First and last time shopping with Floraly! I wanted same day delivery which required ordering before noon so I had my order in by 11am. By 5pm I had no email/message about my order and no delivery. So I had to contact them. They said they didn’t get my order until after noon so it missed their same day cut off (not my problem since I ordered in time), and they also had run out of flowers so couldn’t fill the order anyway. Then they say they rescheduled it for Saturday which I wouldn’t have know if I didn’t contact them, but it was Easter weekend so we were going to be away! (If you aren’t home for delivery they don’t do refunds). Lucky I got them to change it to another date, but a week after my preferred same-day delivery date. Delivery-wise, they need a new courier. The current one doesn’t provide tracking details OR update you on the time of delivery. They just turn up randomly on the day (sometimes at night from other reviews I’ve read). And the flowers? Eh. Only got 1 pink one, 3 yellows vones, and a lot of greenery. For $70 +$14del that’s pretty pricey. I could of done better raiding the neighbours gardens.

$150 for Mother’s Day flowers that look like they’re in the $50 range & a missing complimentary item - probably one of the worst gifts I’ve given. Unfortunately, after years of using this company, I can no longer recommend Floraly to friends. The quality control has worsened over the years and it is overpriced for the underwhelming flowers received (even when you upgrade the size). While it’s great the Mother’s Day flowers I ordered were delivered early, I’m unimpressed by how an advertised ‘complimentary’ L’Occitane item was missing from the order, the card was missing text & the courier had placed the order where it was wet and not a safe place. Kind of a big deal when customers are trying to make a loved ones’ day a special one. Last year, they replaced the expensive Adora chocolates I had ordered with my mum’s birthday flowers with a cheap box of chocolate marshmellows without giving me a heads up. I love supporting local, sustainable businesses, but this is not it.

I placed an order with Floraly for the first time for Mother’s Day and it will most certainly be my last. For starters, I paid extra to receive the “grand” size bouquet, imagine my surprise when I opened the box to see the smallest bouquet I’ve ever seen in my life (please see photo attached). The size and the quality of the bouquet most definitely does not match the price I paid for it. To make matters worse, the flowers were not fresh at all (can be seen in the photo as well) & barely lasted a week despite following all of the care instructions. It’s quite a shame because I love supporting new and small businesses but it’s really hard to do so you have such a bad experience. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before placing my order so I encourage everyone to read the latest reviews before spending their hard earned money. The only good thing I could say is that it arrived in time for Mother’s Day but that really is the bare minimum.

Hi, I bought the Renate for my mother's birthday along with a champagne. Delivery: I ordered it the day before and on the day asked the chatbox when it would arrive. A friendly messenger sent me the tracking link and ETA. I received it that afternoon around 2-3pm. Flowers: I was very impressed with the quality of the flowers and even more so after realising they were freshly picked that morning! They truly brighten up any room - Absolutely fantastic. Price: Bit pricey, but based on how long they're going and what great quality the flowers are, I'm starting to realise its value is worth the price (These were taken after 4 days) Overall, excellent quality of flowers. I would appreciate if it was easier to find the tracking link in the email to ease first timer's anxiety and offer a little guide in the flower package on how to self-arrange the flowers :)

Valentine’s Day ruined, I ordered days in advance and sent them an email to note that these flowers would be delivered to my partners work place and needed to be delivered as a surprise and between the times of 8am and 3pm. I received and email saying it’s up to the courier company they will send a tracking which stated the flowers would arrive at 1:30pm but I was concerned that my order was 7 in line. It’s now 5:45pm I had to ask my partner to stay at his office for almost an extra 3 hours the surprise was ruined and something that was meant to be a nice romantic surprise is now all ruined I should have used another place. If you need your delivery for a certain time I really suggest to not use florally it’s been a terrible place to use and with the prices on Valentine’s Day you would expect more.

First impressions matter! I ordered my niece a bunch of her favourite flowers (sunflowers) for her birthday, after many months of lock down and not being able to visit family I wanted to make her day special but what arrived certainly was not that. The flowers were wilted and droopy and even after 2 days just getting worse. Floraly did replace the next abs were very good at getting back to me but again with a bunch of droopy flowers. The 2nd bunch finally came good on day 2 (4 days after her birthday) hence 2 stars. They said they often had issues with the sunflowers as they deliver in bud which looks aweful. If they had that written in the description I would not have sent them because when I send someone flowers I want them to be wowed from the moment they arrive (not days later).

