I got recommended to Bob by a friend just over a year ago and I was pretty apprehensive before meeting him as I have never felt the need to have a personal trainer but I knew I was in a sluggish stage in my life, needed to loose a lot of weight and needed to change my bad habits. From the 1st meeting Bob made me feel so comfortable and motivated to get this journey started. A year into it I am currently over 20kg down, I have more energy than ever, I feel strong, healthy and basically in the best shape I have ever been in my entire 33 years on this earth. I can't thank or recommend Bob enough, it was the best decision I have ever made. He talks through every exercise if I am unsure, guides me on my nutrition weekly and is always there for support when ever needed. Bob the coach is the man and you will not go wrong putting your trust in him. It's been a hell of a journey but the journey has just started!

Bob is a fantastic coach. I've worked with him for a year now and it's the best investment I've made in my health and fitness. I'm the strongest I've ever been. Not only is Bob qualified and very knowledgeable, he's supportive and puts you at ease. His expertise and years of experience shine through in his professional manner. You'll work hard, laugh, sweat and be amazed at your own accomplishments. There's no bootcamp style shouting but you might get a high five and a cheer for a job well done! I look forward to my session every week. The gym is well equipped, bright and airy. There's parking, showers and changing facilities.

I have trained with Bob now for over 6 months and I cannot express how much I have enjoyed it! Not only he is super euthanistic which is incredibly important for a PT but he backs it up with knowledge. He is not afraid to change things up were required, this is important for me as I have a few sports injuries which are permanent /long term, and he works around them and, in the process, has increased my fitness and my functional strength substantially since I started training with him. So, this is a five-star recommendation for a top bloke.

Been training with Bob for nearly a year now and what a journey it's been. He's been supportive all the way, even on his days off he messages me to motivate my days at the gym. Always very clear with instructions and responds instantly when I do need advice on both nutrition and workouts. If you ever do want to start working out and felt demotivated from all the body builders in the gym, Bob is the man to help you see the benefits in training and maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

I have been training with Bobby for many years and would 100% recommend him to anyone! He is willing to adapt exercises to suit me/work around injuries and is clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I’ve been training with Bob for nearly a year now and I’ve seen improvements week on week (which is a rare thing to be able to say). As someone who’s had a couple injuries/mobility issues from spending long periods of time sitting at desks he’s helped eradicate a lot of these problems. The gym can also be a daunting place but Bob has made every session feel like a hobby so much so that you don’t ever feel like missing a slot (Would have more sessions if possible!)

Amazing coach, controls your pace so that you gain consistency and encourages you continuously. Bobby trains with you according to your needs at the right pace.
