The staff in this shop are very rude and aggressive. The man serving was so aggressive to the lady ahead of me that I didn't bother with my purchase. I am adding to this review as I see reply from staff. I noticed that they remember the incident even though I didn't put much details. Secondly the staff were aggressive as they pushed the lady out the shop. She does beg on the street but came in shop to purchase items of food . She was in queue same as everyone else and did not speak out of line . She tried to pay for her items and the staff refused to serve her determined to embarrass her. She asked nicely to pay for her items but was shouted at and pushed out door . If that's not aggressive please explain what you would consider it. I have seen video footage of the incident and will ask person who filmed the incident to upload it here and see what others think if I continue to read lies on here about the lady . Yes she may be annoying to ppl begging but who are we to judge and she wanted to buy goods not steak them or cause any problems. Some time ppl struggle , it could be anyone. She was treated unfairly.

This shop is amazing & these guys know how to look after people in this area. Has the food & drinks you want, the everyday essentials you need. Having a £1.50 minimum card spend in this shop is more reasonable rather than having a £5 or £10 minimum card spend like other shops in B8. Not everyone is a big spender these days but this shop knows very well to care & cater for their tastes. I've been in shops where they have £5 & £10 minimum card spend limits & it's pointless plus it also attracts crackheads to be there begging all day which people are more likely to use cash as junkies see it as a loophole for them to be there all day. There's no beggars on sight outside this shop as they know the score people do card payments in this shop. Its 2022 & small businesses doing card payments with a reasonable minimum card spend like £1 or £1.50 unlike other greedy so called small businesses. I don't understand why this shop gets bad reviews a lot , these type of people need to go school again & have a word with themselves & consider not being self entitled. You guys are top G's ❤️.

Would have given it 0 star rating I will tell they don't know how to understand or help customers with electricity problems I run out electricity and my key stopped working phoned of my electric supplier they told me to go to Bob shop and he had no clue how to do it I was very frustrated and also do not buy any milk from the shop I thought four bottles and when I got home they were all off I had to bin them all they don't care I went back to request my money back and they told me it's not our fault

All in all, its pretty good. While most things are aren't expired, the shop does seem to have a tendency to sell things that are expired, however, the shop owner is very nice about it and allowed me to return it. While I would like to give it a 4 star review, there is the vape problem. He sells it to underage kids, and he had admitted in his latest comment where he gave an 8 year old a vape to calm him. Overall three stars.

100% fake elux bars here. You can tell as soon as you take the first puff that it’s not real. Flavour was off. I noticed on the bar where it says ‘ELUX LEGEND 3500 PUFFS’ on a genuine pen but on the bar I bought from this shop it actually said ‘ENE LEGEND 3500 PUFFS’. Flavour is not right, runs out super quick. I thought it was just this shop but I’ve tried it from the greenlane branch and it was the same story!

The owner of this shop is rude to homeless people just because she or he begs for money out on the streets doesn't give you the right to look down at them there humans like us that can be you in that situation I feel like the owner is the big bad trump of this store a greedy businessman who wants another Trump in Alum Rock we voted him out so we can vote you out.

Honestly the best shop to get everything. I'm a loyal customer to these lot . They sometimes give me discounts on stuff because I come alot . They are friendly and always come fresh and correct. I honestly don't know why this place gets bad reviews when its always good for me . Clearly good for other people when they buy because its always busy .

Best shop in the world, was able to buy bread, a battery for my car, an iPhone 14 pro max, Petrol for my car (Fuel was half price here) and all the home groceries. Highly recommend! Super family friendly! He gave my 8year old a vape for free when he was crying and it really helped him cool down.

Sells overdated items! Brought salad cream and cheese both had gone over their expiry date by a few months! Shocking! Do not come here unless you want to get ill.

Went here to get some elux bars, great service and great variety too. Customer service was perfect, would definitely recommend to all.

Normal corner shop everyday needs and some more variety is good but only for quick trips needing some extras. Or a day supply.