Had a disappointing Mother’s Day flower order experience. I live overseas and couldn’t celebrate the day with my Mum so I decided to use Floraly to surprise her with a nice bouquet. I specifically chose to have it delivered a couple of days prior to make it more of a surprise plus ensure she’d get them on time given how busy this time of year is for florists. Sadly found out the day after Mother’s Day that she still hadn’t received them. Followed up to be informed that there must have been some system mishap. It was marked as shipped on one end but was never delivered. Floraly customer service offered to send a replacement or refund. Sadly by then the day had passed and the surprise was no longer a surprise so we opted for refund. Will look to other florists in the future.

I don't buy flowers very often but pink peonies are my absolute favourite flower. So I decided to splash out on this rare occasion. It was $100 in total for the order and the flowers themselves are good quality. I didn't mind that they arrived with the buds closed because it's nice to watch them bloom and you get to enjoy them for longer. However, I was really disappointed with the lack of colour in the flowers - they're very different to the photo on the website. I understand there will always be a bit of variation when you order flowers but these are barely pink - they're almost white. They are still very nice but it is disappointing to not get what I was expecting. Especially given this is a rare splurge.

Very pretty flowers, but their carrier delivered to the wrong address, an order was missing one item (the site should not have let me order it if it was out of stock), they delivered one day early, and nothing was offered to be replaced or refunded in any way. It's just far too risky to recommend, especially for the steep price. I'm giving an extra star because the flowers themselves were great, but I won't be ordering again. I don't like losing money and risking unpredictable delivery dates for a service that says "absolutely no refunds for missed deliveries". I should have taken that warning on their site as a red flag of previous problems and gone with someone else. I learned my lesson.

Anyone that is thinking to go with floraly, should feel confident in this business. I searched everywhere on the sunny coast for Waratahs with no luck as they finished season, however I googled searched lifespan & found they bloom later in NSW I bought the 5 waratah bunch for my aunties 70th at $103 with a discount code. They are a small but beautiful bunch and Waratahs are rare & expensive generally. For $20 stem including delivery from NSW to QLD is worth it. I was concerned they may wilt so had a bucket of water handy to cool the flowers down & dowsed them with tap water when I received them in my air conditioned home. They came in a nice box with a $10 Voucher! VERY HAPPY THANKYOU!

Ordering super easy. Price was reasonable for the dozen roses. Delivery and tracking updates were excellent. My only disappointment were the actual roses themselves. The heads were half opening out the box and already had some discolouration occurring. These were for my wife and I could see she was placating me in terms of being totally happy with them for our anniversary. Roses I've bought elsewhere remained closed while in the box for at least 24 hours and stayed closed for a few days further after removal from the box. Maybe it was an anomaly but this was my singular experience at this point so I don't have a decent sample size to give a general verdict.

Loved the entire Floraly tiny Christmas tree experience. So easy to order. Fast, friendly customer service response when I wanted to confirm something. Easy to track where the order was. Notified of delivery. Then the tree arrived and it was absolute perfection! The receiver just loved it - truly the perfect gift for the person who has everything. One final note - you may see much cheaper little "christmas trees" in large supermarkets and be tempted to buy one and replicate this for less cost - the trees there are NOT the same and look absolutely terrible compared to the Floraly version. Just get the real thing you'll be so pleased you did!

Really unimpressed. I ordered a bunch of roses and a bottle of bubbles to be delivered. My order never arrived. I checked the tracking number in the evening and the order had been cancelled at 2pm without any notice despite still being charged. I had no emails from Floraly in my inbox or junk mail and no explanation as to why the order was cancelled. I had to reach out to them to follow up and got a really lackluster response. I then had to request a refund for the order which they cancelled and never delivered. Really disappointed at the poor service. There are plenty of other much more reliable florists who deliver. Would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed with this companies service - i purchased a 6 month subscription for my daughter. The 1st months flowers did not arrive so i emailed the company. They blamed a system error....these things happen - so they advised the flowers would come the next day. The next day came and went and the flowers did not arrive again! So i emailed the company and again was told it was a system error - and given a $7.95 refund! Given this was not delivered twice and all the backwards and forwards emails i would have expected more! I would not recommend buying this subscription service from this company! Very disappointed customer!!!!

