Place is not up to standard to be charging the prices that they do. Even though I had used a voucher I felt very disappointed. The first lady that assisted me was very welcoming and friendly. I was then made to wait approx 30mins for my treatment. I was taken to an outdoor wooden structure with no hand rails and even though the heater was on it was still freezing in the room. The robe I was given to wear had no belt and my hand and leg treatments were done outside in the cold and it was extremely windy. The parking is horrible. I had to wait 15mins for our clients (who had come there after me, yet finished after) to move their car. My treatment was cut short and when I asked about my Indian head massage they lady told me that she had already done it. It was NOT an Indian head massage. Safe to say I will never be going back there

Went for a Full Day Package and was not disappointed. Verashna was very friendly and accommodating on arrival and throughout the day. A great selection was provided for breakfast, and the lunch was very appetising. Sanele was much the same. Friendly and professional in providing the treatments, which are well worth the price. A big thanks to both of these ladies for the memorable experience!

This place has excellent service. My mum truly loved her time there and the treatments she got. She complimented the staff especially the young lady that took care of her treatment during her half day spa. She said the massage was just what she needed.

Bad bad the place looks totally different from the online photos ,the pool was dirty grass wasn't cut, towels and the gown were dirty , i'd say it's false advertising , should've asked for a refund , doesn't even deserve a single star rating .

I'm generally happy with the service, just that they mixed up our requests. I wanted a hard massage and my partner just needed to relax. But I got the relax and my partner got the latter...

My friend and I went there together and what a wonderful 3 hours! Definitely enjoyed the hot stone massage the most! Hope to go back again soon! We both feel rejuvenated.
