I sent an email to your customer care email and they asked me to leave a review, I will do better than that and paste the email I sent to you Good afternoon I am writing to you today to express my utter disappointment for the flowers and vase sent to my daughter for her Birthday. I ordered the flowers on the 20th September to arrive on time for the 29th September which was a very special 50th Birthday. I received an email stating the following on the 28th September which was one day before the delivery was to happen. Hi, Coral Hale, the Status of your Order No. 2147854 has been changed. Dear Coral, thank you for ordering with Bloomex. Please note that due to Public Holiday on Friday, our warehouse facilities and courier company will be closed. As the provided delivery area requires an overnight transit time, the next available delivery date would be Tuesday, October 3. We will send your order with a complimentary upgrade from us. Your understanding and patience are appreciated. Kind regards, Bloomex Team Change Order Status. New Status is: Paid I was devastated and called the number stated to talk to someone about this. I stated this was so unprofessional as I should have been informed when I ordered the flowers that there was a public holiday and could not be delivered. I do not live in Victoria so was not aware of it. I was only offered an upgrade of a vase and that left me speechless as I had already ordered the handblown vase as I have copied from your website and expected this vase to be delivered with the flowers. The vase that was given is nothing like the photo attached. Then I was told there would be an upgrade to make up for this. I told the customer service that I expected a very big upgrade. My daughter received a stuffed bear……..she is 50 years old and has gone way past stuffed toys. I expected her to receive a beautiful large bouquet of flowers, in actual fact she received a lack lustre bunch of flowers (shown below) that were broken and wilted as per the photos. The flowers were in a Dry Green block and no flower food. The card was a huge disappointment as you can see by the photos with an insulting ad on the reverse side of the printed piece of paper attached to the birthday card that had the birthday wishes stating 15% off the next order. The bunch of flowers shown that my daughter received does not reflect the flowers shown at the bottom of this email. I have included the wilted flowers and dried out arrangement and would hope you agree this is a very poor arrangement. I might add that I also had a delivery of a hamper by a company that is Australia wide which contained cold cheese etc and there was no hold ups due to Public holidays so cannot understand how this service of Bloomex can be explained. I cannot express my complete and utter anger and feeling of being totally misinformed as well as being duped by your company. Your attention to this complaint would be appreciated and I hope we can come to some sort of resolution.

I have to say, my encounter with Bloomex Australia Flowers & Gift Hampers was a complete disaster. From the very first interaction, it was evident that this company had mastered the art of disappointment. Their service, or lack thereof, left me questioning why I even bothered to entrust them with my order. Let's start with the delivery, or rather, the lack thereof. Not once, not twice, but a mind-boggling three times did they manage to miss the delivery date for the same order. It was as if they were playing a cruel game, taunting me with false promises and shattered expectations. Each time, I held on to a glimmer of hope, only to be let down once again by their utter incompetence. And when the flowers finally arrived, they did so in a state of melancholic demise. Sad, wilted petals drooped lifelessly, barely clinging to their withering stems. It was a somber sight, as if the flowers themselves were mourning their own fate. The lack of care and attention in handling the delicate blooms was evident, leaving me questioning the very essence of this so-called flower business. To add insult to injury, the order arrived incomplete. It was as if they couldn't even manage the simplest task of ensuring that all the items were included. It was a slap in the face, a stark reminder of their sheer negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Bad doesn't even begin to describe the experience with Bloomex Australia Flowers & Gift Hampers. It was a cascade of mistakes, a symphony of disappointment orchestrated by an inept and uncaring company. At every level, they managed to fail spectacularly, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth and a sense of regret for ever placing my trust in them. So, if you value your sanity and desire a floral experience that doesn't resemble a tragedy, I strongly urge you to steer clear of Bloomex Australia Flowers & Gift Hampers. Spare yourself the anguish and seek out a reputable florist that understands the meaning of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with bloomex, zero stars is my preference. I paid for beautiful flowers (from the picture on the website) upsized them, and ordered them the day before. They were for my best friend's birthday (she was having a rough week so these were going to brighten her day). The driver gets there the next night after 8 pm, comes to a road block near her door step so turns around (didn't call me or my friend - why take our numbers??) then leaves to return the flowers to the warehouse. I have been calling since the afternoon to track the flowers, no luck. I complain with the assurance they will be delivered next day. They arrive the next night! They were pitiful. Dead flowers and very small, in a large box that was way too big. They clearly used the same ones? The website says they arrive the same day, fresh and on time?? I took photos of them and called to complain, I couldn't believe it. They offered a discount on my next order? What a joke. I asked to speak to a manager, had no return email or call. I would not risk messing up a special occasion by using this company. They just called me to say I had ordered flowers a year ago, would I like a 20% discount to order more for the same person??

