to there shop. Where they assessed the damage and gave me my options. They were reasonably priced tires so I bought all four and got my brakes replaced. Very fast, and friendly. I was back on the road in just a couple hours. What a great experience

Had a rear tire on my F-150 losing air and took it to Big-O (I have four Big-O tires). I waited over an hour for them to tell me that there wasn’t enough tread to allow repair. Something that they easily could have determined in the parking lot before making me wait an hour. Of course they offered to sell me new tires. I was from out of town and it was almost 6 pm and I didn’t have time to take it to a small town tire shop who would have fixed it. Will never go to Big-O again.

Jacob was so great to work with! I am not local and had a blow out on the highway. He assessed the situation when the tow truck brought my car in. He contacted the tire company that sold me the tires to see if I could get the roadside assistance. He was very kind friendly and made sure my car was up and running in a short time.. I would definitely travel for 45 minutes away to use him again! Great experience with him, and Big O Tire. I would definitely use them again.

The staff was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were also really nice which is kind of rare when dealing with automotive stuff. Some people can be a little rude and dismissive but I did not experience that at all. I went in to have all 4 break pads replaced. They were able to get me in the same day and had me out in a reasonable amount of time. Really great customer service and I really appreciate the after care follow ups/check ins.

Had to get a MO state inspection for my vehicle and this place was super convenient. They charged me for some minor work, which I fully expected for my older car, and got me past inspection no problem. I get tires elsewhere through a buddy but this place would be an ideal location as there are shops and food nearby to pass the time. Manager Jake and the other dude who helped me were fast and friendly and got me back on the road quick. Good work.

I originally went to this store because it was close to where I discovered a nail in my tire. They fixed it and I was back on the road in no time. I went back to THIS store because of the managers and how they treated both the customer AND their employees. They are providing more than great vehicle service; they are training future managers and skilled employees on how to keep a business successful. This will always be my go-to store.

Oil change and tire rotation alert! Big O Tires didn't rotate the tires! Everyone here is really nice and you get a tire rotation with an oil change! I took my car in about a month ago and was so happy with the service I brought my wife's car in on 4/1/23. Her car has a scratch on each of the front rims. This is how I know they didn't rotate the tires. I told them and they were happy to get it done while waited of course.

Great prices, staff, and quality service! Taylor was excellent and very informative. He made sure I understood what was needed and that I was completely satisfied! I was told by the dealership that I needed to replace all air filters each costing $200 on my truck that I never drive, Big O Tires said the filters were fine, and should last for a while longer. I had two new tires installed on my airstream trailer, not an easy job. The installer had to move his gear outside to install them. He torqued the wheels to specifications and then helped me put the spare back up in its cage, again not an easy process. He recommended and replaced the valve stems with high pressure stems, something I would have not thought of. Just excellent service all around.

Went in to get my inspection so I could title my vehicle. I was immediately greeted and continued to be when new staff came through. I was in and out in 10 min or less. The manager of the store was in the lobby, interacting with everyone. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Big O, but every single person at this location was trying to have a positive impact on everyone who walked in.

Went in because I had a bad flat, gave them a call and they patched it up real quick the same day! I was so impressed by the quality of customer service of Jacob and Dakota that I asked if they’d do my breaks later in the week, and here we are, new breaks and routers! They even offered financing of which I declined, but fantastic service! Quick, efficient, and polite!

Jacob and team have earned the trust of our family over our last view visits with their honesty and quality work. The customer service is of the highest quality as well. We received communication from Jacob a few days after our latest service seeing if our road-trip went well and everything was operating as expected with our vehicle.

Store manager was very patient without last minute request. Taylor and Shannon thank you both for squeezing us in. I asked about the pink camo shirts. They were representing breast cancer awareness. The manager was extremely proud about the company’s support towards breast cancer awareness. The tire was repair and back on the road.

I was on my way to Nebraska and blow a tire put my donut on and called every where in a 50 mile radius no one was willing to since it was later. I called big O and they had people willing to stay late and fix my tire screw the price honest and caring people like this ain't around anymore I appreciate you guys thank you so much.

This trip was a pleasant one. I had an emergency need for a new tire and they had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, no joke. The store manager Jake was great and honest guy. They clearly care for their customers and their craftsmanship and it shows from a customer side even. Highly recommend and will be back.

Careless with my last experience. They changed two of my tires out... But put the bad ones back on and threw out my good ones when rotated. Will Never use this location again. Competency seems to not matter. Staff was unprofessional and too caught up in small talk that was not appropriate for all customers to hear.
