Vzala mě sem kamarádka a původně jsem nebyl nijak zvlášť nadšený, normální knihkupectví. Nejdřív mě zaujalo to, že tu mají většinově knihy v angličtině. Poté jsem zahlédl jednu knihu od Stephena Hawkinga a rozhlížel jsem se po tom stejném regálu, jestli nenajdu něco dalšího zajímavého. Poté jsem si jednu knihu po druhé prohlédl a zjistil jsem, že i když zdánlivě nebyly knihy nakládány k sobě dle žádného systému, každá mě velmi zaujala a jejich problematika se týkala témat, nad kterými rád přemýšlím. Od již zmíněné fyziky, přes psychologii, osobní rozvoj, knihu zabývající se etickou otázkou umělé inteligence po filozofii a knihu o tom, proč náboženství nedává smysl. Nic jsem si zatím nekoupil, ale rozhodně jsem tu nebyl naposledy. Rozhodně doporučuji.

Only a fool would not consider this bookstore to be any less than absolutely spectacular, superb, and superior to almost any other bookstore one could ever visit. Try bringing in your significant other, and increase the chances of date no. 2 by skimming through pages of photos, fashion, or architecture while dispatching pre-memorised intellectual phrases about Pakistani cuisine. Or rent the whole place out for the evening. Note to owners: thank you for bringing this sort of beauty into my existence. Once this place gets a bar, I'm moving in.

An elegant little bookstore, which is just what the name suggests: a purely therapeutic experience. I found probably twenty books and magazines I wanted to get on the spot about positive psychology, self-improvement, design, and even children's books (oh, the illustrations!). In the end, I got a book that turned out to be a part of a series, which I madly fell in love with. A really fantastic place for creative and self-reflective souls and English readers. Masks are required inside and there's a disinfectant provided. ♿ While there is plenty of room inside, the occasional step makes it not very wheelchair-friendly. Definitely recommend!

There is no bookshop in Prague I love more. Book Therapy is definitely a love brand and owners want you to have the best experience. The books I pick up from shop purchase are individually packed like little gifts for myself. As a bookofile, getting books and reading them is my way of biggest self-care, and the shopping experience is just brilliant. Books are carefully curated, wide range of topics . I am so sorry that I discovered this place during pandemic and not sooner, the physical shop looks lovely, welcoming and cozy.

Probably one of the best places for buying nice books in English language in Prague, since the majorityof their catalogis in English. Their online store is in Czech and google translate does not work well. I suggest call the store for questions so far everyone in their staff speaks English. My last visit i was assisted by Katarina, a young architecture student and she went above and beyond to provide excellent service. This for sure count towards making loyal customers.

I've been to book therapy a couple of times by now and I absolutely love the vibes. You get everything, from art to essays to children's books. It is a selection (and only about half of them are in English) so sometimes you'll find what you are interested in and sometimes not. But even if you don't, surely you're going to enjoy the shop and the staff seems pretty keen to help you in your choice.

At uz pred pandemii nebo online kdyz jsme zrovna v lockdownu, sluzby maji nadstandardni a customer service je taky za 5⭐️ Booktherapy me nikdy nezklamal vyberem knih ani sluzbami. Simply, there's something there for everybody! If you ever find yourself in Prague, don't miss it. Highly recommend.

Velmi špatná komunikace obchodu, kniha objednána a ihned zaplacena v srpnu, přes řadu urgencí a ujišťováni že knihu odesílají tak doposud nepřišla, dnes je 13.12.2022. Dokonce byla několikrát skladem jak v Brně tak v Praze na prodejně. Číslo objednávky BT50997. Rozhodně tuto firmu nedoporučuji pro neseriózní přístup k zákazníkovi.

Díky Book Therapy jsem objevila i Flowers & Dinosaurs University a oboje vřele doporučuji. Book Therapy je jak místo, kde se zastaví čas a nehcete odejít dokud si neprohlédnete a nejlépe neodejdete s plnou taškou :) O to nádhernější je to pocit, když v době mobilů a všech obrazovek dokáže nabídka knihkupectví tak nadchnout.

A great spot off the beaten track to find unique books. They had a great selection of fashion, self help, food and design so it was difficult to pick one. I picked a great book to help me on my painting journey but the staff alao helped me find other books they had in store. Definitely one for the book lovers!

.. tohle je nejkouzelnejsi knihkupectvi siroko daleko! Nadherne knihy, ktere clovek jinde nevidi, minimalisticky interier, kouzelna kvetinova vyzdoba, ladici hudebni kulisa nebo ladici ticho, vzdy uzasna obsluha.. opravdu vyjimecne misto!!! Navsteva tady je vzdycky pozitek, dekuji!

Když z člověka opadne ten první vizuální dojem, zjistí, že je to pouhý pozlátko pro pražský hipstery. Obsahově jsou tam knihy o ničem. Doporučuji si zajít radši do antikvariátu - sice to nebude mít obálku jak ze žurnálu, ale o to kvalitnější čtení to bude.

Ptáci v zahradě - pexeso Jaký by to byl překrásný dárek , objednáno, posláno za pár dní, a však krabyčka pexasa byla poškozena + obrázky pexasa byly umatlané, flekaté.... cena 299 Kč. Tento produkt je seconhand, nepoužitelný jako dárek pro mé blízké ...

I mean there is a wide amount of books to choose from, but most of them are with photos and not with a text. Also, the prices are higher, even if you will compare to the online stores. There is a choice of books, but nothing interesting for me.

Tohle knihkupectví je nádherný. A komu se nelíbí, tak kecá. Nebo prostě nemá cash, protože jak to často bývá...co je hezký, něco stojí. Ale i sortiment knih rozhodně stojí za to a zaměstnanci jsou moc příjemní a umějí poradit.

很乾淨很熱鬧的小店。主要是英文？或全部都是英文的書，偏生活類型，涵蓋建築/設計/旅遊/攝影/自我療癒等等。一些書非常有個性，也很有設計感。建議可以在這裏參考或買旅遊書。來看書買書的人不少，有時候會看到小朋友在門外無聊等家長離開XD 店裡似乎會出借空間辦活動。店員人非常好，非常友善，會提供選書建議。很值得經過進去看看的地方。