First time the flowers weren’t delivered to the hospital they were left on a veranda at a house across the Rd and the froze overnight and were wilted and discoloured. I drove an hour to pick them up and take them to the hospital myself and by the next day they were growing mould. I complained and requested a refund and bloomex refused and offered me a $30 voucher. I said no as I never want to use your company again and stated I want a refund or I want a new premium bunch of flowers be delivered (to the hospital!). They refused to refund so instead resent it. The bunch that was delivered the second time was even uglier than the first bunch. First bunch was mismatched coloured ugly roses in brown paper and the second was a random Assortment of cheap flowers (mostly chrysanthemums) definitely not the supersized bouquet of “premium” flowers that were ordered and costed over $90. The company is a joke… they clearly have no Control over the florists or delivery drivers they use and the products provided both times were uglier than if I had gone to Woolworths and spent $25. Beware that you probably won’t get anything like the picture when you order

If there was lower than one Star I would rate it to this business. complete scam if you ask me. To start, the website is on a timer to place an order so by the time you input all the details your cart is emptied to start all over again. Online ordering process is an absolute failure, you can’t place an order without having to input all your personal details which is not required for a lousy delivery and a miserable customer experience if you ask me. I ordered a medium size fruit basket that looked nothing like what was delivered not to mention delivery time was screwed up. Yes I was offered an upsize but was pretty much a disaster because most of the fruit were off and not fresh. When I asked for a refund for my $100 plus order I was offered a $30 voucher. This business should be reported to department of fair trading they are absolute scammers collecting customers personal details and providing below poor customer experience. Look at what was advertised against what was delivered SCAM SCAM SCAM DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM

PLEASE Do not order from this company if you love flowers and are sending them to a loved one!!!!!! I Would never order from this company again!! When the same day delivery could not be met was told that there will be a “huge complementary upgrade” I accepted this and was grateful that a call and the offer was made. Upon seeing what was then delivered, was another story. No upgrade, some of the flowers were dead and was then told that the bunch sent were adequate and would offer a $30 store credit. Store credit declined and was then offered a new bunch to be resent. I have never been so disappointed in ordering flower than what I am now. I can not see how these bunches of flowers are worth the $70, flowers from Coles or Woolworths for half the price are better presented.

Ordered flowers to be delivered the next day. Nothing showed up. Nothing showed up the next day. The day after that was the weekend so there was no delivery. On Monday I got a message saying they had delivered on Friday but they hadn't. I messaged them a couple of times and they finally replied saying they would give me $20 off my next order. So at this point it's looking like a scam because I've paid money and recieved nothing and they expect me to order something again with a $20 discount? I mentioned again that nothing had shown up and heard back saying they would contact me but as yet nobody has. 2 weeks later the flowers finally show up, but they are definitely the same flowers they had sent originally, they are completely dead. I do not recommend this florist.

I ordered flowers for me from my 4mth old for Mother’s Day, they got delivered a day late and at 9pm, something from my order was missing and my flowers were brown/dying and there was no care whatsoever with the card. The writing was typed up and glued in on a massive angle I’m overly disappointed with this as it was my first Mother’s Day and I was looking forward to these and they are falling off the stems already. I will never be ordering from here again. This place is Over priced. If I wanted dead flowers I would walk to the park and get flowers. And vase wasn’t even clean!! So disappointed! Paid almost 150 for my order and wasn’t even worth it!!

I wish I had read the google reviews before ordering from this company. The good things were that delivery was on the day I requested and the roses were reasonably fresh. However, I paid extra for a deluxe bunch with more greenery but there was only a bit of baby’s breath and one stalk of greenery. It did not look like a $75 bunch of flowers or like the photo on their website. I was very embarrassed that such cheap looking flowers were delivered to the birthday girl. Also the message was written on the back of a ripped scrap of paper. I would not order again or recommend to anyone.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY! It is the worst experience I have ever had. Firstly….They called me to say my order cannot be delivered for an extra 2 days, then they put it in an Australia Post Express Pack and sent it, … no water no moisture beads or anything, THEN….they hung up in my ear when I said I was not happy with that. I insisted on a full refund, which they refused. Incredibly unacceptable experience.

My girlfriend was absolutely thrilled with her birthday flowers and vase. Gorgeous colours and she said at least a week later they were still looking fresh. Very disappointed with this Summer Joy supersize bouquet of flowers I ordered for my mother in law for her birthday, the bouquet was not as pictured and the local supermarket sells nicer, bigger and cheaper than this bouquet. Extremely unhappy and disappointed with amount and not as pictured. Will never buy again.

Beautiful flowers and extras that really do suit all occasions and budgets. Everyone I've sent Bloomex flowers to has been really happy with what they received. The one time there was a mix up they contacted straight away and made sure they took care of everything and you can't ask for better than that!

My mum loved her birthday flowers! I ordered a huge bunch of in season Alstroemeria at a AMAZING price. They arrived a day after mums birthday but it didn’t matter as they kept me informed - it was still a huge surprise to mum and her bouquet bloomed for weeks and weeks. Highly recommend.

I paid $117.85 for this miserable looking bunch of flowers, nothing like the beautful picture of "Sugar and Spice Bouquet "on the website, very embarrassing when my daughter received them. They won't give me a refund either just a store credit for another disastrous delivery. Total scam!!

It was easy to order floweres online and send as a congratulations to my daughter. The email confirmation was also appreciated.. Once delivered i was told that the bunch of flowers were so beautiful and fresh, and the chocolates, card and vase were a lovely addition available. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IN ANY COUNTRY wow what a let down, I think the photos speak for themselves. My Mother in law sent me flowers and i was so excited to receive them til i opened the box filled with dead, squashed flowers and a random box of crackers that was considered "premium".

Paid 75 for snap dragons. Got the worst selection of flowers. Posted a photo in my last review that somehow got deleted. The flowers I received looked worst than a 10 buck grocery store one. They refused to refund me and gave me a half credit of $30 bucks back when I paid $75

My children sent me this gift for Mother's Day. I didn't get them till 2pm today (Wednesday). The flowers were squashed/wedged at the bottom of the box with chocolates & wine on top of them. The flowers are squashed & 1/2 dead.