I had just bought a new home the day the Tiny Tree add rolled over my Facebook feed. I thought it was a lovely way to commemorate my new place, knowing that next year, & more to follow, would see my tiny tree grow in my new home. I am absolutely thrilled with my tree & enjoyed dressing its tiny frame with the included decorations & lights. It looks delightful & I have friends who have since bought for their kids to grow too. I would highly recommend this beautiful Australian home grown gift idea. Delivery was prompt & the tiny tree was packaged in a lovely presentation box & smelled deliciously of fresh pine. Ordered the largest bunch available, which was much more than the standard bunch, and promised double the stems. Received the same amount of flowers and double the amount of greenery/fill. Paid $84 for Moët Champagne, what was delivered is $12.00 at Dan Murphy’s. Contacted customer service and they offered to redeliver and make up for their error, 2nd time around, flowers markedly improved… however the same $12 bottle of sparkling wine. Customer service less helpful this time around and simply said “we don’t usually make mistakes and we check every order” If you need something done right, first time, go elsewhere.

I have ordered and asked them to deliver to two different places, and one of them did not contact a person and left flowers on the ground floor of a building. I thought the delivery tracker said delivered, so I wasn't checking with the person who had received it or not (because it was a surprise gift); two days later, she found the flower on the ground floor, and she called me. I wasn't very impressed by the delivery person who didn't contact her. The owner of Floraly should look into this matter with the delivery person. Other than that it was good to shop with Floraly. I will order again in the future.

Thank you Stefan and staff for the most beautiful Erin Bouquet that I ordered for my daughter's 40th birthday. The colours and blooms were extraordinary. She was taken aback when she opened the flowers and her first thoughts were of Monet's garden. She adored the beautiful blooms as she had never seen the likes of them before. She has just sent a photo of the blooms after almost 2 weeks. They are still bringing her such joy and helping her over the 40 year hurdle! I was really pleased with the ease with which I was able to order flowers from you here in the UK to be delivered to my cousin in Cremorne, Sydney. The price was very competitive in comparison to sending them from here. It was also great fun seeing the delivery being made by Fredo as it made me feel as if I was back there outside my cousin's door. Fond memories of my second stay in Australia. As you will see from the photo the sunflowers were beautiful and it was a very special occasion and gift. Thank you. I will not hesitate to use your company again when the need occurs.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have put that.. Absolute waste of money. I've seen much nicer arrangements in supermarkets and for half the price. I don't usually leave negative reviews, however, hopefully this stops someone from wasting their money. The flowers are stuffed into a small cardboard box, and you have to take them out (half broken) and arrange them yourself . They also did not arrive until 6pm. So the recipient was waiting all day on their birthday.. I definitely would not recommend this company.

After sending Floraly flowers as gifts several times to rave reviews, I decided to treat myself and got the tiny tree for Christmas and it was absolutely perfect! Loved the packaging, and the whole experience of opening and decorating it was magical - especially for our toddler. I loved it so much I also sent one to my Mum who said it was the cutest tree she had ever had, and was perfect for apartment living. Our tree is now happily potted and still going strong so fingers crossed it lives to see another Christmas!

My mother attempted to send me a bouquet and some face masks as a Christmas present. The flowers were delivered with absolutely no notification. No phone call, no call on the apartment intercom, no idea how long the box sat in 31 degree heat today. Also missing one of the two face masks she ordered. I’ll return and edit this if they have a satisfactory response. Otherwise I would avoid dealing with them again. Edit: They’re refunding the missing face mask, so I have one star back. The selection and booking of the flowers for my wife was very easy via the website. At the time there was a discount, and I was a little bit apprehensive that maybe the flowers would not be fresh. However, this concern was dispelled as the flowers arrived in a beautiful box and I could hear the joy in my wife's voice as she saw 10 gorgeous sunflowers. Even today, 2-weeks later, the sunflowers are still lighting up our apartment. Thank you for exceeding my expectations. :-)

Flowers are always expensive, but I feel like Floraly’s flowers are reasonably priced. The flowers are presented and packaged when shipped feels like quality. I want to also give a shout out to Olivia and more recently Poebe, for their great customer service. Issues do happen, and they communicated well and in a timely fashion. Their customer service is email only but the staff respond quick so no issues on my end. 5/5 partner and I will continue to order from them.

