This is a long overdue review. My wife and I first became acquainted with Boodles on a trip to Ireland in 2016. We were looking to get her a nice ring to celebrate our anniversary and had researched jewelry stores in Dublin before traveling there. Boodles was last on the list as, to me, they also appeared to be the most posh and therefore a wee bit intimidating. We visited all of the others on the list first, and while we saw many nice pieces, we were practically ignored at all of them. We left each of them feeling a bit dejected before walking to our next and final stop. We walked into Boodles and before we could even take a second step into the store, we were greeted by a tall, handsome gentlemen with the friendliest smile and hands outstretched: "Hello! I'm Richie, welcome to Boodles, how can I help you and would you like a glass of Champagne?" My wife was immediately smitten and of course said yes. I indicated I prefer whiskey, and, after he poured my wife a nice glass of the bubbly, turned around and produced a bottle of Teeling, the new and only distillery in Dublin at the time! He made us feel totally comfortable, no pressure and walked us around the sparkling showroom, introducing us to each of the other representatives - all of whom were amazingly gracious and welcoming. After looking at several different collections, we fell in love with the Blossom line - I suppose because of the clover-like design. Again, with zero pressure, Richie just made us feel special. We ended up with the Blossom ring and my wife was thrilled. It's such a beautiful piece, and the best part for me - there's a whole collection to choose from for future occasions! My wife now has the entire Blossom collection including the gorgeous watch, all of which Richie facilitated remotely (we live on the US East Coast). We visited Richie again last year (now the store manager - because of course!) and, in addition to being the best host and introducing us to his friend J Jean :), he helped us start a new collection - this time Rain Dance with emeralds. Just stunning! If you want to feel special while looking at or purchasing spectacular jewelry, Boodles in Dublin is where you want to go - ask for Richie and tell him Kirk and Kristy Jo sent you.

Visited on a Friday afternoon when we interrupted the staff having a 'champagne tasting session'. One of the staff incredibly arrogant stating that 'you can always tell the people who will take the champagne when its offered, because b they dont get it often'. Then after describing the very specific type of ring we were after, the guy returned to say that they didnt have any, and didn't really do engagement rings in any case, despite the fact that we could see two of the exact type that we were interested in in the cabinet. Clearly we disturbed them and he wanted back to champagne tasting. Incredibly arrogant and obnoxious place.

From the moment I walked through the door in Boodles the service & experience was amazing. I liaised with Kiera and cannot speak highly enough of her (and all the other staff). She guided me through the process of buying an engagement ring in a way that made me feel as if it was the most special purchase ever. The level of service, attention to detail and kindness (even weeks later when my fiancée went for a resizing) is something special. The entire experience and beautiful ring selection means that I cannot recommend Boodles enough.

Had such a wonderful and special experience picking out my engagement ring here. Madeline was excellent; warm, friendly and was so knowledgeable on all the different rings. I felt really relaxed and was given all the time I needed to make a decision. Really nice extras such as coffee and chocolates while trying on rings which just added to the experience. Also got a lot of useful information on taking care of my ring. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you Madeline!

Best jewels in Dublin. The Boodles experience is a pleasure from beginning to end. Been shopping here for years and every year I’m blown away. They do so much for their customers and their Christmas party is legendary.