The goods were very good the service was very good but the paper service needs a lot of paper work and corrections. I was the sender on both occasions I used your service on both times the senders name was incorrect. It is my son’s partners birthday. Her father ordered her flowers from the UK. We live in Mosman. The Courier claimed our address didn’t exist, took a photo of a house which is not ours and then said he had returned the flowers because the house didn’t exist, ruining the surprise that Rosie’s dad had tried to organise for her. I messaged the courier twice on the company app. Called him on his mobile and texted him but no response! Disaster and huge disappointment

I received a bouquet from Floraly, natives 2 years ago from my daughter and they were gorgeous. I ordered the same recently and they were old, mildewed and smaller than shown on photo (I bought the larger bouquet size). I complained and Floraly acknowledged the poor quality and offered to send value 'Florist Pick' as a replacement. They were never ever worth $99 for the size and variety, again some were wilted. The delivery box was prettier than the flowers!

I ordered sunflowers which were delivered wilted and dry. The sunflowers were supposed to be a gift for someone in Australia and I do not live in Australia. I honestly thought Floraly would deliver their best flowers which I had already booked during January for February 14th. We’re disappointed with how we’ve received the flowers and tried to revive it as much as we could. I would not recommend getting flowers delivered from here if you live overseas.

Received the flowers today. It was a surprise for my wife’s birthday, however quickly turned into a big disappointment. The flowers were poorly packed in the box, kind of shoved. On top they were not fresh, colours faded and dehydrated. It’s huge disappointment especially when you can only plan few things during this lockdown and you are disappointed with the few things you are looking forward to.absolutely no value for money. Twice before I received beautiful sunflowers, the third gift I received was a mix of flowers for my birthday and I was disappointed that they were squashed and bruised and the sunflowers didn’t open, the 1 orchid stem was already half dead…the bunch looked quite sad with bruises, missing petals and bugs. We emailed Floraly with our feedback and did not get a response. Unfortunately I will not recommend them or use them again.

Delivered as expected and the recipient was very pleased. Did the transaction from the US and Floraly made it very easy. Will use Floraly for services again. The Website is easy to navigate and left me with confidence the flowers would be delivered. In fact, a very well know international floral delivery company actually could not accommodate a delivery in Australia and I found Floraly. Glad I did! Highly recommend them.

Great customer care & quality flowers! Fab! Seamless delivery too! I ordered for the first time and had wanted to double check my delivery address, sent an email to customer care and got a very speedy response to help update the details I needed. Such piece of mind! My friend was delighted see her huge sunflowers bloom over the week and they are still growing more beautiful into the second week! 5 Stars all round!

Truly disappointed with this service. Placed the order Friday evening for my 86 year old mother who lives alone. Notified 9am this morning that order was being processed and then advised at 3pm I had missed cut off for delivery today Flowers were ordered Friday evening and won’t be delivered until Tuesday Spent well over $100 for this to brighten my mums day Won’t be using this service again. Very disappointed ☹️

After receiving many floral tributes, after my bereavement, my most comforting was from Floraly which had the most beautiful, quality card. This is a keeper. Sure the flowers also give that instant impact, but then, a tiny credit card sized card will go in the bin. One I received was on thin paper in tiny font. Forgettable. Flowers speak in the moment, so beautifully, but the card and the wording will sustain me

Ordered the Tiny Christmas Tree for a pre-determined date. It arrived on time and beautifully packaged and was the PERFECT little Live Christmas Tree to take with us on holiday with our 2 year old granddaughter. It came with a gorgeous crocheted 'bucket' and cute decorations and a set of tiny lights. We will plant the little pine tree in a pot to watch it grow. Really lovely, innovative service from Floraly.

Flowers arrived super fresh, lasted for ages and we had such a fun time arranging them ourselves. The packaging they come in is equally gorgeous. A highlight was the lack of plastic used to package the flowers, and that Floraly has a strong giving back policy with carbon offsets and charity donations - I will definitely order from Floraly again. The ordering process is simple + they arrive super quickly!

I ordered for my boyfriend's mother who lives in a rural area. Unfortunately Star Track was delayed, so I inquired about it on Floraly's website. To their credit, Floraly's customer service went above & beyond and had another bouquet ordered for shipping the following day. I can't credit these guys enough for their gorgeous flowers and the exceptional customer service experience I was given.

I ordered two posy deliveries for my team members, one in Sydney and one in Melbourne. They both loved the flowers and the Alive hand cream, chocolates and bubbles in the bundle box I made. I had to change some details after ordering and the customer team made it easy. Live delivery tracking meant I could see when they arrived which was great. The ordering process was simple and good design choices. I sent a birthday pack for Mom’s birthday but they were dropped and left on the door step (god knows how long it’s been there under the scorching sun) ,package all scrunched up and flowers dry and lifeless. As much as I’d like to support a new business, I wouldn’t risk ordering again for important people’s important days.

I've purchased twice from Floraly and everytime the process had been seamless. Both times the flowers were purchased as a gift and always arrived on time and with no hassle. The flowers continued to bloom over the next few days and were absolutely stunning! Love the fact that the company considers the environment and provides a meal for every purchase made.

I ordered the three month subscription. First order was very underwhelming, most of the flowers had wilted upon arrival. Definitely a great idea, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Second month’s delivery was even worse with the flowers dying the very next week. Fingers crossed this last month’s delivery is better, but I’m not holding my breath.

I bought Tiny Christmas Tree and I absolutely love it! I originally ordered mainly because it's a sustainable product, and I was just delighted to see how cute the tree was. I'm a first time buyer at Floraly and I have to say I'm very impressed. Their customer service email update + delivery/tracking information was fantastic. I ended up purchasing the Red Roses Grand (24 stems) / Signature letterbox for my wife on our anniversary. The quality and colour of the roses were outstanding and my wife absolutely loved them.

Very disappointing bouquet of roses at premium price. The photo in the online catalogue looked much richer than the delivered one. The delivery came late in the day, even it was placed in 2 days in advance. Another family member bouquet arrived also looking very disappointing and small at high price. This company is a scam, I would not use them.

Really disappointed and upset with how these flowers arrived. Flowers were packed poorly in box and squashed against the cardboard ends. They were also dehydrated and dried out at the stems and drooping. I would’ve expected them to arrive with a little water and much better condition for the price. Would give 0 stars but that isn’t an option.

I ordered the florist's choice bouquet for a friend who was going through a rough time. I also went for the larger size. My friend was happy with what they received but I noticed the photo was a native bouquet with lots of green, not a lot of flowers. I was expecting something for colourful and cheerful, so was a bit disappointed.

The flowers appeared fresh, exotic and a good volume. May is awkward for blooms but would have liked a bit more colour personally. You need an Australian phone number which I had to wait for but got a discount as a result! Other small gifts made up the value of the order. Good information on website.

First time ordering and i'm pretty disappointed in the quality of these flowers I received for my birthday. I had to throw out half of the stems with all these black spot. The card inside was also addressed to someone else?? For $80, there were only 3 flowers and the rest was foliage - not worth it.

Second time ordering. My first "arrangement" was... terrible... so I"m sharing my second. Absolutely amazing blooms, couldn't have been more impressed. Love that they arrive in bud form and then explode on their own. This is after two days. Already planning my next order; you won't be disappointed!

The large bunch of sunflowers arrived on time, beautifully boxed and in great condition, and once they'd been back in water overnight, they looked even more spectacular. I was really happy with Floraly, their customer service and most of all their great flowers. I look forward to using them again.

Have ordered flowers from Floraly on several occasions for my mum and friends, and they are always the best. They last ages and are always fresh and beautiful. Only thing I will say is delivery tracking is not the best, but have never really had an issue so won't fault them for that.
